Woke up this morning to find my carpet wet from a water leak. Called Aussie Plumber at about 7:30 am and they sent out their plumber Cody within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repairs; all was completed by 12:30 pm. Cody was professional, efficient, respectful of my home and just very pleasant to deal with. Very happy with the service and Aussie Plumbing!

Kaleb did a great job taking care of a very stubborn clog in my 1960’s bathroom drain. He was quick, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us on price to make sure we got the issue taken care of. Would definitely call The Aussie Plumber again!

Kaleb showed up on time and communicated his arrival 30-40mins prior. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He had the tools he needed and was able to fix the issue within 2 hours. I’d highly recommend Aussie Plumbing to anyone needing fast and reliable service.

Geobani came to the rescue! He located the leak in my wall and repaired the leaking pipe which was connected to an exterior faucet which he replaced. Also guided me through the paperwork online in extremely proficient manner! Cleanup? Well, it was terrific!! Kaleb from The Aussie Plumber came out to install a water softener, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through everything in a way that made total sense, and was genuinely friendly the entire time. You can tell he really knows his craft and cares about helping his customers.

I’ve dealt with a lot of trades over the years, and Kaleb might genuinely be the best plumber in all of Arizona. I really appreciated his time and expertise, and I’d recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing work.

I have used Aussie Plumber two times and in each instance they have been quick to respond. They are extremely neat, knowledgeable and answer whatever questions you may have. Kaleb was our tech today and he was super nice, polite, extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me lots of what if scenarios to help me make my decision. I had damage to the drywall and he was able to recommend someone and contact them for me. Before I knew it I received a call that he was en route. Kaleb was an excellent representative for Aussie Plumber! I will keep calling them, keeping it local, for any future needs.

We had a very pleasant experience with the Aussie Plumber. Cody did a great job. We feel he went above and beyond by getting us a new water heater from the manufacturer because of failure of the unit and it still being under warranty. Thank you for the great job.

Mikey with Aussie Plumbing is an exceptional plumber! We had a water pipe burst in our house last week. After reading reviews for a good plumbing company, we called Aussie plumbing. Mikey was out the next day and was able to determine where the blockage was and cleared it. He was very communicative throughout and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend this company and, in particular, Mikey.

Kaleb began by testing the water supply system at the front of my home to ensure that the pressure was ok, but came to repair a leaking pipe at the front shut-off. He suggested 3 options for repair work and finished the work professionally and quickly with materials that were superior to what had been there. I was sent an email with documentation of work including photos! Great job! I hope to continue working with this company and Kaleb. Trust is everything.

I called Aussie Plumber she new discovered was had a leak from our main water line. They were able to get someone out that same day. Kaleb was our technician. He called to let me know when he was on his way. Showed up within the time frame promised. Kaleb was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was going on. He was not able to fix the problem then because of a bee situation right at the leak. He did come out the next day, first thing, to get the leak fixed. I cannot say enough good things about Kaleb and Aussie Plumber. So happy to have found a reputable company with fantastic employees!

Cody was awesome. I’m thankful he was willing to accommodate my last minute schedule change and pushed my appointment back a couple of hours. He was super nice, checked everything out thoroughly & fixed everything! Would totally recommend him.

I had a great experience with the Aussie Plumber and the gentleman who came out to fix my garbage disposal. They were both very professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.
