Will the service technician was very diligent in expecting our air conditioning unit and also checked our furnace. He found a problem that could be addressed before it became very costly. They installed our tankless water heater and we have always been very pleased with their work.

Higi and Brandon did an excellent job installing our tankless water heater. They took the time to explain the operation and made sure that the work site was clean before leaving.

We had a water softener installed in a house that did not have one so significant plumbing was required. Fidel and crew were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They reduced the quoted price because they did not have to do some of the work that the quote included.

This is the third time I’ve used AHWA, this time to stop and repair a massive leak in my laundry room. I was exceptionally pleased with their responsiveness and the professionalism of their tech, Bobby. He was able to plug the leak despite its difficult location and give us recommendations for a permanent fix. Well done. I will continue to use AHWA for all my plumbing needs.

HVAC tech performed yearly maintenance on heat pump. Several hours later I noticed the unit was not blowing cool air. I checked the thermostat settings and did not find anything wrong with it. I went outside and checked the outdoor coil unit and discovered the fuse panel box open with the fuse sitting on top of the panel. I replaced the fuse back in the panel and the system started cooling again. I called the company the next day and explained what happened. The receptionist took my information and said a supervisor would call me back but never received a call back. See attached photo.

Brandon Lima installed our new RO and replaced our kitchen faucet. He did a fantastic job. He also took the time to help address some other plumbing issues we’re having with our new home. Next week he’ll be out to install a re-cirque pump on our water heater. I couldn’t be more happy with his work!

Water softener RO system annual treatment performed today. Technician prompt professional and courteous. Main office kept us advised of when the tech would arrive. Also sent us his photo in advance. Very pleased with this service. We’ve used them as well for our HVAC needs. Great company!

Brandon from American Home Water and Air responded to my scheduled appt for a yearly service and filter replacement. He was super nice and knowledgeable about his product. Service was quick, clean and inexpensive. Brandon also provided pricing for possible future upgrades to my reverse osmosis. Money well spent to keep my system running without any issues.

We just had American Home Water and Air install a third water softener (this is our third house where we’ve had them install a water softener…not three water softeners for one home 😄). We haven’t had any issues. The installation process is straightforward. Fidel and Brandon were extremely professional and patient with my questions. I would recommend American Home Water and Air for water softeners.

Masun was our technician and he came out to flush our water heater and replace our RO filters. He was a very nice funny guy. He explained everything before he did anything. Very professional, nice and funny. Walked us through what we needed to do after everything was completed.

My hose bib on the side of my house got eroded and started leaking. I found American Home Water and Air on Yelp and they quickly responded with a competitive quote to replace/fix it. I ended up scheduling and the gentleman I spoke with to schedule was very friendly. They sent me notice when the technician, Jorge , was on the way. Jorge was very friendly and did a great job!! Definitely recommend!

Horrible service the after changing the filter it was leaking left me 4 days until the next person came would not recommend run away. Also previously I had to argue with them that there was a loud noise coming after they changed filter they did send some senior guy to see if there was a problem and yes there was a small part that needed change. For you sake stay away from them.

Called in for information regarding a water softener system. Katie explained the differences and the prices, she managed to schedule the installation the same day. Jorge M. arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job on the installation.

It's always difficult referring contractors to friends & family, as you worry that they may not get the same positive experience. But AHWA, thank you, your service has been amazibg! You took care my plumbing issues quickly & professionally. You helped my mother in-law from getting scammed for an extra $3000 by a Scottsdale AC company and you just helped some friends in Chandler save $1000 on a new water heater replacement. Keep up the great work & wonderful techs!

We moved into a new home and I decided to use our single garage as a home gym. I contacted several different companies in the valley for a mini split A/C system and received a number of quotes. Many companies tried to oversell me on what I needed - one company tried to sell me a 24k BTU unit for a 265 sq ft garage and wanted to pull up my driveway for the extra power needed (over $13k quote)!

Most companies charge between $4k - $8k for a 12k BTU ductless mini split installation. I paid an electrician $550 to run the wire, and American Home Water & Air was the ONLY company that provided honest, straightforward pricing on their mini split as well as their water softeners. I ended up hiring them to do both and we are satisfied with the professionalism, service, and quality so far. I was able to get my brand new mini split, water softener, and chlorine filter all installed for under $5k.
