Peter Quitugua and Raintree are the best. We had a backup in our sewer line that pushed water out of the washer drain onto a large area of the floor. I called Raintree and within two hours Peter was at our home. He diagnosed the problem, told me the cost and started to work on it. He cleared the drain, cleaned up the mess and was done in an hour. Very happy and satisfied with Peter and Raintree.

Kenneth from Rainforest was exceptional. Although he was unable to resolve the issue he did everything possible to solve our leaking ac issues before deciding to replace the condensate pump. For his professionalism and determination i recommend Kenneth for all you plumbing and ac needs.

Devan did a great job! Very professional! I'll definitely call them again with any major plumbing issues I have.

Rainforest Plumbing and specifically James Y., deserves 10 stars for absolutely incredible, above and beyond, service! I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday (of course) 3 hours before I had to leave for the airport. I called Rainforest and spoke to Ryan who said he could have someone to my place in about 1.5 hours. James arrived and went to work on my clogged drain while I ran around doing last minute preparations. The clog was a bit more problematic than first thought but James was so diligent and calm through it all. He eventually cleared the line minutes before I had to leave! He was so kind, calm and knowledgeable and really saved the day. Thank you James! And thank you Rainforest Plumbing for your top notch service. I will trust them with all my plumbing and A/C needs and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Alex did an amazing job at our property he was very polite and went above and beyond to fix the issues we had i would ask for Alex not only is he good but he's faster than diarrhea

Having an emergency plumbing issue after hours, I called Rainforest plumbing. A young man by the name of Levi called and gave me his ETA. HE arrived on time, gave me an estimate and immediately took care of the problem. He was not only efficient but also very pleasant to deal with.

Anthony Ashby was on call when I needed him most. Our complex had hired Rainforest Plumbing to jet our kitchen drains and one of my residential rental units had an issue after hours. The drain had been jetted earlier that day and was clear but when the tenant got home from work that evening her kitchen sink was a quarter-inch from overflowing with jet-black water. The clog was in the main drain because he had to auger four times and used all 90-feet of cable before he got to the clog. I was in awe of his patience and perseverance to stay with it until the drain was clear. It was a very frustrating situation and one neighbor even knocked on the door and asked us to stop so she could sleep. Thank you, Anthony, for the awesome job you did.
