Last week we discovered a slab leak in our 46 year old house in Fountain Hills coming from a hot water line in our laundry room. The next morning our local plumber was able to figure out the general vicinity of the leak but told us he didn't do leak detection or re-pipe. He unfortunately didn't have any recommendations for someone who could do the work, either. So I hopped online and did a mad search for a plumber that did both and had a respectable review rating. The majority of plumbing options in our community did not inspire confidence when I looked at their ratings and reviews, so I did a search for "best plumber" for a broader area and found Simon's Plumbing. He has nearly 500 reviews on Google and a 5-star rating and that was enough for me to call him. A company he contracts with does leak detection (Phoenix Leak Detection, I reviewed him separately) and PLD was able to come out the next day (Friday). Simon came by on Saturday morning to look at the re-pipe work that needed to be done and I had a fair work estimate from him a few hours later. Simon got us right as rain Tuesday (yesterday)! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Simon and they include the following: He is very responsive and an excellent communicator. He is PUNCTUAL! If he says he will show up at a certain time, he literally, shows up ON.THE.DOT of the time he said he would. This is a big deal in my book. He is meticulously groomed (I have to add, his cologne smells wonderful yet is not overpowering!) and it's no surprise that he takes the same level of pride in his work. He and his lovely wife (whom he told me helps him out on certain jobs) did an excellent job prepping the work area as well as removing and disposed of all the debris (dry wall, et al) that came about on job, often tidying up as their work progressed. Again, my husband and I were so pleased with Simon's professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of his work - we highly recommend him! I'm also thrilled to be able to add my own 5-star review to his business listing on Google and to post on NextDoor, too. :)

Simon plumbing got here on time and was patient! He listened to all of my requests and then got to work.
I called for an outside water service leak that turned out to be much more work than expected.
One thing led to another and Simon ended up cutting through sheet rock and the cement wall to locate the service pipe that had rotted and was about to leak! The best part, Simon suggested making the repair that saved me a lot of money and, avoided a water leak in my wall. I suggested a quick fix but Simon was right. Once he opened the wall to expose the water pipe, I saw the corrosion that needed repair! BEST NEWS, it was part of his original price and he did not bill me for all the additional work!!!

Simon is awesome! He was so responsive and quick to show up to our house when we had an issue with our washing machine which then lead to a leak coming from a drain plate of one of our walls. He gave us so much peace of mind and ease in the process - not to mention the timing and how quick he was to respond in the snap of a finger. He had our issue fixed in less than 48 hours. Simon did excellent work at my home. He replaced the washing machine valves and two vacuum breakers on my irrigation system. He was efficient, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I had a plumbing issue today and Simon was incredible. He took my call on a Saturday, finished another job and was at my house within about an hour and a half, which alone was amazing.

Before even coming out, he walked me through how to fix one of the smaller issues over the phone, super helpful and saved us both time.

When he got here, he fixed everything quickly, including a few small drain issues I’d been dealing with. He was professional and genuinely went above and beyond. I would recommend Simon to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled plumber. Absolute lifesaver!

I have use Simon Plumbing twice now. Each time was a 5 star experience. Texted video of water leak in backyard thought it was the pool system but Simon found an irrigation plumbing leak that was repaired previously not the right/best way. He used commercial PVC piping this time and better angle. After texting my video he was at my house within a few hours. Complete professional. If you need a plumber in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area call Simon. Owner/operated not PE owned. Also, the pricing was extremely fair both times.

Their team came out to my home and handled several issues in one visit, including faucet installation, toilet replacement, and fixing a water heater leak. They were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. I’ll be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Mikey was helpful, quick, and took decisive action to help clear a clog in some cast iron pipe. When previous plumbers failed, Miley and Aussie picked up the slack and delivered. Highly recommend.

My water heater was leaking and Kaleb was able to come out and fix it. Called me within a timely manner of when he would be arriving and was knowledgeable in explaining to me the issue and how it would be repaired. Cody came out on Christmas Eve to fix an urgent plumbing problem,
as we had a leak and had to turn off the water to the house until it was fixed. He was at our house one hour after I called. He was polite, explained how the issue could be fixed and gave different options.
He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and cleaned the area when finished. We are very happy with Cody’s work and will use Aussie plumbing again.

Gilbert T. came out to handle our leak detection, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was thorough, quickly identified the source, and carried himself with real professionalism. He needed to remove a section of drywall to access the problem, and he was incredibly precise. I’ve never seen drywall cut with so little dust or mess. Excellent workmanship all around.
