When I had a problem with AC I needed immediate service. I contacted multiple agencies who even though on the website stated same day could not give me an appointment till the next day. Rain Forest Plumbing and Air gave me an appointment with 6 hours. Mike the AC tech was awesome, diagnosed the issue quickly and explained it to me. Very professional and honest company

Had a very successful and professional experience with rainforest plumbing. Scheduling process was quick and easy. The office staff was helpful and courteous. They called and gave me notice that they were arriving and were quick and efficient about their work. Isaac was very knowledgeable and a hard worker.

The plumber, Carson Pfile, was excellent. He did a great job of diagnosing our problem, explaining the repair, and completing repair in a timely manner. He was also courteous and friendly!

Two techs arrived on a Friday after 3PM and didn’t leave until 8:30PM ensuring that the issue was properly diagnosed and repaired. I was impressed with their tenacity and calm professionalism.

Dustin did a fine job of installing our soft water tank in a timely manner. He cleaned up the site when he finished the job. He was friendly, courteous, and answered any questions I had. I was very satisfied with his work.

James came in to locate a plumbing leak in our pool inlet. It was a much tougher issue. He was able to fix the issue on the same trip. He also cleaned up the entire area nicely after the job.

The plumber Dustin was great. He knew what he was doing. He did a good job on the boilers and if I have an issue again with the boilers, I was sure to ask for him. He was a great well mannered worker who works for Rainforest really liked him and he told me everything that he did and what he has done so I’d understand overall he did an outstanding job. The call was easy and the plumber was out within an hour. If you want a safe and hardworking guy, ask for Peter. He was friendly and helpful. Peter explained everything he was doing and what each step was.

Rainforest didn’t leave me without AC for long. They had everything in stock and ready to install once I approved the estimate. Got a whole new condenser and air handler in just a few hours! Great communication with installer on day of as well!

Technician Isaac was nice, knowledgeable, and informative. Love that they have 24 hours customer service. Got an appt the next day after calling. This is the second time we’ve used Rainforest in the past 5 months for separate issues.
