On Nov.5th. Mike from Oasis Air text me that he was on route to my house to do a routine service. Once he got here, he checked both Air Handlers. He made sure everything was in working order. Besides his professionalism, he was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Oasis Air !

Got back from vacation and our heat pump not working. Called Oasis Air and got same-day appointment. Mike V arrived on time and listened to our concerns. He looked at our system and installed a new thermostat (we had purchased prior to vacation). He got the thermostat working in a reasonable amount of time. Over night, system was off due to the mild weather. This morning, woke up to unit blowing cold air, no heat. Placed text message into Mike and he promptly responded. We did some text trouble shooting and then decided to schedule a follow-up. Mike arrived within 2 hours and discovered the we had some bad wiring between the unit and the thermostat. He repaired the wire, tested the wires and we were up and running in about 30 minutes. Oasis Air did an awesome job and were very prompt in scheduling the service. We highly recommend Mike V and Oasis Air. Thank you, a senior citizen in Arizona City.

Had a great experience with double check. Called about a broken compressor second option, owner came over in 20 min to reassure me that was the problem. He took ownership of the issue and called the company’s warranty dept. He even let me know I was being taking advantage of by a big box competitor (snarker & pons;) I would highly recommend and will use again. Thanks!

After years of having hot spots in my house, Stephen replaced my ac unit with a larger one and I was finally able to cool down my house. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that he always answered the phone and was able to respectfully answer all of my questions about the installation. Since then, he is my go to for any maintenance or concerns I have.

Meeting with the owner of this company to get an estimate was a five star experience. He was open, honest, and he was not a car salesman. He stated the facts answered all questions and made himself available if there were other issues or concerns or questions that needed his attention before he even took on this job. The Double Check team did an amazing job with the replacement of our HVAC system. I researched several companies and received four estimates. All were way out of our budget and we almost gave up until a friend referred us to Stef and his team. They did the job in one day, hauled EVERYTHING in the old system away, and other than the whisper quiet, efficient system they installed, you would never know they were here. All this at 40% less than any other bid. We highly recommend Double Check Heating and Cooling!

A friend of mine recommended Double Check Cooling and Heating. I called and the owner Stephen Nodzak was able to arrive the very next day . Stephen was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I have an older AC system, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They identified the problem very quickly and solved it by replacing 60+5 run cap and replaced disconnect box. He didn’t try to upsell me, but educated me about what he was doing and why. Stephen informed me of the benefits of a new system, but didn’t push anything. I definitely trust him and will use him as my A/C company in the future. Honest, straight up, friendly. Great experience!

Great experience! Noticed AC was out so I called early in the morning and was able to get Stef out to my property in under an hour. Then I got a great price on a 3.5 ton unit and it was installed less than 24 hours later! Very grateful for the expedited help.

I live in California and the A/C in a rental I have in Scottsdale decided to die right on the 4th of July. Stephen responded really fast and got a new unit in right away. I really appreciated his honesty, sound recommendations, and extremely fair price. I feel so much better knowing that my tenant is cool again and that I know Stephen for any future issues that I may have with my rentals in AZ. I have had really bad to mediocre experiences with A/C contractors in AZ and CA before. Highly recommend. Don't look anywhere else, just go with Stephen!!

I am now a customer for life. In mid-June, I had TWO AC units give out. I had four different groups provide bids. All referrals. Prices were outrageous. One group sent two salesmen who sat me down at my kitchen table to present an $80k proposal to replace all FOUR AC units. Stephen pulls up last, takes one look, and says "you don't need 4 new units - you only need one." As we're talking, he pops a new part into one of the dead units and it's instantly back to 100%. "That part is $300". For the other dead unit, he knew exactly what the other guys had quoted and then he beat the price by 30%. The unit was installed the next day and has been working perfectly.

Avoid this company ! My husband and I had a AC that wasn't blowing cool air which is usually a bad capacitor. Stephan came over and inspected our unit and stated for about $200, he would give us a high-quality capacitor. In the meanwhile, he installed two smaller capacitors together with electrical tape until he would come back with the high-quality capacitor. So I paid them for the capacitor. A week goes by and no word from Stephen. Another week goes by and I still haven't heard from Stephen. Another week goes by and I texted him and told him I want my money back. He agreed to return my money since he never delivered my part. But he showed up with some of my money. When I asked him where the rest was, he stated he would get me the rest. Well, he never returned, and I never got the rest of my money.

I would not recommend this business. Or

Saul excelled at the hardest job: explaining the details of a highly technical set of problems in a way I could understand so I had the peace of mind to make a repair decision. If only this is what one encountered every time they were dealing with a problem in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Highly recommend.

I called Larson when my heating system would not turn on this morning. They send a serviceman out within 2 hours! Travis was polite, helpful and helped diagnose the issue which turned out to be the Ecobee thermostat. Thank you!
