Other reviewers are spot on - they had the replacement motor for our customer's unit. We purchased the equipment from another distributor in the valley. Not only did they not have the part in stock, they couldn't/wouldn't do better than a 2-wk wait. Apparently, an elderly person or a toddler had to walk the part here from back East.
Temps were extreme that week.
Bush Supply saved the day! They allowed me to spare my customer from that horrific wait. Customer was thrilled. We looked like heroes to them. Bush Supply won our business that day, for sure.

It’s tough to find someone who works on these systems, especially after hours, but Tanner from Hayes & Sons Plumbing & HVAC came out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made sure to resolve it efficiently. He needed an excavator and some extra help, but he handled everything without damaging the fiberglass tank! He did an excellent job, was friendly, and explained everything clearly. He also knew when to get assistance, which I appreciated. I can't recommend them enough. If I ever need plumbing help again, they will definitely be my first call.

I’m very happy with my experience so far. I called Hayes & Sons Plumbing & HVAC about a leak under my kitchen sink. I had already talked to other plumbing companies who either said they didn’t service Phoenix or wanted to charge extra fees after promising otherwise. When I spoke to David on the phone, he was very friendly and assured me there would be no extra charges for coming out. They are also located very close to my home, which is convenient. Their pricing is about half of what the other plumbers wanted just for a service call. I’m looking forward to having David take care of the repairs.

I want to give a big shout out to the plumbing team that helped us in Phoenix. They also came back recently to fix a clogged bathroom sink. Brandon, the plumber, was awesome—he explained why we shouldn’t use gel drain openers and suggested a better option.
