Second time I have used MNS. Dan is great, on time and fast. Quality of work is exceptional.

I was unhooking my washer for an appliance delivery that afternoon and discovered the hot water shutoff was broken. I called MNS hoping someone could fix it before the delivery guys came. Daniel showed up with parts in less than two hours, told me what he could do and how much it would be. He was amazing!! Super nice and professional! And he didn't try to talk me into additional stuff I didn't need. Definitely will call them any time I need plumbing services!

Who does an store shut down on a standard business, day. For inventory do that on a Saturday and pay your guys OT.
Also straighy rudeness from the workers.

Andrew was so polite and hard working. He installed a new 75 gallon hot water heater, new pressure gauge and two faucets. He was professional, did a great job and was very affordable (we got quotes from others.) We live in North Phoenix so it’s sometimes a challenge to find quality services that cover our area - thankfully, we have a plumber for life now!

Kitchen faucet stopped working. The tech stopped by same day and replaced it with a new faucet. Good & quick work for a fair price.

I had an outside water leak. Andrew came out right away and was able to diagnose the problem. He made sure that i understood the issue and was willing to work with my insurance. Did a great job replacing my water line and returning my yard to it's original state. I had a positive experience with everyone involved. He came, he fixed my draining issue and he didnt over charge me even for a saturday call. Very Professional and polite. He even went so far as to try to contact my landlord to get them to pay but was unsuccessful and apologized for it though I intended to pay him no matter what. I have since moved but if and when I do have a plumbing issue I will be calling Griffin Plumbing again.

Griffin plumbing is so reliable and the best service!

Griffin plumbing has done several repairs on our house for an extremely fair price. Had no issues after the repairs. These included soft water system replacement, whole home filter, reverse osmosis install, water main gate valve replaced with lever, hose bib replacement, toilet wax ring, water heater replacment, & manabloc manifold replacment.

Andrew was very helpful with walking me through the process and breaking things down for a dummy like me, he explaned how to prevent further issues and what to look for if problems arise in the future.
