Have been a customer for 8 years. I have now scheduled two services for my annual R/O service. in each case I waited over four hours and NOBODY ever showed up. I’m fairly certain that this is the OPPOSITE of taking good care of loyal customers.

I GAVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE AND YOU BLEW IT!

I was driving past this company doing work at another house and ask them if they had time to do an estimate at my house. Within minutes I had a proposal in front of me. Being an out-of-state contractor myself in the same trade I cannot stand companies that are not transparent and quick to the price these guys are, and they delivered exactly what they said they would. The install was perfectly clean they used drop cloths and the two that installed the work were very polite and courteous. The garage for our short term rental will feel comfortable for anyone working out thanks to the new ductless unit they installed.

Recently got “The President” 48k size soft water system installed along with the 6 stage RO system in our new home and we love it. It’s amazing the difference in water quality and the RO system tastes great.

Our technician, Masun, was great and did a great job not only with the install but with answering all our questions and educating us on the system.

The price was fantastic as well. Highly recommended. 👍

My Heat/AC fan wouldn’t turn off, so I contacted American Home Water and Air to diagnose the issue. They provided a quote of several thousand dollars to replace the motor—something that typically lasts 10–15 years. My home is only five years old, so I wanted a second opinion.

I then had another company inspect the system, and they quickly determined the problem wasn’t the motor but a faulty relay. The total cost for that repair was only a couple hundred dollars, including labor.

I understand that misdiagnosis can happen, but American Home Water and Air later called me to ask if I wanted to proceed with the motor replacement. I explained that their diagnosis was incorrect, but the representative refused to listen, wouldn’t acknowledge the mistake, and quicky hung up on me.

Their technicians were all nice and professional, I was happy with their service, but the experience with the call rep was awful, now I have to rethink my subscription with them.

This is a fantastic company. I initially started the process of getting my new HVAC unit from a company called Service Experts, and they were HORRIBLE. It took them seven months to get the unit, and then when they installed it they were incapable of figuring out how to get it to work. I replaced them with American Home, and they had the unit up and running in one day. American Home is a collection of heroes. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I'd give them five hundred stars if I could.

The team who installed my water softener and six-stage alkaline system was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. The installation was completed promptly, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for great value, clean water and great price.

We had a complete maintenance service done on all 3 of our AC/Heat exchange units. “Chuck” was the technician who came out here today. He called & arrived on time as scheduled. He was very nice and professional explaining everything as he checked out each unit and followed up with videos and photos before and after him servicing each one. We are very much satisfied with Patrick Riley especially with “Chuck” and we will request him every time. We highly recommend this company and Chuck for any of your AC/Heating issues you may have.

I had three different jobs done this morning by Patrick Riley/Isley’s Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical Company. Kamil and Jacob were both extremely respectful, knowledgeable and did excellent work. I hired them for the second and third jobs immediately after Kamil completed my original work. I will definitely be calling them for any and all future issues in my condo!

Just had an HVAC checkup by Patrick Riley's technician David Shelton. The guy at PRiley that hired that young man knew what to look for in an employee. David was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest in my opinion. Inspection of my system was very thorough and every move by David was explained in length. I waited far into summer here in Arizona to have my AC checked out but David did not seem to care about that but instead only cared about my satisfaction and doing the best job possible. Thank you David and thank you Patrick Riley for sending the best.

We used Patrick Riley‘s air conditioning service the day before July 4. Our service technician Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the issue for us and get the unit running again. He’s been out here to our home before and always done an excellent job. We highly recommend him and the company!

Patrick Riley technician Kyle Smith come to the rescue after George Brazil screw up!!! Kyle was very patient and informative of what the steps were to get electricity issue going again. He was courteous, very respectful and stayed calm while I was very irrational. AGAIN not his fault nor the companies. He got the issue fixed and going. Highly recommend Patrick Riley and Kyle Smith.
