Mo is my go to plumber! He has done numerous plumbing jobs for me and and has always been professional and upfront. What I really like is that he is a person of integrity and will not just do the job right the first time, but will always give options for the service needed. He saved me a bunch of money this last service visit - he suggested repairing my leaky shower faucet valve instead of replacing it! I understand that this takes money out of his pocket by doing the job cheaper, but in the long run it provides me the ability for repeat business because of his honesty and integrity. Much appreciated Mo!

Mo is very nice and pleasant to work with. He showed up during the time he said he would. He fixed our problem in short order. He was professional. He gave us suggestion on how to stop the issue in the future, but didn't try to sell us additional unnecessary services.

Mo has been a trusted plumber by members of my family, both immediate and extended, for many years! My wife and I had been fortunate enough to not have any major plumbing issues at our house and need of his services, thus far. However, that day finally came when our water heater started to fail and needed to be replaced. Mo was able to help us out immediately and complete the new install within an hours time without any issues or setbacks. It's been a couple of weeks now and everything is still working perfectly. If anything were to go wrong, we know we can rely on him to return to and address it. We truly appreciate his attention to detail, upfront honesty without pushing to upsell, fair pricing, and reliability. We highly recommend him for any plumbing service!

Mo came out and installed a new 50-gallon gas water heater. He was responsive, professional, answered all my questions, provided quality work at a great price. I've found my new plumber, give him a call instead of one of these big companies!!

Excellent service and great communication! On the day of our service appointment we were having some separate electrical issues that needed resolved for his install of our new water system. He not only tried to help us problem solve but did everything he could while he was there and promptly came back after we were able to fix the power to finish up. He answered all of our questions in an understandable way and was very professional. Highly recommend.

Ricardo was very professional and friendly. He discussed what he was going to do and when the job was done, he went over his findings and asked if there was anything else that he could do for us. As usual Donley sent out a person that knew what he was doing and was very personable. Exceptional experience!

I realized my A/C wasn’t running today & called Donley. Jose F. was at my house within an hour. He was professional & courteous. Luckily my unit just needed to be unplugged & plugged in & it worked! I took advantage of their yearly service plan as they were so great to work with!

We had such an amazing experience! From the initial phone call to our service with our technician Mike. We felt extremely taken care of.

Our A/C had been working on and off (mostly off at night) and we couldn't figure out the issue. Mike came out and serviced our machine and changed out a switch within hours of our initial phone call. Poor guy was out on our roof in 110°+.

Well worth the price, I can't say enough great things about our experience with Mike and Donley A/C and Plumbing!

They came to assess our Mitsubishi split which was great and charged for an assessment and even though I followed up twice afterward regarding the complete diagnosis and quote for repair in writing I received no reply. I suspect that our issue here may be related to it being a Mitsubishi split!? but wish we would have known that before having them come out.

Basically I wish that my request for a breakdown of the assessment that had been addressed with as much interest as their interest in us paying for the assessment! It was a bit of a waste and very confusing.

Landy Dove was very helpful. He quickly determined the problem and referred us to a restoration company. After that, he installed our tub/shower. He was very easy to work with.

Bryce was great. Very helpful and informative. Was professional and kind. Super knowledgeable and did a great job! Definitely recommend!
