The reviews are absolutely true. Simon's Plumbing is an AMAZING company. Family owned and operated, licensed, bonded, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Straight up, He and Alex (his brother) are now our forever Phoenix plumbing service.

We had a serious pipe leak that flooded 1/5 of our house. Our insurance is covering the abatement and water mitigation and our walls were finally opened and everything dried. Ready for the plumbing work. We called Simon for a second opinion after seeing the marvelous reviews he had. We initially phoned at 8:30 pm expecting an answering machine, but he answered. He was polite, pleasant and answered all of our questions with honesty and integrity. He affirmed the price quote from our prior HWA plumber was reasonable IF that was the infact the necessary scope of the job and he'd charge about the same. So we were hesitant to pay for a second assessment but he was so knowledgeable and honest and we really wanted to insure we were doing the right repairs the right way, etc, we opted for him as well as Phoenix Leak Detection to come out together for a second assessment. SO GLAD WE DID. The whole scope of repair changed, resolving the initial concern, actually finding another issue on a second manifold, verified by both, repaired it all still cutting our cost nearly in half even with the additional sonar.

We definitely had pipe issues but the first plumber wanted to dig into our slab at a much considerably increased cost with no guarantee of being able to make the repair at the original estimated amount. Rhonda with Phoenix Leak Detection and Simon, identified that was not necessary, they sound and sonared, ran a pipe cable and determined it was not a break in the actual main as previously thought but a pipe that was fed off a second manifold and they could just reroute a pipe. Apparently, the previous owner had some remodeling done and the original plumbing was altered.

We were without water, not kidding, for 2 months, showering at the gym, used paper utensils and heating water we got from neighbors on the stove to do dishes and ordinary household stuff, and using buckets of water from our pool to flush the toilet. After understanding our delemna he prioritized us, came out first thing the next morning, did a temporary cap off which gave us water to half the house immediately and came back 2 hours later with Alex to fix the pipes permanently.

Mind ya'll our insurance has also been awesome and offered us to stay in a hotel, but we work from home and have several pets and it just would have been as much if not more stress, so we opted for what we felt was the least, but being without water for two months sucked. Had we had Simon first, we would not have had to go through so much, as he would have been able to do the temporary cap off fix right away. Which the other plumber said could not be done because they did not as thoroughly trouble shoot and thought the water was being fed from the other manifold.

The work looks extremely well done. We are running several items to be sure all is good. So far all seems excellent and we would HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Simon's Plumbing to everyone we know. 🚠

I initially contacted Simon because I thought our hot water heater was not working properly, but during our appointment he quickly identified that it was a pipe leak causing the lack of hot water. Simon and his colleague Rhonda (also wonderful!), worked together to find the location of the leak in our slab and quickly fix it. Simon was able to figure out how to run the new pipe through the attic so we did not have to deal with jackhammering our slab which saved us money, time and the headache of ripping apart our kitchen! Simon is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the repairs he was making. I will definitely contact Simon again for any future plumbing issues!

Simon came out same day when we needed help with our shower head repair. It was spouting everywhere all over our bathroom and damaging our drywall.

Simon was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do to repair my pipe in my front yard. He came within a 30 minute window and dug in 117 degrees to get the job done. I would highly recommend Simon for any and all your plumbing needs.

Simon installed a brand new water heater for us with 2-days notice, as our old one had a slow leak and was about to bite the dust. Simon took the time to let me know a bit about which makes/models are of decent quality, how to research them, so I could make an informed choice. His info was accurate and we selected to have a 50 gallon Bedford White installed. Simon had me send him photos to ensure the new water heater would fit, check fittings, etc. Simon got the job done in the time he said he would and charged reasonable prices. We are very satisfied and would utilize Simon again.

Before hiring Simon, I already hired a couple of contractors who work for big chain plumbing companies to fix my shower valve water humming problems. Neither of them fixed my water-hamming issues, but they all charged an arm and leg for a visit; one even drilled a big hole in my shower wall, and I had to patch it on my own. I was so frustrated and about to give up on it.

One day, my kitchen sink got clogged, and I found Simon’s service on Google based on his pristine five stars reviews, and it was the best decision I ever made this year. Simon came in and fixed the kitchen sink in no time, and I requested him to look at my shower pipe water humming issue. Simon did not drill any holes in my wall. Instead, he was very professional and examined every inch of the cartridge and valve. He quickly addressed the root cause and pointed out that it was the missing aftermarket check valve causing the water humming, and he went to many hardware stores and never gave it up. He tried all the possible ones on the market, and neither of those check valves works. In the end, I was going to give up, but Simon did not; he engineered a way that customized the shower cartridge and check valves, and he made it.

I am so happy about the outcome of Simon’s service, not only because he knows his job but also because he never gives up on his project. More importantly, he charges very reasonably for his service. So, every penny you spend is well worth it. I’d recommend Simon to everyone, and you won’t regret it.

If I could leave a 10 star I would. Look at all his other reviews too and you can TRUST that this plumber is the real deal. I had a major leak in my front yard that was pouring down the street. It was a Friday night and I was told by the city that it was leaking a quart per minute and had been for some time. I was panicked. Simon answered and could hear my desperation. He hadn't even been home yet and agreed to come help. He didn't even leave a mess! He is beyond professional, kind, hard working and above all honest. We had a bad experience with Simon Plumbing. They offered a 49.00 dollar drain clear and all it was, was a sales tactic to get in the door and try to upsell us. Very disappointed as we were recommended by a friend and will not be recommending to anyone after our awful experience

We were doing a bathroom remodel that converted a walk-in shower to a bathtub/shower on a third floor apartment-style condo. The plumber that was going to install our tub bailed on us and we were in a bind. We needed a plumber to install the bathtub before the flooring could be installed, which was less than a week away. We contacted several plumbers on a Saturday, and Simon was one of the two who agreed to come out and look at the project and give us a bid that same day. Simon was the first to look at our space. He was very professional and explained to us even better than the previous plumber exactly what the process would entail. He was very knowledgeable, having experience with both commercial and residential plumbing issues. He said he could get us on his schedule, but with such short notice he would have to charge a premium, and advised us to talk to others to see if we could get a better deal. We did, and Simon was hands down the most knowledgeable and the most comfortable with doing the work. Being on the third floor of an apartment-style condo, with the possibility of leaks affecting neighbors below, was a nerve-wracking position to be in, but Simon seemed unfazed. And not in an arrogant, over-confident way, but in the way of someone who is experienced and skilled at their job. We agreed to pay the premium to secure Simon for the job and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. He followed up with installing the shower fixtures a couple weeks later when the tile was completed. We have worked with several plumbers over the last couple of decades of being homeowners, and Simon and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The best we've worked with so far, in fact. We look forward to hiring them for any plumbing work we might have in the future.

Simon’s Plumbing is the best. Simon is really an expert in his field. He’s courteous, professional, patient and does it right the first time. He works with an amazing tile guy (Alan’s Flooring). He replaced pipes and moved a drain and installed new shower and bath fixtures. You can tell his quality of workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Simon.

The toilet sprung a leak in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning and the call was answered by Simon and my experience with Simon was wonderful. He gave me a timeframe & approximate cost and was there on time. He explained what had happened and made the necessary repairs. The cost was reasonable and worth as he fixed another part that would prevent another possible leak in the future. No upselling or pressure to do more. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Absolutely recommend! Responsive at any time of day, prompt and incredibly thorough. Punctual and quick. My shut off valve to the toilet broke. It was old and hard to remove. Simon came and fix it. First time using Simon’s plumbing but he seems honest and his price was fair. I would definitely use this plumbing services again.
