Steve was our service rep. He arrived at time specified and found the problem with our 12 yr old AC system (compressor had unfixable leak) within 20 min of arrival. Based on repair cost I opted to purchase a new system and that same day being without AC in AZ he went above and beyond to get us a portable window vent AC system until we could get a new system installed. I highly recommend American Home Water and Air for HVAC service.
