Me and my wife had the pleasure of having Warren from Custom plumbing help us with our plumbing needs. Warren made it SO easy and was very personable and puts off a vibe even when coming after hours past 8pm!

I could go on and on but hopefully whoever is reading this gets to experience his brand of customer service! I doubt we will be going anywhere else and will ask for Warren by name if we need anymore plumbing work done!

​Our boiler started making this scary banging noise. Called Custom Plumbing of Arizona and they sent someone out to take a look. It was a complex Boiler Repair involving the circulator pump, but they handled it efficiently. Quiet house again!

Jesse Green is the general manager of Custom Plumbing and a true gem representing the company with knowledge, professionalism, and a true caring for the customer. His patience and full explanation including sharing the video of the pipes helped so much. After 3 others just collected money and fixed nothing, Custom Plumbing is now our preferred Plumber.

Problem was not resolved as it is back to the manufacturer of the unit. However for such a young man, he carried his commitment outstandingly.

​The handle on our shower valve snapped off in my hand. Custom Plumbing of Arizona came out for the Tap Repair. They had to order a specific part but got it temporary working so we could still shower while waiting. Great customer service.

​Disorganized and unprofessional – Beware of the "Misquote" Bait and Switch

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs. I received a formal quote for a sink installation and confirmed an appointment. However, when the technician arrived, they informed me the price would be double the original quote.
​To make matters worse, they weren't even prepared to do the actual installation that day even though I confirmed it two times before arrival. The management blamed a "former employee" for the misquote, but as a customer, that shouldn't be my problem. If a company won't honor their written estimates or respect your time, they don't deserve your business. Total waste of a morning.

I am very appreciative of Jamie who returned my call immediately when my garbage disposal was leaking. Brett came immediately and replaced it. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you Custom Plumbing of Arizona for a great experience fixing my issue!

Found out we had a leak near the meter which was making all the dirt mud around it, had a couple of quotes from other companies before calling Custom Plumbing out for a quote. Cameron arrived, was very knowledgeable and helpful, was able to price match to a competitor. We decided to move forward with them and am very happy. Cameron was out this morning, arriving a little early which is always nice, did all the work and was done in about 4 hours. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

​Had a serious emergency with a backed-up main line on a Sunday. I was dreading the bill, but the Drain Cleaning cost was actually pretty reasonable for a weekend call. Very professional service.

Customer plumbing was great! Alfonzo was professional, thorough, knowledgeable. He and his coworker were able to quickly assess and diagnose the problem. They resolved the issue the same day and I’m thrilled with the results.

Scheduled an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet straightforward job, nothing fancy. When the plumber arrived, he pulled out a binder and said the price to replace the faucet would be $1000 if they supplied it or $700 if I supplied my own. I told him I already found a $40 faucet on Amazon and just wanted it installed since I’m selling the house and don’t need anything expensive.

Instead of giving a reasonable estimate, he asked if we were “replacing the sink too,” clearly trying to upsell. When I asked what their hourly rate was, he said he didn’t know because he works on commission. That told me everything I needed to know this wasn’t a service call, it was a sales pitch.

The whole thing felt deceptive and like a complete waste of time. The actual install takes about an hour, and I later found a local handyman who did it perfectly for $75 total.

If you’re considering using this company, just know they use a “price book” system designed to inflate small jobs into big-ticket projects. Be prepared for high-pressure upselling and vague pricing. I’d recommend finding a smaller, honest plumber or handyman instead.

​I’ve used a few different plumbers in the valley, but Custom Plumbing of Arizona is by far the most reliable. Had them over for a Tap Installation in our master bath remodel. The finish is perfect and they didn't leave a mess behind.

Water heater repair was done quickly and efficiently. The plumber replaced a broken sensor and made sure the temperature stayed consistent. Now I can take long, hot showers again without any interruptions. He also explained how to maintain it properly, which I really appreciated.

Brett came out and fixed a water leak for me same day i called custom plumbing. He was very thorough in his inspection made sure the leak was properly fixed for a fair price. I 100% recommend custom plumbing of Arizona.

As I was looking to install a soft water system. I had other companies come out with poor information and sky high pricing. Charles from Custom was straight forward, provided options and worked hard to get within my budget.

Andrew and his assistant totally saved us! We had just moved into our home when the water softener broke sending small resin sand beads throughout the house causing all of the toilets to become plugged and stopped working. What a mess (and inconvenience for sure!) Andrew did a quick assessment, purchased the needed materials and in under two hours, had figured out how to unplug the lines and fix the toilets. Both he and his assistant were kind, courteous and efficient. We will always call Custom Plumbing for our plumbing needs! I highly recommend! (They will also be putting in our new water softener!)

We were in need of emergency service for our business. We had a water heater problem. It was 9:00 PM on December 23rd. Custom Plumbing were the only ones to respond to our call. Jessie the general manager is the one who came to the site. He was upfront about the cost for the service call and it was a responsible price for an after hours call $69.99. He proceeded to trouble shoot the problem. He went out of his way to find the issue and even went as far as tracing the issue all the way back the breaker in the electrical panel. Once he found the issue he told us not to worry about the fee that he would take care of it. What a stand up guy! We highly recommend Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Their customer service is way above any others. With his help we were able to get our problem fixed the next day. Thank you Jessie!

I had Custom Plumbing of Arizona come out to my home in a very quick manner and gave me an estimate for my sewer replacement. I don’t know much plumber talk but had the plumber explain everything in detail to me! He got the work started on a Monday was done Wednesday, I couldn’t recommend a better company for plumbing work.

We bought a new washing machine and the valves were stuck for hot and cold water in the off position. We contacted Angi's list and were contacted by several plumbing services and requested a quote from the first one that contacted us, which was Custom Plumbing. When the technician arrived, he looked at the issue and informed me that the drywall would need to be cut out to replace the valves stating the valves were not threaded. I could clearly see that they were threaded and more than likely could have done the job myself but wanted to make sure it was done 100% properly to avoid leaks and any mold. The technician quoted me $1300. This was not including drywall repair. I told him that I would probably try to get a second opinion and he immediately dropped his price to $1100. He even stated, he would send me an estimate with a military discount on top of that. Estimate was never received. We had a second plumber come out after I texted him photos of what was needed. He quoted me $200. When he arrived, he informed me that he definitely did not need to cut into the drywall, and that these valves were threaded. The second plumber completed the job in under 20 minutes and we paid $200. I understand labor minimums for technicians but $1300 vs $200. Come on Custom Plumbing. Times are tough and price gouging is pretty sketch. Do better.

Cameron from Custom Plumbing came to give us an estimate for a burst water pipe. He was very courteous and gave us an honest evaluation of the job. We appreciate that he was not pushy at all and even suggested that a landscaper might be a better fit for the job. We will definitely consider Custom Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.

I called this company for a free estimate and an inspection on my situation. They confirmed over the phone that it would be free, and they would come up with the A solution plus estimate before anything is done. I let them know I, the homeowner was not going to be on the property, but I had a tenant in place who was able to grant them access for the free estimate. They took granted of the situation and proceeded forward on bolt cutting circuit breaker security lock in order to get access to it, proceeded forward with working on my kitchen pipes and contacting the tenant without the homeowners permission to proceed forward with future projects they recommended. They completely crossed the line and turned around and charge me $280 for cleaning a dishwasher filter?
