I needed a plumber to replace a worn-out hot water tank. I threw it out on Yelp and found a few folks that responded with different prices and what they intended to do for me. Well, I found American Plumbing satisfied what I needed and gave a very competitive quote. They replaced both hot and cold water lines to the tank, the pan that it sits on, and of course, a new Bradford water tank.

Daniel, the service technician, did a great job and arrived early for my appointment. He knew what he was doing and was a well-trained installer; he cleaned up very well after he installed the new tank. He also went over the warranty and was very friendly

I am pleased with the work and new tank. I would use them again, and I would recommend American Plumbing for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Company did the annual replacement of filters on our RO system. I have been with this company for many years and they installed the system. I have always received great service from them. While all my interactions over the years have been good, this time was exceptional. Jorge is the ultimate professional with a lot of expertise. By far the best serviceman I have encountered with this company.

This company came to my house to flush the water heater. After they left, my neighbor knocked on my door because water was pouring out of my patio on the 2nd story down into their patio. This company refused to call me back all night as water was pouring out of the water heater that they broke during a routine service call. On top of that, after finally coming back the next day after nearly 15 hours of water pouring out of my house they refused to give me any sort of discount. Now I'm stuck with damaged drywall, angry neighbors that also have damaged drywall, and a huge bill for a new water heater that I didn't even need because they broke the old one. Extremely frustrated with the complete lack of customer service and urgency to fix an issue caused by them. Woukd definitely not recommend anyone ever use this company as they do not take responsibility for breaking your water heater.

Update 8/5/24: Dylan came out last month to replace our water softener and we added on the whole house filter - They are both amazing!! American Home Water is still consistent in keeping good communication and quality products and workmanship. Dylan made sure everything was as set up and working and double checked to make sure we wouldn't have any issues! Excellent service as always!

We purchased an Alkaline RO system from American Home Water & Air back in 2020. The system has worked really well for us and we haven’t had any issues with the equipment.

We had the annual service performed today. Higi came out for the service and he was AWESOME! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. There were ZERO sales tactics or pressure. The whole appointment was easy, quick and we would 100% recommend American Home Water and Air (and especially Higi)

Side note: Getting ahold of the main office with questions and to schedule appointments has always been easy. Their communication is fantastic and they keep you updated about the appointment and when the technician is on the way out. All around excellent service!

Excellent service, excellent Transparent price. Jorge showed up right on time, provided exceptional customer service, and finished install of water softener 32k and RO in 2 hours.

Jorge was great. Explained everything and was very personable. He made sure I understood what is required to keep my system functioning properly. Glad I chose American home and Water Company. Believe I’ll get the best customer service.

Trey Grandberry is the reason for this 5 star rating. He is quiet, efficient, and does excellent work. American Home water and air has been our AC provider for over 8 years and we have had trouble the last year, especially the last 2 weeks, having someone reschedule our appointments without telling us they were doing so. A day taken off work wasted waiting for people who don’t show up. I gave them another chance, after two un communicated reschedules in 2 weeks, and Trey was and is their saving grace. He is the first technician who arrived before 8 am but waited until 8 am on the dot to ring the doorbell. He has 220 5 star reviews and I can see why. Extremely professional. Usually technicians leave their home base at 8 am and get to me 8:30 or so. He went above and beyond today. I appreciate Trey and hope the company does, too.Trey has set a new bar for a 5 star review. He deserves 10 stars. I hope American home water and air realizes the gem they have in him, and doesn’t use him to cover up their 0 Star parts, without recognition and pay to match his performance and who he is.

Brandon & Michael came yesterday to change the filter in my RO. They were courteous & efficient. I really appreciate AHWA’s services, as they are upfront about costs, and send yearly reminders about the filter replacements, which I appreciate. The technicians have always been personable and competent.

They came for a yearly checkup of our water heater and said everything was fine. Hours later, the water heater started pouring water uncontrollably. We tried all night long to reach their "Emergency service" line and were unsuccessful.

It took nearly twelve hours of water gushing from our water heater before they came to help. They ended up replacing the water heater.

I would not recommend getting this company to service your water heater unless you are prepared for them to break it and then refuse to come and fix their mistake until the next morning.

I found Sam G. to be knowledgeable, personable and explained things to me I would have otherwise not known about. Sam G. Went over and beyond! I would definitely recommend this company.
We’ve been customers for many years now and we’re very happy with the service they provide. Every single service technician they have sent out has been absolutely wonderful, on time and very nice to work with!

We saw Fidel from plumbing today the do our yearly RO filters changing. He is a wonderful technician very informative, kind ,knows everything on what he was doing represents the company firmly loves what he does. Everyone we have encountered with this company is awesome.

Trey and Vernon are the reason why I recommend this company to everyone. Trey is a very skilled technician and has done a few services for my home. The company does an outstanding job at communicating and getting the job done. Truly the best company in the Phoenix area to help with any HVAC concerns. Masun did a great job installing our water softener and reverse osmosis systems. His work is very neat and professional. He explained the operation of both systems when he was finished. The communication with their office was great. I highly recommend AHWA.

Omar and Brandon installed a whole house water conditioner system for me. They were on time, friendly, very professional and polite. They did a great job and deserve 5 stars!

These folks installed 2 new units for me 3-4 years back. I have them on a service contract, and they do a great job of keeping the systems ticking over. I found them on Yelp and they had one of the highest ratings there. Highly recommended.

6/8/23 - I have taken up a biannual service contract with AHWA and it has worked out well. They come regularly and clean and overhaul my two units every six months. This last week one of the systems had a problem. They were willing to come out the same day, but i told them it would be fine the next day. Turns out one of the caps had failed, they were able to diagnose and repair quickly. The beauty of the maintenance contract is preferential service attention, a discount on the repairs and no initial call out diagnosis fee. Friendly service technicians. Highly recommend these folks

Omar helped us again. Replaced our filters and another part that we needed. Very friendly, quick, and asked if I had any questions. He told me what I needed to do after he left and if I had any questions, call. It's nice to see repeat workers. Omar said he enjoys his job and it shows. Thanks Omar...until next time.

Vernon (along with Amber) was my service tech for my annual AC servicing. Very professional, friendly and customer oriented. Was in and out very fast and no major repairs required. Replace Air Scrubber bulb that had been burnt out. Always great service.

I called American Home Water yesterday to express a concern about my new water softener. The unit appeared to be using very little salt. The technician, Fidel, responded promptly the very next day. He tested the system and examined the equipment. He assured me the softener was operating correctly.
I was grateful for the vote of confidence and was very pleased with the service. This is the fourth time I have called on AHW and they have been exemplary!

I’ve experienced excellent communication and customer service leading up to the appointment and am thankful to have a guaranteed follow up for future maintenance and warranty coverage if any issues should arise.

Kaidon just left after troubleshooting an installation issue affecting unit performance as well as a pinhole sized refrigerant leak.
