For 3 days, we were fortunate enough to have an incredible crew working in our home, cleaning every surface, working to remove ash and soot. I am beyond grateful for the work of SERVPROs Cleaning crew. Under the leadership of Amela, they cleaned every cupboard and dusted every surface, they cleaned behind bookcases, under beds, on the top shelves of the closets. They were beyond thorough and they did not cut corners. My house has never looked better, which is incredible considering we had smoke travel throughout the entire home. In addition to their amazing work, this team of women were so incredibly kind and professional. I was nervous about having people handling my personal belongings, but they treated my home like their own. We feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with this crew and this company.

I am very pleased with all the 'workers' that performed different parts of the removal and restoration. I was only disappointed that it took 2 months to complete. I was very impressed with both Austin and Justin who spearheaded the job(s)! Thank you Justin for your 'finishing touch'!!

Day 2 of Servpro being out on our project! Nick came out early on Monday and was quick, professional, and friendly! I appreciate that he was communicative the entire process and let us know what was going on. He explained things in clear language and was upfront on expectations. While we hope this leak will be cleared up soon, we welcome Servpro to come back out and keep helping us out!

Alex c and Jacob worked on my condo they had to put a containment unit up for the dryers. They did a good job. They were professional and considerate.

I had an upstairs bathroom leak on my property in our only full bathroom & was recommended Servpro of Phoenix. They came out & were communicative about rectifying the water damage. We were given dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas & they cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling to find the source of the damage. We asked how the issue is going to be diagnosed & were told to wait until they took up the bathroom tile & resolve the damage before calling a plumber to reset the toilet (suspected culprit). Days later, we’re then asked what the diagnosis from a plumber was. We got a plumber that reset the toilet. We then went in a hotel for a week so this process would be expedited only for Servpro to just remove my bathroom sink and vanity on 5/30. On 5/31 during our hotel stay, we were informed the project manager Leo quit and the fill-in manager Jeff was assigned. Jeff assured me he would reach on Monday 6/3 with an estimate of services & a process forward. We have been pressing for an answer with only promises of a callback. This morning, we reached out to Jeff only to be met with someone else stating Jeff’s absence & another promise to get a call back. EOD, hours later with no response, we called again only to be told by someone else that they don’t like to disturb the on-call manager (at 7 pm) while they’re with their family. I guess my family with a dysfunctional bathroom & kitchen is SOL and not urgent at all.

The only communication we get from Servpro is when initiated by us. There has been NOTHING done since 5/30. The last time Servpro was at my house, they picked up their dehumidifiers on 6/3 and left. Yet I find a letter in my mailbox dated 6/6 threatening to place a LIEN on my property if I do not pay for services?????? Services I have been requesting for WEEKS for a project that has left my house in disarray for 3 weeks.

Whichever representative answers the phone is very rude & disrespectful. When I got this letter, I called to speak to management & am asked if this is an emergency and if my house if flooded. She lacks decorum and has placed zero urgency on my house being disheveled. I’m being questioned on why I’m calling “past business hours” when I get no resolve during business hours whether 11 am, 7 pm or ever. I was hung up on and called crazy for demanding to speak to management. There’s time to send a threat for a lien, but no time to do work they are actually hired for. Pitiful. My house is ripped up for no reason

I called ServPro for a sensitive matter that required their services. Crystal was so amazing with the way she handled everything. She answered all of my questions no matter how small. The first day George was with her. He was so kind and helpful when I asked if he could grab something for me due to the nature of the service. The second day CiCi (sp?) was apart of the crew. She was kind and so sweet. She was so helpful and had such a positive attitude. Thank you ServPro for everything. You have been there when I really needed your service and the customer service provided from the Project Manger to the crew on site to the office staff are AMAZING!

The emergency team was here within 30 minutes of my car, and extremely professional and kind and compassionate. So glad to be working with them. Special props to the technicians Nick, Jeff and George

Christopher Cherry is a keeper . . . big time.
We -- my wife Barbara and I, have several and diverse balls in the air here. Barbara was, for nearly four decades, a senior executive (marketing ) for several of the most prestigious department store chains in America. In retirement is a Realtor. For those reasons she has been in charge of the mitigation and reconstruction resulting from the damage caused by a burst pipe in out 42-year-old home.
Here's her off-the-cuff response to her almost daily contacts with Christopher:

-- He follows through. More than follows through. Sometimes when I want to do something, he goes a bit beyond what I asked.
-- He negotiates well in tough situations. We spent a year and a half in the rubble caused by severe water damage. Trying to negotiate with recalcitrant, heels-dug-in State Farm Insurance. They were trying to "break" us, get us to agree to a settlement half the cost of the rebuild. We don't break. But we also got nowhere. Christopher sat down, went eyeball-to-eyeball, line-for-line with State Farm. And got the necessary settlement with them.
-- He's super-pleasant and super-competent to deal with."

Had a water leak in our walls. The crew explained their process very well. They were super careful with our belongings and with daily clean up. They helped make a painful situation a little less stressful. Good job!

I had a flood in my house and ServPro were there within 20 minutes and all in the wee hours of the morning. They have been very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. A big shout out to Jeff and Jacob for their outstanding service!

Servpro of Phoenix assisted our family with a clean up and reconstruction from a recent fire we had at our house. We had an electrical fire in one of our bedrooms that burned the walls and floor completely and contaminated the entire house with heavy soot. We called Servpro of Phoenix for the services and we are very grateful and happy with all they did for us. Their emergency crew arrived on site right away and cleaned up the debris and started the process. They took care of our personal property as well and professionally packed and move all our belongings to their processing/storage plant. The project manager in charge was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire process. They rebuilt our house and returned our belongings without any problems. We would like to thank the entire Servpro of Phoenix team for all they did for us. We would highly recommend their services.

Crystal and Cece were amazing for the initial clean up, and Nick and his crew did a fantastic job on the demo. They were friendly and super speedy, explained everything in detail and even made sure to keep my cats safe. Highly recommend!!!

After a small fire in my house I used ServPro to help with the cleaning and disposing of nonslavagable items. They were amazing! Sandra, Manuel and Evan were professional and respectful! They did a wonderful job packing everything up and getting the house ready for the next stage of repairs. Nick and his crew came in to remove tile and cabinets. Everyone I've worked with at servpro so far has been polite, courteous and professional.

Last week a team from SERVPRO of Phoenix cleaned a condo for me. It was a nasty job because the previous owner was a heavy smoker. Tar on the walls, ceilings, cabinets.. Ashley, Crystal, and Norma did the work. They communicated well, were professional, prompt, and accommodating. Thank you!
