Heath is very knowledgeable and professional. We needed a natural gas line moved, and he was able to easily complete the job in a timely manner. Very fairly priced as well. Would definitely recommend.

We had a water leak inside our wall that was coming out from under our baseboards causing all kinds of damage. Heath from Copper Springs plumbing did sleuthing work to discover that a previous security installer had drilled a hole right through our sewage pipe. He fixed the pipe that day and we have had no problems since! Excellent price, saved the day! I felt very confident in his plumbing expertise as well as overall understanding of the way homes are built. Now he is our go-to guy for anything water-related in our home!

Heath came highly recommended by a contractor to rebuild a shower fixture that was not properly regulating temperature and leaked water into a wall. It was a problem that a previous plumber failed to remedy. He came out promptly, did a fantastic job fixing the problem and the invoice for the work was shockingly low. Heath is great; had him over to work on my dishwasher. Ended up inviting him back 3 months later to replace my water softener and upgrade my water heater to a tankless. Both have been working great for the last 6 months. Very detail oriented throughout installation.

I have never written a review on anything. But Heath did a great job. I am having natural gas plumbed to my house and I needed to have the interior of my home plumbed. Heath knocked it out, price was fair, work was great. I don't like people coming into my home but when Heath was done you would never of known he was there other than the pluming he did. Everything was clean when he was finished and it looks great. I will definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again in the future.

Heath does great work! He was very efficient and came to my rescue when my hot water heater started leaking and I had company coming in two days. It was under warranty and he worked with me on that as well! Very fair price and I can't thank him enough for taking care of it so quickly!!!

Heath is by far the best plumber I have found in Az ( and I have had to try several!) I rarely write reviews however his service is exceptional. I had a hot water heater break over the holidays with a house full of family and friends. He came immediately and had such a positive can do attitude. He replaced it the same day. Last week, I had a hot water incident again and he showed up immediately. It ended up not being a plumbing issue however he helped trouble shoot and fixed the issue on the spot. He is professional, kind and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend his service.

I had a pressure reducing valve spring a pinhole leak on Tuesday. Contacted Heath at Copper Springs Plumbing on Wednesday and his team was out Thursday to fix it. I requested he rebuild the line up with a new ball valve shutoff and hose bib. Work was done well and overall, it was affordable. Would use again!

I wish I could give more than five stars! After dealing with multiple plumbers trying to pressure us into replacing a 4 year old water heater and not correctly fixing the issue after multiple visits, we were beyond frustrated and just wanted someone who actually knew what they were doing. Thankfully, Heath came out right away, immediately identified the real problem, and had it resolved in no time. He was professional, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was such a relief to work with someone competent, straightforward, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Excellent work and prompt response. Mark is great, listens to what you want, and gives good advice about the problem. We have used this company a number of times. They are well worth the money and they stand behind their work.

Within 24 hours Mark came and took care of our plumbing issue. He was patient and kind and I will definitely be using him again!

I would not recommend. The new water flex line the plumber installed was too short. While tightening it to the pipe on the top of the water heater the front of the tank lifted off the ground. When I brought it to the his attention, he kick the bottom of the tank in an attempt to move it closer to the wall and put a sizable dent in the shell. He still charged me the full price.

I asked that the flex line be replaced with a longer one because the current pipe has a sharp bend. An appointment was made but never kept. There wasn't even a call to to cancel or reschedule.

Work not completed - Does the Minimum necessary

This company was a referral from a friend whom I trust so I really wanted to work with them. I guess the first red flag would have been the "quote", a three line, broken sentence. We decided to move forward anyway. We were ripping out our bathtub and creating a large walk-in shower. The tile company we went through is rated on Angie's List and they are the utmost professionals. Even they stated they couldn't believe the attitude and shotty work.

The plumber service pro was a big help in recommending the fixtures we needed. However, one was back-ordered and my husband told the service pro the parts would be there by noon. The service pro acknowledged my husband but went ahead and "made" the part anyway. When my husband returned from picking up the parts, at noon, the service pro was obviously annoyed and said he would have to come back tomorrow. He did come back and use the parts we purchased, and proceeded to charge us for another trip charge. My husband handed me the invoice and I wrote the check blindly because I was in a hurry. I should have stopped payment. Come to find out he wasn't coming back to install the fixtures but explained to my husband how to do it. My husband is NOT a plumber. I immediately wrote an e-mail to the company requesting the work that we just paid for be completed. I received a response from the office stating they would look into it.

I followed up with two additional e-mails over the next month. No answers. When the tile guy finished and my husband attempted to install the fixtures we noticed the main valve and a couple body sprays were off by 1/8" to 1/4". We texted the serviced pro and sent an e-mail...no response. A nice gentleman in the plumbing department of Home Depot was able to fix our problem through improvisation rather than rip $600 worth of tile off the wall.

I sent a final e-mail on July 6th requesting reimbursement for some charges on the bill. Still no response. This whole ordeal was/is quite disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Quick service, honest, saved me a lot of money by being knowledgeable and not trying to up sell me (had one of the bigger companies come before and tried to sell me on major rebuild with financing etc)
Mark is a great guy, I'd refer him to all my friends and family.

MNS are very dependable. They are very cordial on the phone and are able to come to the site almost same day, in most cases. Affordable, will always give me multiple options, and will not leave the job undone. They are highly recommended.
