If you’ve ever woken up to a house full of toilets that won’t flush you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Alfredo and his crew did a great job replacing our 20+ year old macerator. We called him out on an emergency. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I have a grinder pump and have had numerous problems over the past decade. I found Macho, and they replaced the entire system. They were always on time, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

We had an emergency issue with our septic late on a Friday afternoon. The plumber we were working with said they would try to find someone to service the tank. About a half hour later I received a message from Tabitha to call her. She scheduled a service for the next morning, doing this while on the highway heading out of town!

Alfredo came out the next week and informed us that our old system from the 1960’s needed extensive work. He explained everything in detail including the cost which was significant, but I believed fair for the extent of the project. I’ve learned the hard way you get what you pay for. They were very detailed, professional, and did their best to cleanup the worksite once the job was complete. While issues outside of their control arose, Alfredo kept in regular contact with me to update the situation.

The project is complete and I am confident that our system will last for decades to come. I will continue to use their service to maintain our system and would recommend them without hesitation.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. First, Macho was able to schedule this emergency repair within one day which was awesome. Second, Kenney was on-time, analyzed the problem quickly, explained it very well, and ordered the new pump. He returned the next day prompted and installed the pump, again explaining all details sufficiently and with patient. A great job by Kenney and the Macho Contracting team!

Brilliant, efficient service
Alfredo and the team were very thoughtful and effective in their professional demeanor and competence. They were at the house at 8:00 a.m. sharp on Monday morning - when was the last time that happened? They did what they said they were going to do, in the time that they said it was going to take for the amount of money they said it would cost. What more can you ask? Oh, yeah, they were really nice and really tidy. : )

From top to bottom, Macho is a great business. Most especially Robby and Danny were excellent. Super helpful. Always keeping me in the loop. They dealt with a difficult situation navigating the fake grass covering the septic. The quality of their finish work and effort put worth was superb. I am very happy and grateful. I recently had a huge leak from my water tank, and to make matters worse, bees were flying everywhere because of it. I called Macho Contracting and I couldn't be happier with their service. Despite the challenging conditions, the team remained professional and focused. I felt terrible because I think one of the team members got stung by a bee. Macho did a good job for us. Their workers were really polite and got in and out quickly. I am happy with the job. They came out to inspect a problem I thought I had when other companies would not. They helped put a few myths to rest other septic companies kept pushing. One was that the tank filter didn't need to be cleaned annually. I can tell you after seeing it first hand, it absolutely does. And don't remove it because it could cause issues with the leach lines. One company said the filter was not needed. In the end a job well done. I will continue to use Macho in the future.
