I called Todd on the phone because I was having trouble with my air-conditioning unit on my home and he had me take some pictures of the wiring And send them to him. He said everything looked correct and he had me push the contactor in a couple of times and then everything worked. I appreciate his help very much. Todd mattthews recently installed a heat pump and air handler for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and fair priced. All materials installed as promised and in short order. He even arranged to have the trim replaced on the attic access. I would not hesitate asking him to do work for us again. Excellent work ethic. Highly recommend his company.

I was referred to Todd by another AC company which is always a good sign. He was to us quickly and had our AC running again within an hour for a very reasonable price. Todd was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on what needed to be repaired. Next time we have an issue with our AC, Todd will be our first call.

If I could give more stars, I would. My daughters air went out on Friday. She called her home warranty, which assigned a company that was closed and said couldn't assign another until Monday. My daughter lives in Florence which was the issue. My husband called Todd Matthew's at 8am Saturday and Todd was able to respond within hour. He resolved the issue for a very reasonable cost. Thank you Todd for your quick response and professionalism. You have gained new customers!! As a small business owner ourselves, I love supporting others!! Job well done!!!!

Above all exemplified extreme professionalism (which can be very difficult to find now). Todd was very prompt in his response to the issue at hand. He was also very prompt in response to text messages and phone calls. Knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. Works efficiently without wasting time. At the end of the day Todd came to our rescue and saved the day for sure!!!

Todd was quick to return my call and schedule a service call for the next day. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our A/C. He went above and beyond and spoke with our home warranty company about the problem. Could not have been happier with Todd and the work he did!

We had two other HVAC companies come out to inspect and repair a leak in one of our air conditioning units. Mathew’s provided us the lowest inspection and repair estimate. He came out the next day and repaired the leak.

Still waiting on the other two to call me back after I left messages to set up an appointment.
