I chose this company because I received the lowest estimate for an annual HVAC tune-up and inspection. I was afraid I'd have to deal with harsh up-selling and bogus findings - however the opposite was the case. The technician Jaimen was very professional and friendly. He went over all his findings and wanted to make sure I understood everything. He pointed out a single problem and when I said I was going to refer it to my Home Warranty company there was no pressure at all.

If I end up having to pay out of pocket for the repairs I'll definitely come back to this company.

I called around and left VM at several companies, Affordable Comfort was the only company who understood how important it was to have a tech out asap since I have little kids in the home, Jasmin saved the day. Not only was dispatch easy to deal with the gentleman that showed to check my unit out explained indetail why we would need a new unit. the unit on the house was 20yrs old and not big enough for square footage we had. Once they worked out financing, which was quick, the install team Eric, Frosty and Jesse had the old out and new in so quick and left everything super clean!! I could tell this is a family ran business with people who really car about the work they are doing and the interactions they have with thier customers.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs any sort of maintenance or help. The company is an absolute scam. They also send out uneducated techs that either do not show up or do not have the right parts OR HVAC education. I would not recommend using this company. Unfortunately I did fall victim to them back in 2018. Unfortunately, they have never been able to help me since but yet they do call me during holidays to try to get me to do a winter maintenance. It’s a total scam and they’re going through their little black book to see what bait and switch business they can drum up This summer my AC actually went out but yet they were unable to help me even though I spoke to Jesse Butler multiple times over the phone for some reason my part could not be warranted out… then somehow Jesse change the entire story saying they could not find evidence of sending a tech out? Unbelievable. . I would not recommend this company and anyone once again read the reviews do your research and run away from this company.

Amazing follow-up – I purchased two 16 seer systems to replace by old units and also wanted a couple of existing hot spots in the house better balanced. The install took all day and was managed by Victor with 2-3- technicians throughout the 1 day installation. I was home for the majority of the installation, but did have to leave prior to the job being done. However, the team was great, and when I got home the house was exceptionally clean both inside and out (if you have ever had mechanical work done in the attic, you know how easy it is to get insulation all over the place). Because I wasn’t home I wanted someone to walk me through the job and what we had agreed; therefore, Carl came out the next day and walked me through everything and identified a small punch list of items from the quality check he wanted to see resolved - I understand this to be a standard quality check they typically do a couple weeks after installation. Following the quality check Matt from the office also called to see how everything went, and let me know the office team would coordinated a date and time to complete the punch list. The follow-up which was done by Victor – I think this is a plus because he was already familiar with the installation. Also, Victor and Matt are both very knowledgeable on the mechanical, efficiency calculations and air flow components and took extra time to explain to me the different techniques to measure both air flow, temperature splits and understand BTUs, which I also very much appreciated.

Affordable Comfort rep Richard gave us a far quote based on what we REALLY needed with no high pressure add ons. Work with our financing to make sure we would have the loan. THe work was done 2 days later by efficient installers. The completed the job of installing a hole knew heating and AC in one day. My garage was in better shape than they founded it. I Highly recommend them and will keep them as my maintenance company.

This company is awesome. I called in because my system was not cooling properly, Jasmin answered the phone and she was such a big help! They got a technician out to my home within that same hour! This company is great and the prices are even better! My system was up and running that same day! thank you affordable comfort you guys are the best!

Awesome job Affordable Comfort. Great A.C. company by far. I recently had my Air conditioner serviced for the summer by a gentleman named George. George was very polite, nice and honest. He really did such a GREAT job servicing my Air conditioner. George was really good at explaining to me how my A.C. system works and how to properly maintain my Air conditioner until my next winter service startup. Very knowledgeable young man. Amazing company. I also referred this A.C company to my neighbor.

Carl came out some day, quickly found & fixed issue. Price was very reasonable. Just had Lance out for a basic maintenance check and part replacement. Both technicians were great! Outstanding service at a great price.

I was assigned Affordable Comfort by my home warranty company when my AC went out. He was scheduled to be here at 11am and at 12:30 I texted just to make sure he was still on the way. At that time it was about 89 degrees in our house. We have several pets and a six month old baby here. Clearly, 89 degrees isn't deadly or anything, but it is very uncomfortable for the baby. Got a reply to my text simply asking for a name, which I gave along with an address. No reply assuring me that he would be here. 3:45 rolls around and I try to call and receive the voicemail. No answer. So now it's 91 degrees in here and the baby is screaming. I call the home warranty company and they were able to get dude to answer his phone cuz, ya know, money. Come to find out that he apparently decided that he didn't want to drive that far to get to my house today. It's Friday. That would cut into Miller time. No heads up, no reply to my text, no phone call. Just wait until the absolute end of the day on a Friday and ghost a client. Perfect. Now I have to wait until Monday to even have someone look at the thing. If I could give negative stars I would! Very unprofessional! Do NOT use this company.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work you did for us. Your workers, Victor and Cody, were very courteous and polite and did a very professional job installing the AC furnace. Victor is very knowledgable and conscientious, and Cody even left the area cleaner than he found it. My husband, being a craftsman, thought their workmanship was excellent.

Jesse is absolutely a super star! I have MCS and have such severe reactions. I only know of one product I don't react to which is Dr. Bronner's Baby soap. He washes his clothes he is going to wear before he comes to my home with it and only uses Dr. Bronner's Baby soap for shampoo and body wash. He solves every issue and problem we have with our heating and A/C system and is very creative to find answers for us. He always goes above and beyond. Affordable Comfort is very supportive of his doing what I need also. I am so thankful that I met Jesse.

I was initially annoyed that Chris arrived about an hour before the time window. However he more than made up for it by performing much, much more of the procedures than a routine tune-up would entail. It was by far the best value HVAC tune-up I've ever experienced in almost 30 years of residence here in Arizona. I would not hesitate to have Affordable Comfort install a future American Standard heat pump when my 2nd floor Trane unit deteriorates to the point of required replacement. Moreover, Chris does a very thorough mathematical analysis of the data provided by his electronic gauges and meters.

Best company I've worked with yet. Jasmin was so nice and was very concerned about our unit broken when we came home from vacation with our 7 month old and had Carl at our house in 45 mins. He was very professional and welcoming to have around my family. He had us up and running within 20 mins. Thank you Affordable Comfort we will be calling you from now on

My 22 yr old unit went out on last month and I remembered the news special on the news and Facebook around Christmas time about these guys and their toy drive so I had Jesse come out and give an estimate. After he left I had 2 other companies come for estimates as well one was way higher and the other was around theirs however I felt more comfortable with Jesse's sense of knowledge based off what I read online. So I went with them and sure glad I have already noticed a change in utility bills thanks guys

Affordable Comfort is on point! I have called a few other companies but none were as polite and professional as this team. I spoke with Jasmin when I called in, she was very professional and helped with troubleshooting until a tech could get here. Surprisingly, the tech was here pretty quick. Thank you Jasmin!! We could not have survived the summer without you!

I was very happy with Affordable Comfort they were very professional. Showed up on time, kept us informed of everything they were doing keep the jobsite nice and clean. A great company I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service. Definitely went above and beyond to get our A/C up and running. We called late in the afternoon and they squeezed us in. Richard came out and assessed the problems, gave us options, and then a fair quote. He had another appointment, so he called Kyle and asked if he'd mind coming out after hours to help us out and Kyle was here within 30 min!!!!! I can not express my gratitude with their thoughtfulness and excellent work. I Strongly recommend this company, Richard and Kyle!

Affordable responded very quickly to my a/c suddenly not working. Robert came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it and the unit was working within an hour. Robert was friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend Affordable

Affordable Comfort was recommended to me for my household A/C when it quit working at the hottest time of the year. They replaced my old unit quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price so recently I called them for an issue at my workplace; again the found the source of the problem and quickly dealt with it. The staff is ecstatic at home much of a difference!

Had a leak coming from my air conditioner, spoke with the service coordinator (Matt I believe) and he was very nice and let me know he can get someone out same day, which they did and I appreciate!! Ray was very nice, informed me of some preventive things to do so it does not happen again. Recommend them to anyone with HVAC issue, and will be using them as my AC maintenance/repair team for future issues. Thanks guys!
