I was referred to the Aussie Plumber by another plumbing company who was unable to do the work I needed. It could not have been a better referral! Max was professional and very trustworthy. He worked so hard to get the very strange clog in the pipes under my house cleared! Max had to apply some unconventional methods but they worked and saved me time, money and a lot of mess. I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber and especially Max!

Max showed up on time and inspected what I needed done. Offered 3 different pricing plans on work that needed to be done. Was very courteous and professional the whole day, 9 hrs! Explained everything well he was replacing and repairing. When he finished, I think he left the areas cleaner than when he arrived. The best plumbing service I have received in the past few years.

From talking with Ryan on our first frantic phone call for emergency service over the holidays and scheduling a same-day repair for a water leak in the ceiling; to receiving a text introducing us to our technician Kaleb Pence prior to his arrival and the time frame to expect him; to Kaleb calling us prior to his arrival and to the estimates he provided us prior to making any repairs and then thoughtfully including us in the decision-making process of the repair; to the comprehensive invoice on the work performed; and, to Sasha calling afterwards to ensure our satisfaction was all greatly appreciated. As for the repair, Kaleb did a fantastic job and was a joy to have in our home. This courteous, personable man was very respectful of our home and belongings. He put on shoe covers, put down a rug, and used care in maneuvering around. But most importantly, Kaleb is experienced and knowledgable and he got the job done and did it in a timely manner. We will definitely be calling The Aussie Plumber and requesting Kaleb again should the need arise!

Max from Aussie Plumbing was fantastic! He arrived right on time, fixed our stubborn drain clogs, and he discovered after a thorough check that we desperately needed to upgrade and replace our old and nasty plumbing on our older home from the 60's lol! . He's so knowledgeable, polite, and explained the whole process. What I loved the most was that he wasnt pushy at all and left the decision and option completely up to us. He also left my home clean, which he really didn't need to do. I felt very confident that Max and Aussie Plumbing was very honest and upfront. Plus I love that I'm supporting a small business. We'll definitely call Aussie Plumbing again if we come across any more issues. I highly reccomend this company to anyone that needs a quick and fair estimate on your plumbing.

Our plumber Max was absolutely the best. He went beyond what was expected and got us back up and going and feeling confident that the work was done right and will last for a long time. I’d even say it will last forever.

Max did not try and sell us on anything, was honest about it everything and showed us on the camera how bad the pipes were and what needed to be done to get the job done right.

Was needing the assistance of a plumber to check on several issues in our home. Main issue was low cold water flow on our kitchen faucet.

Checked Google reviews and came across The Aussie Plumber. All recent reviews were extremely satisfied with their work.

Scheduled service with the company and the scheduled Max Medley as the technician to review our issues.

Max listened to me explain all our issues and he began troubleshooting. Instead of just determining the issue was at the faucet, he began checking the path all the way back to our water softener.

What he showed me was the resin on the interior of our current water softener was degrading and causing the issue with “clogging” the cold water on kitchen faucet.

He proceeded to check every other water supplied faucet, toilet (showed me clumps of resin in bottom of tank) and shower head.

Good news was that he was able to clear the clog in kitchen faucet. Bad news was that whoever installed our water softener for the previous owner, it was installed incorrectly and never was working.

His recommendation was that since water softener was having issues with tank, to replace with new unit and properly install and fix several issues of the previous installation.

Max did outstanding work, kept me informed the entire time and ensured he tested everything once his work was complete.

Highly recommend The Aussie Plumber and request Max in particular for your plumbing needs.

Goebani was great! He was, neat, on time and thorough. He went above and beyond what we needed and expected for the job. He repaired some valves for a dishwasher and then fixed another small leak in the bathroom for free! We will definitely have them back in the future! Thanks again Geo and The Aussie Plumber!

I contacted Aussie for a second quote on a sewer line collapse after seeing that my sister in law used them and left them a raving review. Max showed up and I could tell right away that he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me so much great information that was helpful. The price was reasonable compared to our other quote. I knew that I made the right choice. Max started right away and went above and beyond to get the work done. My yard looked untouched after he was done and i was super impressed. Aussie has gained a customer for life and we will be referring them to anyone we know who needs plumming services! These guys are phenomenal. I’ve had them out for a few plumbing issues and they’ve always been honest and done a great job. We had to replace the old plumbing underneath our 90-year-old home and Mikey went above and beyond to fix everything with great care and attention. You could tell he was super passionate about what he did and he took such great pride in his work. These guys are also very personable people, like you could grab a beer and hang out. I will never think twice about what plumbers to call if I ever have any issues. I will also be referring these guys to everyone. Really fantastic service and people.

Cody came to work on my Plumbing and did a fantastic job. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He was willing to speak with my son over the phone and answer any of his questions as well. This is not the least expensive option, but plumbing has never been inexpensive. Parts are over-priced from the manufacturers and not easy to get. With this company, you are definitely getting quality service and honest people doing the work.

The plumber who did the work at my house was Cameron McCormick. He was excellent at explaining everything to me throughout the process. There were no surprise charges and I knew ahead of service what the final cost would be. I enjoyed talking with Cameron and felt comfortable with him.

If you want the job done right the first time, this is the place to hire.

Plumbing backups always seem to happen at the most inconvenient times—like a Saturday night. I can’t thank Max at Aussie Plumbing enough for his quick response to my main line collapse.

When Max arrived to assess the situation, he already had an excavator with him. Right away, I knew he was prepared for whatever might be hiding underground. After running a camera through the line, he determined the problem was in the yard and that there was a significant blockage.

Max took the time to clearly explain what repairs were needed and why. He patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the pricing. In the end, I needed a complete main line replacement from the edge of the house all the way to the alley.

Before Max arrived, I had another company come out, but they weren’t nearly as confident in diagnosing the issue, and their proposed solution would have only partially fixed the problem. I’m so glad I had Max provide a second opinion.

Within minutes, he was making calls to have the utilities marked and lining everything up to start the repair. He even set me up so I could run water in my house again, which was such a blessing after two days without it.

When Max dug out the old pipe, it turned out to be Orangeburg that was completely disintegrating. He also found another section that was heavily invaded with roots, which ended up being the main culprit.

When it came time to put the yard back together, Max truly went above and beyond. He moved the rocks back, leveled the dirt, repaired the sprinklers, and added cleanouts. It’s honestly shocking how much work one person can accomplish in just a day and a half.

Max is a man with many talents and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough for the work he’s done at my home. He’s also a genuinely nice guy and a tremendous person. If you have any plumbing needs, ask for Max—he will definitely take care of you.
