I simply cannot say enough positive things about working with Jeremy and the team. Every single time I call Jeremy I am met with kindness in my time of panic as no AC in the summer in Phoenix is very stressful. They are willing to get you scheduled quickly, great communication, fair and very reasonable priced, and trustworthy. As a homeowner, it’s such a peace of mind I found this company, I feel as if I’m always going to have someone to help. I’ll be using them for as long as I have an AC in the Valley, so forever.

The AC at my business went out, which is pretty much the worst-case scenario here. As a gym owner, having working air conditioning isn’t optional, it’s a must.

Maricopa Air Conditioning made the whole situation way less stressful. Scheduling was super easy, they showed up right on time, and got everything fixed faster than I ever would have expected. My AC was down for less than a full day thanks to them!

They were professional, efficient, and just really easy to work with.

I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely be using them again if I ever need help in the future.

Jose is the man when it comes to Heating and Cooling! He knows everything there is to know and is always available. I bought two units and we have been extremely happy with the service and the price.

Quality Systems AC has been an excellent choice for our new heating and AC unit this past week. Price was competitive and their product "Rheems" was a good choice. Larry was right on every question we had. Answers, spec sheets etc. Everything was provided up front with the bid. Always when I had a question he would reply within minutes. The installation crew arrived on time, well dressed and clean in logo shirts. Removal and installation went flawless. Everything was cleaned up upon job completion. Highly recommend Quality Systems. These guys are the BEST! Do NOT use anyone else! Larry is absolutely awesome! I had a problem with one of my 3 year old Rheem units (coil and blower motor) and Rheem referred me to Quality. Larry, and tech Jose, stepped in - even donating their time, etc. to get me back up and running while Rheem is dragging their feet on the warranty. And, these guys didn't even do the original install - the company that did has offered no help. Save yourself the headaches, and call these guys first!!

They speed and try to run people down in traffic. Bad not good!

This is the second time some old guy in a white Dodge dually with Bascom's Heating and Cooling on the side has run me off the road. I'm on a motorcycle, OPEN YOUR EYES. Oh, and slow the heck down... What's the hurry?

My AC went out in the middle of the summer and Bascoms was at my house the next day and got the problem fixed at a reasonable price. They are friendly and a AC company that I would recommend easily.

I found this service to be the best in the Sierra Vista area, this is the second time that I've used them. This time I had Jake and Kendall both working on my system they got it done in a great time very professional and overall great work from both of them.

My wife and Iare extreamly satisfied with the installation of our new heating and cooling system. Randy and his crew did a great job, and follow up, installing our new system. They were very timely and bang on with the estimate. We very highly recommend using Basom's for any heating and cooling needs. They are very easy to work with and do an excellent job fulfilling what is asked of them. Again, this company comes highly recommended by my wife and I.

We started using Absolute Value, now Oasis Air, about 8 years ago at our old house. We had a DIFFERENT company do a maintenance checkup and it ended in disaster as they broke our entire system, letting out all the frion, and leaving us AC-less in AZ in July while I was pregnant… they even tried to charge us for the frion they leaked! THANK GOODNESS FOR ABSOLUTE VALUE heating and cooling, because we dealt directly with the owner’s son and there was no haggling or long wait time to get us up and running again! They installed a whole new system at a reasonable price. It worked amazing! We signed up for a maintenance contract where all the tune ups are included, every six months. They now come to our new house, where we have an older system, and do the tune ups under Oasis Air. They have been just as good and honest as the original. Thank you everyone!

Oasis took over the business we use to deal with. There have been a few minor bumps for us along the way - granted, this must have been a challenging transition for Oasis. So, we can't really say yay or nay yet (thus only 3 stars for the business). However, Oasis finally came out to do a warranty inspection/maintenance check....the technician who did it was very friendly, professional, courteous and cheerful, a wonderful improvement from our past experiences with the prior company. The technician himself was 5 stars! We are feeling positive and hopeful after this experience.

The Oasis Tech was on time and checked everything that was needed for our A/C unit. The Tech made reccomendations for me to better my A/C experience. Thank you Oasis Air.

Amer was the technician. He introduced himself and let me know the service he was providing. He examined the heating system and determined that all was well. He noticed that the batteries in the thermostat were low. He offered to change them for me. He gave me a detailed description of the condition of heating unit.

At the next service interval I will as for Amer to be the technician.
