We had a new HVAC system installed in the home we purchased 5.5 years ago, but no one was able to find the issues we were having until “Local Roots” came to do our routine bi-annual service. Unfortunately, the ductwork was installed incorrectly by the former company. Dave identified the issue, and Jordan returned in a couple of days to fix it. Great owners and employees!!

Dave and Ideal were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We have 7 HVAC units 4 swamp coolers and everything was professionally serviced in one day. Hands down, this is the right company for your HVAC needs. In addition, their plumber Colton was out to flush the water heaters today. Local Roots is truly a one stop shop you can trust.

We just had Local Roots to our house for a maintenance appointment. Our tech. Ideal, was great. He took his time to clean everything and showed us the before and after pics. Most importantly, he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We will be changing our service contract to Local Roots.

Ideal came right out to service my unit after a critical alert message showed in my Trane App. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Local Roots is a new company. They are extremely ethical and competent. I am safe and secure and know that my new unit will be taken care of correctly.

for a tune up. Local Roots a/c & plumbing.
They were great. I was updated as to when my service tech would arrive and met a/c tech, Ideal.
He did a very thorough inspection & tested everything & gave me an
update on how everything is doing in the attic and unit on side of house.
We appreciated his step by step analysis relayed to me in a way I can understand.
Ideal has a great positive, can do attitude I have not seen in a long time.
He also knows his stuff!!!

So happy that I found Local Roots! I called for a free second opinion on my AC repairs. Scheduling was easy, and my technician, Ideal, was the best! He explained everything, and talked through some options before completing my repair and installing a new blower motor and fan.

So happy with the service we received!! Scheduled our annual service for both A/C units. The process was easy and very professional. Tech ( Ideal) showed up on time, was courteous and friendly. He inspected the units outside, the interior units and changed all the filters. There were a few repairs and some maintenance that were needed. Ideal took the time to show me pictures of what he discovered and then took time to talk me through whatever was necessary. These things were handled right away.

I called Local Roots to come out and install two Smart thermostats for me. The tech, Nolan Crowe, identified a crushed dryer vent in my attic and repaired it as well. He explained how Local Roots will take care of me in the future and how to use my Smart Thermostat.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! Great communication with scheduling and confirmation. Arrived at the expected appointment time. Explained everything with expertise and showed me pics of my air scrubbers in my attic. Cleaned up when done. I find great comfort in knowing I can depend on them for honest, reliable service. I am so happy I found Chris and his team again. I was a long time customer of Hays cooling heating and plumbing, and loved them. That service experts company that took over hays last year is horrible, they tried to rip me off on showing me bad parts for a different model water heater and told me it was from mine. The tech was like a used car salesman with a bad attitude. Til this day no manager ever called me back about it. AI helped me find Chris's new company and my former Hays team, I am on cloud 9. Ideal and Kolten came out and checked my water heater and did my AC maintenance. Both are good, nothing is wrong with the water heater. The Local Roots team is honest and they care about their customers. I never have to worry about the work they do or the pricing.
