I am so pleased with the work that ARK Clean Air did. They were very efficient and went above and beyond to make my house feel like home again. I have 4 long hair dogs and the vents were filled with their hair and dander. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. Looks great! I would highly recommend this company. Wanted to hire a local air duct cleaning company. Rick and Amber were awesome. great husband and wife duo. They both did a walkrhru of the house before starting and looked at every vent in the house. Attention to detail is on point. The before and after pics and video of the dryer cleaning was amazing. I would highly,highly recommend ARC CLEAN AIR for your next air and dryer vent cleaning. I would've never thought I'd experience such a difference after having my air ducts cleaned. Get your air ducts and dryer vents cleaned! You have NO idea how much it will impact your breathing and prevent fires!! This is no joke. Look at my photos!

First, let me tell you they are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Walking through the house together, they explained every spot that could be fixed (like vent covers that were installed the wrong direction) and explained everything they'd be cleaning.

Second, they kept us in the loop when they started, sending pics of the before/after.

Third, you would've never know they were there (as in, the cleaned SO much along the way) other than the fact that the house had NO smell when we walked in. Our house was a rental for 2 years. When we got it back, there was a major perfume smell. After ARK Clean Air was done... NO smell. I could walk into the house without getting an instant headache.

Rick and Amber did an excellent job cleaning my double wide mobile home ductwork. It was amazing how much dirt gunk pieces of things were in there. Had big air cleaner running while working as well. Even cleaned my ceiling fans. Ducts are shiny now. They used the right equipment for mobile homes so no damage. They also squeezed me in the next day I called. Highly recommend ARK Clean Air LLC.

Rick & Amber did a fantastic job cleaning all 16 of my AC vents & also my dryer vent! They protect your furniture & clean up while they work. They also made future suggestions to help keep vents clean. Highly recommend !

These folks are awesome! Very communicative prior to the appointment time and showed up at the agreed time. They were very pleasant and informative to work with as well as very neat. All work was done as discussed for the price we agreed on - no last minute up-sell or changes.

Very impressed with great service. My home was built in 1985. Not only had the duct work never been cleaned but the ducts were originally used for a swamp cooler. They were literally there for 5 hours.

Great customer service, along with before and after photos I was provided with maintenance tips and things to monitor/look out for the future. Work done in a timely manner. The difference in air quality was noticed very quickly. Services completed were AC and dryer vent cleaning.

Just had Rick & Amber from ARK in our house yesterday. They were punctual, personable and thorough. Duct cleaning is something most people overlook. Here in
AZ it is essential! This is not a simple, quick process if done correctly. I work in Field Service and can recognize professionals.
The before & after pictures and videos they provide show you clearly what has been done. The HEPA vac system reveal at the end is proof your ducts are dirty and you waited too long. Highly recommended.

What clean air i gave now. They did all 8 ducts, ceiling fan motors, exhaust vents, dryer vents etc. And even blew out the HVAC coils. Pictures before and after also. My house is 19 years old and had never had the air ducts cleaned. ARK did a fantastic job. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized all of my returns and vents, and even the dryer vent. They took pictures before and after, and the difference was unbelievable. I can already notice a difference in the air quality. If you need your ducts cleaned, I highly recommend ARK. Don't waste your money or time on those supposed bargain deals - hire ARK and feel confident that the job will be done right.

They cleaned out my dryer vent, and I honestly feel so much peace of mind now knowing the fire hazard it had become is gone. I had no idea how much buildup was in there until they showed me. The difference is incredible— and our air flow more than doubled!! That will reduce our drying time, and cost to run it!

These guys are amazing! Absolutely thorough and cleaned a ton of stuff out of our ducts. Prompt arrival and worked with our animals and home business schedules. Our house is seven years old and it was several years overdue from all the construction dust. We won’t go anywhere else! They even took care of the dryer vent, which was a mess, and they will be back to work on the coils in the attic as well. Rick and Amber are amazing and work very thoroughly and quickly to get you taken care of. I am putting them on a schedule and will use them for everything I need duct wise. So glad to be breathing clean air and have the piece of mind that the house won’t light up from the dryer vents 😂. Thanks again you guys!

2nd attempt to book vent cleaning. The first company attempt was no call back. This couple owned business answered their phone took 5 minutes to explain higher quality of the vent cleaning process and equipment, priced what I considered reasonable. Showed up on time, did more than expected (wiped off my ceiling fans while he was up there). The house smells fresh and clean. Showed me photos of my vents and stopped to clean his equipment half way through due to the large amount of constructions dust in the vents. Before he left he answered questions about maintenance, since my husband always did filter changes etc. and he has passed. I have already passed on their info to two other people.
