I would Strongly recommend them. We were convinced our old unit needed to be replaced, Jessie could Agreed And Replaced the unit. Instead He told me that insulation had come loose and was lodged against the coils 45 minutes later he was all done air was blowing ice cold. It's really nice to find an honest contractor as we all know that's rare these days. Also he was at my house in less than 24 hours. Affordable comfort was recommended by several Neighbors who have used him. So glad I decided to call affordable comfort. they will be my go to from here on out.

The team at Affordable Comfort is top notch. They were very responsive in our time of need. I didn’t want replace my furnace and A/C unit but after 20 years I knew it was time. They gave me a super competitive price and and an amazing crew that completed the install. I am totally happy.

Affordable Comfort is there for all air conditioning and heating tuneups and installations. Their service and the techs are just great, very knowledgeable. Christopher Young, our technician, is always courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The reps in the office like Shannon are very solicitous and get service scheduled asap! Glad we chose this company!

This company has an unethical owner, an incompetent manager, he called himself Leo, and a crew of technicians the start upsetting before they see anything. After spending more than 30k over the last few years, we realized that the original vent work installed with a new a/c unit hadn't been sealed and secured. We called affordable comfort to complete their unfinished work. To my surprise, I received a bill for several hundred dollars. I called to ask why I got the bill and no one could tell me. After 4 days, I spoke to Leo the manager who said he'd call me when he was able to see what was up. On day 5, I received another bill. I called to speak to Leo, because he'd promised to call to explain the bill. No one has been able to explain the bill but i was threatened to be turned over to collection agency. This bill and the threat happened within 5 days. Leo still hasn't called with an explanation. My mom taught me to stay away from bad people. Stay away from this business.

Jess and Chris were absolutely fantastic! Our AC unit broke down during a particularly hot day, and given the extreme temperatures in our area, it was a real emergency—especially since we have a dog at home. From the moment we called, the level of communication was exceptional. They understood the urgency of the situation and made us a priority.

Within an hour of our initial call, Chris arrived to assess the situation. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us a thorough consultation. Not only did they pinpoint the issue quickly, but they also made sure we had a plan in place to get things fixed as soon as possible.

The next day, they returned as promised, and the speed and quality of their service were impressive. Chris and his team worked efficiently, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their prompt response and professionalism. They really went above and beyond, and it’s clear that customer service and community care are top priorities for them.

Hello I would highly recommend this company. I was quoted $5000 as I was told I needed a whole new AC unit. Got a second opinion from High Efficiency they fixed my unit I already had. Plus saved me thousands!!

We needed help with our air conditioner in the summer. High Efficiency was at the house quickly, fixed the problem and was reasonable. In 110 degree weather it was great they got to us so quickly.

HE Replaced motor and capacitor in AC.. showed failed parts to us. He told us the cost and replaced it with no issue. Very fast and knowledge and willing to answer questions
I would refer him to anyone.

I’ve used High Efficiency Heating & Cooling on two homes now, for routine maintenance and a few cooling emergencies! It’s a Great family-owned company and we absolutely will only use them for all our AC/Heat issues and routine maintenance!!

While I did not end up needing a service call I was very impressed with the prompt return communication. I left a VM late Saturday and received a text shortly after confirming my choice of appointment times on Monday. Very good customer service .

The scheduling woman was very friendly and eager to help me out. She was able to get someone out within a few hours. Two techs arrived and again were very friendly and fixed the issue. They were professional and informative.

Best experience ever!!!! Highly recommend this ethical company for everyone! I’ll be bragging on them forever! We were misled by Semper Fi who tried to over charge us when compressor should of been easily diagnosed. Fortunately I was able to contact High Efficiency on time to dispute the somewhat unresolved problem we had with original company Semper Fi. High Efficiency pulled through for us in the middle of a very hot day (108°)! Very professional, kept us informed on arrival time. Responded quickly as if it was their own home. Thank you High Efficiency you guys ROCK!!

We reached out to High Efficiency Heating and Cooling, they came out and gave us a quote to fix our A/C ($880) which wasn't blowing cold, they came out two days later and did the work but ended up charging us more than what we agreed on ($944), but again, if we were supposed to be getting cool air that's all that mattered... however, the house never cooled down and the air blowing was still warm. My husband told me that before they left (I was at work), they checked the air temp and it was still blowing between 88-90 degrees. We waited the whole day and the A/C just kept running and the house temp continued to rise.

At this point our house was heated up to 94 degrees overnight, we were out a lot of money and frustrated, my family got wind that we didn't have A/C and had a family friend come out and look at it... we just needed more Freon... so he did that and now we have cool A/C! Thankfully we will now be able to make it thru the summer and save for a new A/C unit before next summer.

This has been a nightmare for us- as first time home owners we had a lot to learn.

My work office ac went out one summer! We called High Efficiency for an emergency service. They were there in 30 minutes switch the thermostat out and had the office nice & cool in a timely manner! Very professional and honest I would highly recommend them!

Jonathon and his wife, Sarah have been taking care of us for a couple of years now. Their commitment to excellence is second to none. Jonathon's expertise and incredible work ethic is surpassed solely by his character and integrity. Count yourself blessed when you're able to find a company that embodies that kind of honesty and high moral standards.

Jonathon is great, even if his name isn't spelled the right way. He knows his stuff, and doesn't price gouge even though he very easily could. He is very friendly, and I'm happy I found his company on the first go around, when researching for a HVAC technician. Wish I actually knew people to refer to him . Thank you Jonathon, and thank you Sarah for always getting back to me expeditiously.

Had a new trane installed by this company last year. We called Johnathon Polermo to do the install. It was supposed to have a 10 year warranty. Jonathon sold his company to another company so I had them come out to do a fall service check. $40. The technecian came down with pictures of the unit and showed us $2200 work that was not correctly done because Johnathon supposedly had a sub-contractor do the work which is not his usual style of business. Johnathon collected the $6300 check at the end of the day.
We watched Johnathon on our roof for at least 8 hours installing the a/c not a sub-contractor.

DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!! HE WON't MAKE THIS RIGHT EITHER.

There is rust all over the unit, wiring id exposed. excess water is running directly down my roof, plumbing into unit is not correctly installed and is leaking, compressor is covered with dirt and debris, there is rust on all the metal framing, the a/c unit is not sitting on the frame so the a/c unit is leaning, roof has rust and is worn beyond it only being 3 years old.
