I had Fresh Comfort Solutions come to my house and inspect my two air conditioners. They came to my house on time inspected both of my air conditioners found that one of them had a bad capacitor swap it out in no time at all. They also flushed out my drainage tubes . I will definitely put them in my phone book. Love the team from fresh comfort solutions.

I called Fresh Comfort when both of my mom’s AC systems stopped cooling in the middle of summer. It was hot! She was miserable, and we needed it done quick! We decided she needed to replace both units! They provided a full breakdown of possible repair solutions versus new install, and guided us in making the best decision for us financially and long-term. Makhi was not pushy, but informative and genuine. On install day, Makhi, Trever, and Cameron all showed up in a logoed truck with matching logos on their shirts, and were all very professional and polite. They kept a clean workspace. They communicated well through the project. And overall, made us feel very safe and secure through the whole process. They were not only great at what they did, which they knocked out in one day, but they were all good people! Highly recommend! Will use for all of my service needs in the future. I signed up for their service contract as well!

I had a great experience with Fresh Comfort Solutions annual service on the furnace and would highly recommend them. Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Although my home warranty company offered a free yearly maintenance with my warranty plan, after reviewing what the home warranty maintenance actually covered it was very little and there was a long list of what they would not cover without an additional charge. It seems all they wanted to do was basically come out and hose off my unit. So, I decided to call Fresh Comfort Solutions and I am so glad that I did. Makhi and Trevor were awesome. They explained exactly what they were doing and why and answered all of my questions. I have very old units and have been expecting them to go out for a while, but just cannot afford to replace them just yet. Makhi replaced a part on one of the heaters and had them working great again. I found them to be very reasonably priced thorough in their work and very professional. Mario came to our neighbor's home for the typical AC call--their unit wasn't cooling properly. The homeowner is a snowbird and wasn't there, so I was filling in. He was very professional, was obviously well trained, courteous to a fault, and obviously wanted to do the best possible job. He explained in detail how he diagnosed the problem, and what he'd be doing to fix it. Not only did he answer all my numerous questions, but further asked if there was anything else he could answer for me. The problem was fixed on the first call. I'll be calling Maximum Comfort for a summer inspection of my system, and will definitely call them if I have any AC problems. Of course, I'll specify that Mario's my guy to come out!

I also liked how he texted us when he was on his way, as well as when the job was completed.

AC unit died and Maximum Comfort provided us a "loaner" window until to keep us cool until they were able to get the installation done. Only 2 days from go ahead to actually having working AC in the house again. They went above and beyond to help and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone !

Very responsive until they find out you're working with Home Warranty. They're also very responsive until they encounter an issue that they don't want to help you with in resolving. What I'm saying is I'm still waiting for a phone call from this company and it's been weeks about an issue that we have been dealing with for over a year now. Please be aware if you're going through home warranty stay away from Maximum comfort. We have gotten involved with the Better Business Bureau and other platforms to take action. It is very unfortunate that we have reached out to management and owners and they refuse to talk to us or acknowledge us even though we spent Hefty money with they company. To make a story short we had to go and pay an outside company to come and fix the problem that maximum Comfort created. Upon doing so we contacted them letting them know that their maintenance guy had created and bigger problem for AC and that we had all the proper paperwork documented by the new HVAC company saying that the previous maintenance was not credible. What a nightmare having to deal with them and Home Warranty and then to find out days later that the job that they did was not right. So after the first encounter with maximum comfort when it's supposed to be. Fixed it broke again and had to come back out and fix it again and now it's not working because of another malfunction that detected so that's why I went through the another HVAC and they told me everything that they had done and maximum Comfort never gave me any documentation or paperwork of anything all they did was charge and charge and charge. It is very unfortunate that owners never wanted to resolve this with us but we will keep seeking resolutions and seek to be treated with respect no one deserves to be overcharged for cheap work , or make your customers wait long days during AZ heat summer .

Everything about this company was pleasant! My home warranty company suggested MCS & I received a call to schedule a visit within 15 minutes of hanging up with my home warranty company! Matt was very helpful also while he was at my house. Being a first time home owner I didn’t know much about my unit, but he was very understanding! I will definitely be requesting this company for any future issues!

Our home warranty company contacted this company. They came out on a Monday said it was a battery and replaced it one day later the ac was doing the same thing. We called the company on a Wednesday to inform them that it wasn’t working. The lady on the phone said she would call us back on when they could come out. We didn’t hear anything until Thursday morning when we called them back they scheduled an appointment for 9am this morning. Well the technician hasn’t called we have tried calling the office no response at all from anyone! They have 3 different numbers and no one answers the phone it’s been 3 hours of calling them. They have not closed out our claim for the first visit so we are unable to open another claim! This is the worst company I have ever come into contact with! I will be letting everyone I know to avoid calling this company and will be writing a letter to the BBB on their business practices! So here’s to another weekend of sitting in the heat with my family

Maximum Comfort was assigned by my home Warranty company to diagnose and repair my AC. Once the parts arrived Maximum scheduled the repair and spent 2 1/2 hours finishing all the work. 20 minutes after he left the AC stopped working. Maximum came back and discovered that the AC blew the breaker. Fortunately he had one in the truck and was able to replace it.

Matt was professional and thorough. I would definitely use him again.

Doug came out and diagnosed it had to order the compressor. Aubrey installed it did a great job. The AC is blowing frost!
My hose was near the pool pump and when he was done with it he put it back exactly where it was. Appreciate you guys
