When I changed hotels this year, I didn't hesitate to contact MNS Plumbing instead of the vendor that the property previously used in the past. Added RO line to refrigerator, MNS Plumbing came out, did a great job, cleaned up after their work, and ran through all the work with me. Everything is working great, no leaks, and Mark's professional attitude was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely use them again.

I had a water heater flood my property and MNS was the plumber my reconstruction contractor worked with to move the water heater out of the kitchen and also move the washer/dryer outside to a storage closet. I also hired him directly to install a new Water Heater. So far there have been no problems with his work. The office staff was efficient and friendly to work with. They charged the same amount in labor another plumber charged for the water heater install, so prices were fair.

Wae’ve done business with Dax several times, he is extremely progressional and respectful. He does nice clean work and is super efficient with his time. One of our valves that he replaced was bad and he returned to replace it with no problems.
I appreciate the app he uses to communicate when he is on his way and to confirm appointments. I would recommend Dax hands down.

MNS Plumbing is top notch! I called MNS after dealing with a warranty company and a sub standard plumbing company for 8 days when my water heater went out. When the water heater was finally installed by the warranty company, I was left with 4 leaks in the pipe work. Frustrated because the sub standard contractor would not come back out and fix the leaks immediately, I called MNS plumbing. They gave me a time that same day. They called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. This alone put a smile on my face! Mark Pratt showed up. We both looked at the job that HAD been done, and knew the job needed to be redone. Marks price was VERY reasonable to fix the incompetence of the warranty work. Mark found 5 things done wrong which would have cost me another water heater soon down the road. What made Mark stand out... his professionalism, honesty and knowledge. He even got on the phone and helped me with the warranty company. Ultimately, not a good situation with the warranty company. For MNS Plumbing, Mark Pratt will be the ONLY plumbing company I use from here on out! Thank you very much for cleaning up a botched job and bringing me comfort knowing your work was done right! Don’t even think twice If your trying to choose between plumbers... MNS Plumbing is quality. I will be using them again!

After 17 years my water heater took a dump and MNS was out the same day to take a look and was here bright and early the next morning to replace with a tankless. They did a great job and the guys who came out were professional and knowledgeable and I will use them again in case of any plumbing issues. A+

We purchased a new kitchen sink and faucet and called MNS Plumbing to remove old and install new sink. Bonnie was pleasant and patient when I scheduled appointment. Mark arrived earlier than expected but this was not a problem. He installed new fixtures in less than an hour and cleaned work area just as he found it. I've used MNS in the past to have a water heater replaced and was extremely satisfied then as I am now with this service. I would not hesitate to use MNS Plumbing again.

I have contracted with MNS several times on 2 different properties. One very challenging backflow installation requiring overnight work to minimize tenant interference and they are outstanding. Their performance on small jobs is just as efficient.

MNS does a great job! I've had them do a couple of jobs at my home and have been very pleased! They're knowledgeable, thorough & clean up when done. I've also referred them to a friend when her water heater broke last summer while she was out of town. Mark went out at 6 pm on his birthday!!! Excellent customer service!

MNS was my first call/quote and should have been my only call. I got about 4-5 other quotes and MNS came in with the best - no pressure - quote! Daniel Turner came to do my utility sink install and went above and beyond. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job! We will be using MNS going forward for all of our plumbing needs!

They showed up on time and fixed my problems correctly and efficiently. Very professional job dun. And when I found a urinal that wouldn't flush that was not on the original work order they fixed it with out any hesitation or b.s. 👍

Once again, MNS was able to respond to our plumbing issue within an hour and a half and Daniel had everything up and running in no time. He explained everything so that I understood the issue. I believe we have used them about 5 or 6 times between our business and home and Daniel and Mark have both been great as well as the ladies in the office!

We had damage to the main valves at the water supply to our house. Dan was able to install a workaround so that we had water over night. The next day he installed a complete new main valve. He was able to explain what was needed, and did great work at a fair price when we needed it the most!

Looking for a new plumber is always nerve racking but thankfully these folks came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations.

From scheduling to completion all were friendly yet professional.

Mikey from MNS serviced my drain this morning. Incredible service, really nice guy, explained all my options very clearly and was very transparent and honest. Didn’t try to charge me an arm and both my legs like a couple other companies did. Highly recommend!
