I hired ServPro to come to my house to clean the sir in my house. From the start I worked with Anthony (project manager) who came to the house and explained thoroughly the work required. Then I dealt with Jessica in the office and she went out of her to make sure that I am comfortable with the estimate they gave me and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Then when they came to the house, Anthony and David came in and conducted the work. David explained what they are going to do and made sure that I happy with the process.
From the beginning to the end, those three people were fantastic to deal with and very pleasant. They were professional and knowledgably and have great interpersonal skills. I strongly recommend ServPro to any one for future work.

Recently had ServPro for bathroom water leak. The mitigation team consisting of Alex Chavez, Israel C, David Ortega and Steven C were excellent. Very professional and nice guys. Alex contacted me every day to tell me arrival time, work to be done that day and what to expect next. They arrived on time and it was obvious Alex enjoyed his job and was very knowledgeable and meticulous about the work being done. The replacement cabinets and toilet part has not been done yet. I'm hoping the 2nd half of this project goes as well as the mitigation part. I really appreciated Alex's leadership on this project, clear communication and concern for providing a good customer service experience.

The overall experience was great. Frances the coordinator was able to provide accurate ETAs when workers would show up. Derek and Israel did a great job removing affected drywall and ensuring the setup allowed for the best drying.

Justin was an incredible help for us after having a nightmare of an experience with a different company with a remodel from water damage. He was available to answer our questions, he walked us through the process and was able to identify poor work done on certain aspects of the project and showed us the difference. Great guy and great team to have on your side!

This company sends a threatening pre-lien notice before they even bill you for the first time. I pay all my bills when I receive them. I find it very distasteful to receive a pre-lien notice before you are even billed. When I informed the company that I have not even been billed yet they told me that a bill will go out later in the week. This is an awful practice and I'm sure turns people who might have been happy with their services understandably to being unhappy. Why would they do this and cause hard feelings? I am very unhappy with their business practices.

It has been great to work together with Chris and his team at ServPro of Phoenix remodeling my utility room. The tile flooring, paint and plumbing work all look fantastic! I highly recommend him and his team for your project needs.

The Project Manger that I delt with Gabbi was very professional and listened to my needs and worked very hard to get the job done. She is a great person and was very professional and hands on.

I had a water emergency and Gabbi helped me with everything I needed. She was super professional, patient, and knowledgeable with me. I will definitely be coming back to SERVPRO just because of how she treated me!!!! 10/10!!

What a nightmare. The repair on our home after a flood was to take 3 months and it has been over one year and parts are still outstanding for damage done to our new appliances. We had at least 3 different project managers so no continuity. The job was also over the quoted amount by over 20%. A review of original quotes and supplemental invoices revealed they charged us twice for baseboards, for example. It was painstaking to have them admit the error in invoicing. Serv Pro PHx is dishonest and incompetent. Salvageable home goods were left outside to bake in the sun and ultimately destroyed. They reimbursed us for two TVs but it speaks to their lack of care. They tried to cover up damaging a brand new fridge (top of the line kitchen aid $12k) which ultimately held the project for months. They paused the project at one point internally without notifying us. I could go on… please look elsewhere for a contractor.

I had a sewer issue at my home and Servpro was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their team was attentive, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Cameron and Jake were the technicians who handled the drying and demolition.They did a great job and kept me informed throughout the process.
