I recently had the pleasure of working with Macho Contracting, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and expertise.
The team arrived on time and thoroughly explained the process before beginning their work. They were respectful of my property, ensuring everything was left clean and tidy. The job was completed swiftly, and they took the time to address all my questions and concerns.
What stood out the most was their exceptional customer service. Every interaction, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job, was handled with care and attentiveness.
I highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic services. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
Thank you for your outstanding service! Highly recommend! -
I called Macho Contracting and they came out and did the job two days later. They were responsive, explained everything along the way, and sent video and pictures. I needed baffles and a pipe replaced and a certification and they did a great job. Now with the tank certified, I can sell my Dad's house, who we lost in December. They didn't try to upcharge or take advantage of the situation. I'm truly thankful for these people. Robby, Slade, and Daniel, Thank you again. God bless you.

Macho Contracting is superb!
After multiple attempts with various plumbers to fix our duplex lift station alarm (sewer pump), we called Macho Contracting.
They fixed it on the first attempt!!! Additionally, their fees were reasonable and they offered a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
Highly recommend! Very capable. -
Macho Contracting is amazing! My leach field met the end of its life. I had requested three different quotes from different companies and not only was Macho's quote the best, the way they dug the new leach pit was superior to the plan anyone else had quoted. Macho were on time and did an outstanding job! The cleanup was fantastic! Also, most companies don't offer a cash discount! Thank you so much for what you all did for my wife and myself. If I ever have another plumbing issue, Macho will be the first call I make.

CNJ was assigned by American Home Shield to respond to my service call for a clogged kitchen clog on 3/17/2019. Their plumber came and barely spend 3 minutes looking at the sink and ran water through. He then left saying I need a hydro jet treatment. I later called the office to speak to him as I wanted to know why he decided in 3 minutes to do a hydrojet treatment without troubleshooting. The receptionist who was extremely rude would not let me talk to the plumber and told me the case is closed. I just want to warn the people to be careful how they operate. you might be wasting your time with cnj I called Freddy Fox and they cleared the clog in 30 minutes. .

So I have a Home Warranty through American Home Shield..who contracts with CNJ Services llc. Yesterday the tech showed up to diagnose our water heater. The tech Richard told us it was the electricity and to call an electrician. We called an electrician and also paid $40.00 for him to tell us the electricity was not the problem. Called AHS again and Richard from CNJ Services would come out a 2nd time today between 12n and 3pm. Both days my husband lost 3 hours of work to wait. Well at 3:00pm still no Richard. After calling CNJ we were told no one was coming out because he contacted the manufacture on the side of our water heater and the parts would not be in for 3 days. First off how in the hell does Richard even know what is wrong and what parts to order because he said it was the electricity? 2nd of all who is he to call the manufacturer to obtain parts for free? 3rd my husband also called the manufacturer and they said we could go to any Lowes and pick them up for free today. American Home Shield and CNJ Services Llc are scams.

My water heater was leaking. Called AHS the warranty company - standard fee $75.00. The warranty company used CNJ Services and scheduled their tech for the appointment. The tech showed up took pictures and said the water heater needed to be replaced. He took the manufacturers sticker. AHS called this morning to tell me that the water heater was covered by the manufacturers warranty and that CNJ would bring the new one out, dispose the old one and charge us $425 for the modifications (hooking up three, conduit pipes). CNJ called to scheduled the appointment. I told the lady that called to just remove the old water heater and leave the new water heater and i would call a plumber to install the new water heater. She said that isn’t the way the warranty works through the contractor and AHS. So in summary: The warranty company doesn’t have to pay anything because the water heater is covered by the manufacturer and CNJ charges $425 to,hook up three pipes and dispose of the old tank.
Here is a suggestion for anyone thinking about scheduling an appointment with CNJ. Take the sticker information from your water heater and call the manufacturer to see if it is under warranty. If it is, ask them how to get a replacement. Call several plumbing companies to get bids for installation and disposal of the old water heater. This is a one hour job. Let’s say it cost $50 to take the old water heater to the dump. That means $375/hour. The fact that you are in no position to negotiate and have no leverage with the company is frustrating and maddening. To say the least. CNJ has lost a customer forever -
I had a really bad experience with CNJ. They were called in by my warranty company to resolve a difficult to turn bathroom faucet handle. Technician broke the handle and after many attempts said the manufacturer Kohler no longer had replacement parts. This went on for 4 months at which time CNJ said the faucet would have to be replaced by the Warranty company. The payout was $145 for a faucet that retails $900. In the end I contacted Kohler and they supplied replacement parts. I was able to fix the faucet myself in less than 30 minutes. So much for the expertise of the 3 different plumbers CNJ dispatched. VERY SAD. BTW - I tried to give CNJ no stars. Unfortunately the only way a review can be posted is by selecting a star so CNJ gets the minimum.

My Home warranty company sent this company to fix a leaking toilet. The tech broke the seat while repairing the leak which was not big deal things happen I get it. The tech showed up about a week later to fix the seat and again the did not do it correctly so I finally just did it myself. A few months later I start receiving phone calls from my HWC asking to pay the trade fee which I did at the time of service and CNJ was telling the HWC I never paid. I provided the copy of the cashed check to the HWC and the issue was resolved. Fast forward five months and the toilet is leaking again in the same area. I called CNJ about the issue and was promptly told they would not come out to look at the leak again unless I paid them another $75. I would expect a company to back their work especially on a part that is supposed to last 20 to 30 years not 6 months. I would gladly pay the additional $75 if the issue was not related to the first time they came out. I would expect a company would at least come out to take a look on work that they did to ensure it was done correctly. I would not recommend this company and if your HWC sends them please pay attention to every detail of the service call.

I was assigned CNJ through my home warranty, AHS. I live in a manufactured home and whatever leak is happening is happening underneath the home meaning it needs to be accessed through a crawl space (we have two access points). We know for sure there is a leak because a company came out to do an under home inspection and pointed it out to us. Richard from CNJ came out and verified that it was not a fresh water leak by looking at the meter which was great news! He then proceeded to say it was most likely a drain leak. He did look at the drains in the bathroom and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. He explained that he would need to come back for an end of day appt so that he wouldn't be going to other homes dirty since he was going to have to crawl under the home. He write down the notes, had me sign and was on his way. I was happy to reschedule since it wasn't a fresh water leak. I never received a call back to reschedule but noticed the service request was marked as complete on the AHS website. I contacted AHS who reached out to CNJ. They told AHS that they couldn't access the leak and that we would need to provide access. Well, for starters, we have TWO access points. Richard didn't even try to enter either of them. And what's interesting is that the notes they provided to AHS are very different than the note I have written on the work order from them. However, apparently AHS sides with the vendors so CNJ will continue to get paid for literally doing nothing. I always try to give companies the benefit of the doubt and be understanding. But they are either scamming AHS and their customers out of money OR they are just too lazy to crawl under my home which TWO plumbers had done about 4 weeks prior and did so just fine without complaint and they were big dudes.

Major disappointment .
These guys came out through American home shield. Before they came out I told him exactly what the issue was. I had already had two other plumbers come out to give a quote they are quotes were $280 to fix the problem it was just a simple shower plug that needed to be replaced.
The guy that I talked to at CNJ services said that if he couldn’t do it through the home warranty he would just charge me $160 extra cash to do the work .
When American home shield wouldn’t cover the work the guy that came out (through CNJ services) told me it was going be $700 to replace the shower plug in my handle because he had to rip my wall apart.
Total BS... I had pro skills come out and they did it in 30 minutes!!!
So not only did their representative lie to me, but then when they came to my house they totally took advantage of the situation. These guys completely wanted to scam me and not only did I have to pay the service fee from American home shield but then had to pay another competent plumber to come out and finish the work these guys couldn’t do.
CNJ IS A RIPOFF!!!!! -
This company should have their licenses taken away! CNJ Is a JOKE! Sadly, AMERICAN HOME SHIELD WARRANTY is just as fraudulent allowing and agreeing to illegal padded costs on so called modifications which are components that are covered under our AHS contract. I had two plumbers come out to give estimates on a new water heater, comparing apples to apples. Plus, I called the manufacturing companies of Rheem, A.O. Smith and Bradford White water heaters. I also called seven local plumbing companies for estimates and if they charged for components necessary to hook up the new water heater. They All told me the same thing. Components should be included in the price of installation if they are not changing the size or type of the water heater. We have a 50 gallon gas tank and replacing it with the same type. CNJ and AHS are claiming these are modifications because our old tank is before the 2015 Government Energy Efficiency Code requirements. They think customers are dumb enough to fall for this. I checked with these new codes and it has nothing to do with components, but the tanks themselves. Whether you’re replacing a two year tank or a twenty two year old tank, it’s just good plumbing to replace components when renewing the tank and should always be included as standard installation costs.
I had to finally contact CNJ that AHS assigned to us, to come out. When I got their $600 extra fees charges on components, I demanded a second opinion from AHS as our contract states is allowed. They DENIED me that right. Then, CNJ refused to contact me because I questioned and refused to pay unless they could explain how their inflated costs were legitimate. The rude girl told me to call AHS and request a second opinion, that’s what people are allowed to do because they refuse to service me!
Both AHS and CNJ should be investigated by the Attorney General, my next contact along with BBB! -
Called my home warranty company,American Home Shield because my hot water tank was leaking. Diego from CNJ came out and evaluated the problem and submitted a claim to AHS as is AHS policy. The claim was approved and Diego came back did a great job and is a great kid. When CNJ called to set up an time for replacement they stated that there would be some things that AHS would not pay for, which Diego warned me about. AHS would not pay for a new gas line to the tank, or new water lines to and from the tank, they also wanted to replace a shut off valve that wasn't working( which I knew about) and put a pan under the tank to help protect from future leaks. I gladly paid for these additional costs because I felt that they were practical and necessary to do the job correctly. AHS should have paid for these other costs. CNJ did a great job, but I now realize that I have the wrong Home Warrant Service and will be changing companies.

I add my one star review to all the others. We had a problem with a pressure regulator at our home so I called my home warranty, American Home Shield, and they send out CNJ services. They installed a pressure regulator valve and tired to solder it IN THE RAIN. About a week later we found that the pressure regulator valve was leaking from both the top and bottom union connections. This cost us the $75.00 to the Home Warranty Company and another $325.00 to CNJ Services then another $185.00 to have a reputable plumber out to fix the problem. I called twice to speak to a manager and no one called back. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

Our home warranty company assigned this plumber to unclog a shower drain. We spoke on the phone when scheduling and they asked me if our clean out was on the roof because they don't do anything that requires roof access. I told them it is not on the roof, it's ground level. The technician that went out there this morning did not even attempt to unclog the stoppage. He told our tenant that the clog needed to be cleaned out through the roof and he didn't have the correct materials. He said that he was going to get help and come back. He basically lied to our tenant. He wasn't getting help. He was merely leaving and telling his company that the clean out was in the roof. If he actually looked for the clean out he would have found it in the back yard. Now our tenants have to wait another week for another company to come out to do what CNJ should have taken care of first time out.

I had a similar experience as others are saying they had, that this company, after coming out to inspect, quotes what work needs to be done which includes the specific word "modification" which they are using to justify the homeowner paying more. They know that the home warranty company will not pay if a "modification" needs to be made leaving you with the balance. I have requested that Old Republic Home Warranty remove them from their referral list as they seem to be using this tactic often. Don't get taken advantage of and get another opinion as I did and found out that no "modification" was necessary and the new company fix the shower valve. My experience with CNJ Services was a complete waste of time.

We did this through our home warranty. Called Home Warranty yesterday, Kyle from CNJ was here today. Only took him minutes to figure out the issue, and a few more minutes to fix. He was pleasant, and also showed me what he was doing. Great job, Kyle!

Soon after moving into our home we started having plumbing issues and our home warranty company sent CNJ out. We needed to have all of our underground plumbing replaced. I’d like to give a big thumps up to CNJ. They treated us like we were their parents. They were kind, concerned, courteous and, best of all, efficient. They did what they said would do, in the time they said they would do it. I would highly recommend them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY TOTALLY.. They are a complete rip off and hey charged me $400 for what they called modification to my hot water heater. It was covered under my home warrant company. When I asked what modification they were doing for $400 the technician had no answers and finally told me it was for disconnecting the hot water heater. How on earth a technician can remove old water heater without disconnecting and replacing the flex pipe? When I called the company to discuss the so called "MODIFICATION" the customer service lady was rude and said "In United States they have the choice of switching the terms according to their choice. For me it was replacement of the small flex pipe, but for them it was modification". I consulted another company and they said the most they would charge will be $200 including labor. The customer service is horrible. AVOID THIS COMPANY TOTALLY.
