I was home alone when I noticed water coming out from the cabinets under my kitchen sink. Chris with Genie Plumbing was over and had the problem fixed within the hour! He didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need. I appreciate his professionalism!

They did a great job locating and rerouting the hot water feed to the guest bathroom. I would absolutly use them again. Their price was less than half the other estimates. They also took the liberty of repairing a toilet while they where here.

I was on shift when my wife had a shower handle break off and spray water everywhere. We called Chris with Genie Plumbing. He was over within a hour and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. You can expect punctual and quality work.

I did not end up using this company because I was able to get the existing company to come out to us the same day under warranty. They called me back and ended up squeezing us in. So decided to let them take care of it. We have no hot water in the middle of winter and needed someone right away. I called this company, he was so willing help same day and was very professional and nice. I don’t think I caught his name but thanks for being so helpful!!

Chris showed up on Sunday afternoon on time. He fixed our leaky pipe quickly and efficiently. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him for any plumbing job you have. Thank you Chris😊

I have used them numerous times and everytime they have been fantastic. Just recently needed a leak outside fixed and they were over fast, at night, and replaced without me even being there! Another time when we bought our house about 4 years ago we came back from vacation and there was a leak upstairs. It ended up being the stop valves under the sink so they replaced the plastic ones for the metal ones and were in and out fast! Very reliable and extremely cost effective! I will never look outside them for another plumber in my life!

Responsive and friendly service! But no communication on fees in the process, make sure to ask. $89.99 visit/diagnostic is fine, but $205 for providing a solution (run the water to clear a sump pump) that required no actual labor is crazy!

Had a leak in a hot water PEX line buried within an interior wall. Chris got right on the problem and did an outstanding repair job.

I cannot say enough good things about Genie Plumbing. Definitely my first and only choice in the future.

Chris was absolutely great. He took my message right away through Yelp, quoted me fairly, came out to my house ON TIME and fixed my water pressure valve regulator at the agreed upon time/price. He's polite, knowledgable, personable and just an all-around good guy that you can trust to take care of your plumbing needs. I'd highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone.

Genie Plumbing is terrific! Our six year old hot water heater installed by another plumbing company quit late Wednesday night and this morning we have a new tank. The two service techs were very professional and polite. I highly recommend Genie Plumbing.

Chris showed up on time and did an outstanding job of installing my new Kraus kitchen faucet. He overcame some hole location difficulties and I am very pleased with the outcome. Chris was friendly, professional, quick and thorough leaving the area restored and clean. The price was very competitive and I will certainly go back with Genie for my plumbing needs in the future.

I can give the technician, Jared five stars but for the company in general, I can only give three stars. Reason is that I was told that Bradford White is a very best as even the sticker on the Bradford White Tank shows as in picture below and Genie Plumbing informed me that "BRADFORD WHITE is the best in the busiess" for residential water heaters, but yet I was charged $90 by GENIE PLUMBING for diagnosis charge to be informed(Because of warranty, I didn't even take any water heater element covers off the tank), that the BRADFORD WHITE bottom water heater element was bad & needing replacement and GENIE PLUMBING would charge $350 to replace it even though I paid them $1600.00 to install this BRADFORD WHITE water heater, ONLY 2.5years ago. My old HOME DEPOT water heater elements lasted 15 yrs & 21 yrs as I replaced the lower water heater element after 15 years old and then I couldn't get the top water heater element loose so decided it was 21 years old I'll have it replaced and have a warranty since I was convinced by GENIE PLUMBING that the BRADFORD WHITE water heater was "SUPPOSEDLY" much better than the HOME DEPOT water heater. After being charged $90, it seems GENIE PLUMBING isn't standing behind the hype of BRADFORD WHITE being the best as described by GENIE PLUMBING. We are not happy and we are irritated about this and cannot recommend either BRADFORD WHITE water heaters or GENIE PLUMBING at this time, unless they are gonna support what I was informed in the beginning, and hopefully, nothing is wrong with the actual BRADFORD WHITE water heater or I will need to post more reviews in future of my experience elsewhere if warranty isn't supported reasonably. It may not be GENIE PLUMBING's fault for the malfunction of the BRADFORD WHITE water heater failing, but I expect the BRADFORD WHITE product functionality to be supported by GENIE PLUMBING and for the water heater not to fail for at least 10 years or at least the heater elements not going out this quickly, especially since I have a filter before my well tank for the last 5 years that wasn't there for more than half the life of my Home Depot water heater which lasted 15 years for the water heater elements before even replacing without having a pre-tank well tank water filter as shown in pictures below. So, with less than 75% less sediment, the water heater elements should last even twice as long as the HOME DEPOT water heater elements lasted. So, we are not very trust worthy of the BRADFORD WHITE water heater at this time....👎👎's down. Hopefully, the BRADFORD WHITE won't fail in next 15 years & no more charges from GENIEPLUMBING if the heater element fails again,hmmmm.???

I need 100 stars for this company. This is a family owned and operated small business. They have compassion, empathy and honesty. Do not call the big box names… they will cheat you. This company came out and fixed the problem at a more than an honest price. The technician was friendly and nailed the job. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, look no further than Genie Plumbing.
