Todd saved the day!! Came home to a hot house!! It was already after 5p and tried calling some other companies who didn’t even answer the phone. Called Todd and he was at my house within an hour and took care of the problem immediately!!

I recently called Todd Matthew’s AC for some installation parts, and I was incredibly impressed with the service. Todd came out right away; super quick response time. He was very fair with his pricing and clearly knowledgeable about his work. What I appreciated most was his honesty; he didn’t try to oversell anything or push unnecessary upgrades. He showed up on time, was straightforward, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.

Todd was wonderful and professional. I came from vacation to a hot house and air conditioner not running. He arrived quickly as it was able to get the air going. My air conditioner is old and he was honest about repairs and cost. It went out again over the night and as it was another issue and he came out to fix it. He answers always and responds quickly. I have a home warranty for the ac but still went to his business as he has been great the past times I have used him for an emergencies and trust his work.

Highly recommend Todd, his A/C service is excellent. He took our request on short notice, he was immensely thorough and extremely Professional! Came home to one of our AC units not working. Todd Matthews got to our house in under 1 hour, diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck to get everything back up and running very quickly. Checked out our second unit verified all was good. Pricing was fair and cannot recommend Todd Matthews highly enough!

Todd came out to our house tonight in a very timely fashion and fixed our AC unit that wasn’t working. The price was very reasonable, especially for after hours and he was prompt with his work. I will use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

Todd Mathews Air Conditioning and Heating were amazing. Came home from work and the A/C was not working. Called them up and they came out and took care of the problem. They were quick and only took care of what was needed. They did not try to price gouge like some other places we have tried in the past. We will definitely be using them again.

Todd was awesome. Came out fast figured out the problem right away and got my AC running again. He swapped the motor in the attic and added a capacitor outside and now the system is blowing cold like new. Super friendly and professional. This guy knows his craft! It presented a crisis because I had house guests visiting in a week, and I wanted a working HVAC for their comfort. Todd was very accommodating, and managed to fit in evaluating my system quickly despite his busy schedule. I was very impressed by his dependable service on the day he scheduled, and his immediate call back to inform me of his diagnostic findings. Despite some serious problems with my AC, he was able to repair it rather than replace it at a reasonable price. Rick and Amber are two of the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. They thoroughly explained everything they were doing as they did it. We built a home 2+ years ago and only wish we would have cleaned ducts sooner after seeing what was pulled out. Highly recommend it for anyone who’s built a home recently. Also cleaned AC evap coils which needed it too. Very nice husband/wife team who know what and how to do it the right way versus going through the motions.

Ark just cleaned my vents and ductwork today, they were super responsive and did an amazing job. All of my ducts are clean, my dryer vent, my grates, and the exchange. They also inspected the ductwork in my attic to make sure it wasn't leaking or damaged. They did such a wonderful job and didn't over charge. They are very personable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves as well! I will definitely be using them again!

ARK Clean Air just completed my air duct cleaning and it was such a great experience! They arrived on time, were super communicative of what they were doing, explained their process, and at the end showed me what came out of the ducts and before/after pictures. This is a company that truly knows their trade and takes pride in their work. They may be a little more than competitors but their value far outweighs what you would get with ‘the cheaper guys’. I am 100% confident that my ducts are cleaner than anyone else would have done. They also made some great recommendations on the proper filters and how to maintain my system. Outstanding company I would recommend to all my friends and family!
