Responsive, professional really clean work. Weren't the cheapest - maybe for a reason. I can barely get subs to call me back these days; MNS was there in 2 days, on time, and finished in 1 hour, no messing around.

I have called on Dax with MNS Plumbing so many times I have lost count. He bends over backwards to save the day when I need something done. They schedule and then show up ON TIME and the quality of work is done outstanding. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing needs!

I was away from home when my water heater began leaking, I saw it on my security cameras. Mark, (the Owner), personally went to my house and investigated the current problems even though I was gone, and he had never had me as a previous customer. Well. he has me now. What a mind blower of work ethic, caring and integrity. He went over-and-above the call of duty for me, and this requires a big 'kudos'. What an impressive find in a very busy construction market.

Had a sewage back up on a Sunday. UGH. Called and they were here in less than 2 hours. Fixed the issue and gave us great recommendations for maintenance. Highly recommend and saving their number.

Mark has completed a number of plumbing jobs at our home. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, but most importantly, honest. I would highly recommend MNS for any plumbing need.

MNS Plumbing have been our "go to" service since buying a home 7 years ago in AZ. This call involved a leaking kitchen faucet that I'd bought and had ANOTHER remodeler install. MNS found a warranty for the faucet ordered the part and got it working better than when it was originally installed. MNS also referred me Artisan Leak Detection for a fire pit that had water in the gas line that I thought would had a corroded line. They found and remedied the problem in less than an hour of digging. MNS came through "big" once again for us.

Dax was able to make time in his schedule in 1 day to install a new water heater as ours had stopped working. He was helpful in recommending the type for our needs, showed up when he was scheduled and was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We would definately call him for any plumbing needs.

Dax has done work for me for years. He is an amazing and honest guy. He has, repaired my plumbing for the sale of a home, Installed a whole house water filter and and softener, replaced my water heater and most recently repaired a drain leak in my ceiling. He is very busy and I know why, because his work is quality and he is honest and fair with his customers.

Came out and replaced a shut off valve at the pressure relief valve. Was fast and helpful to understand why the relief valve was required and what it did. Worked fast and was very helpful

Daniel arrived on time and was very cordial with a pleasant smile even before diagnosising my toilet problem. He had all the parts he needed to repair my toilet tank problem. With it being in a 35 year old park model and a little tough to get at the insides because of a bathroom shelf that was only inches above the tank. With his imagination, skills, field craft, and steadfast determination he successfully accomplished the mission. Daniel cleaned up everything and his plumbing prowess was very admirable. He brought great relief to me and was kind and thoughtful and let me know the nature of the problems I was dealing with and also installed some other parts that were breaking down because of the age of the toilet. Cuddos Daniel and job well done! Very satisfied with all the much needed help I was greatly searching for. Thanks again Daniel and carry on.

Called MNS on a referral from a trusted friend, due to a main line leak than was running down the street (on our side of the meter, unfortunately). Mark was at the house within hours, and offered a couple of alternatives to what will not be an easy fix. I appreciate that he wants it done right, and that he is very reasonable in the costs he quoted. I would happily refer MNS Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

I’m a weekend-hack-plumber, so when Mark comes out to bail me out of a problem I really enjoy watching him work. He is so skilled and such a great guy. I highly recommend MNS.

Had my gas line extended about 14 feet. Was quoted a price which was suppose to take 2 people 2 days to complete. Was charged over $3000 for a job that only took one person less than half of a day. Way too expensive. Never again.

MNS was referred to us by the Mitigation Company that came to dry out the results of a leak in the house. Mark installed and re-routed a new hot water system by going up through the crawl space. He was very professional and accomplished that in record time. A couple of weeks later our bathtub faucet generated a leak. Even though we called late in the day, he braved the afternoon traffic from wherever he was to Ahwatukee and fixed the leak! We will always be calling MNS in the future, as this house was built in 1974 and there will certainly be future issues.

Mike P was our tech. After having dozens of incompetent people sent out by our insurance company, Mike was refreshingly direct, quick and competent. He's easy to talk to, does good work quickly, and I would recommend his work and MNS for employing him.

We had an emergency leak in the attic at 3.30am that was pouring down into the walls and laundry room. We called at 3.45am and someone was out within hours, on a Saturday, the day after Christmas.
The issue was explained to me and some other plumbing tips, very helpful to have some insight instead of just hearing the job is done. The issue of the improperly installed and mounted soft water line was fixed. The peace of mind of getting someone to our house when water is pouring out of roof vents was priceless.
I would definitely recommend MNS.
