Such a seriously good company. Immediate response, immediate service, super friendly, MUCH more affordable than other options, and seemed more knowledgeable as well. They took the time to figure out that the likely source of my problems was a $12 piece, rather than simply saying it's time to give up on the unit and replace it (as a different company told us to do).

Our AC went out over the 4th of July holiday weekend and our house got hot very quickly. We called, texted and emailed the independent company we have used the last 8 years without any response. It was 117 degrees at one point that afternoon. We sent a quick email after 9pm inquiring about availability and John the owner got back to us in less than 10 minutes! He asked if we had any other AC units which we did and assured us he would get someone there in the am. He kept his word! Our AC was up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival and we were relieved with the cool air flowing through the house. We respect a business keeping their promise and not trying to upsell us. They did great work and did not charge a trip fee for a holiday weekend! Love that they are local and family owned. We are now loyal customers of Howlair and will spread the word. Definitely recommend calling Howlair when your AC goes out (never goes out in cool weather, right?!).

Rolled in from vacation late last night to one unit blowing air, not cooled air and it’s still hot in Phoenix. My house was warm to say the least! Called John at Howlair because a neighbor recommended them on Nextdoor. I called at 8:15, he was here right on time at 10am and by 11am, my house was cooling down. The price was very fair and way less than I was expecting. John seems like a very honest guy doing his job well. I always like to support good people! Felt like I was given VIP service and I just called in from a suggestion on Nextdoor! They have many positive reviews of people with the same experience. I was 100% pleased and will use them again!
