Douglas came to do maintenance on our unit. He has a wonderful smile and personality and was very thorough and explained a few things that could help the unit but we opted out because we are only seasonal . We were very happy with him.

Tech was able to come out and quickly address our concerns and help us. He was knowledgeable and talented. Good business. Definitely worth having the service contract !

Douglas was great! He was extremely polite and informative. He did a great job on our heat pump. My only issue was that we asked for a price on the scrubber and surge protector but never got an answer back.

Praises to Oasis technician Mike, called Oasis and Mike was at my home less than 2hrs and diagnosed my problem and had my AC operational within an hour very proficient, would recommend Oasis, very professional 👌

Oasis air came after hours and worked tirelessly to get the unit back up and running. And they did it all for a much better price than the previous quote. They are now our hvac company.

Good outfit to do business with. The technician, Mike, was prompt and courteous. Spent time answering my questions and I learned a lot from his answers. Making an appointment is seamless and their office staff is very friendly. Great experience!

Our ac died in the middle of the summer heat. We called several places, and Oasis was the most responsive. Mike came out super quick and gave us several options. The new unit got delivered the next day and the installer had us up and running that day. Everyone at Oasis was friendly and responsive and we feel like we got the best service possible. Follow up was quick, thorough, and friendly. After dealing with several other companies in the area, I can’t recommend Oasis enough. Truly earned this 5 star review.

Our AC stopped last night and we called Oasis. They said we would get a call from a technician within 3 hours. After 2 hours my husband called again to ask how the schedule was going and this time they would tell the technician we called twice. My husband even called a third time and they would make it urgent this time. In the end my husband waited till 3 in the morning and nobody called back so no technician ... This is Arizona and it's hot! If you don't have the capacity to help people, just say so then we could have tried to find someone else! Never again will we call this company.

I called oasis not knowing anything about the company I told the women that answered the call my wife and I where so hot she said she would send them out. The man Mike showed up in 35 min. He went above and beyond explaining everything he could he found out the it was my thermostat. He had it running in a few minutes then he went up on the roof and checked out the whole unit I told another company said I needed a new one he said let me double check everything to be safe.this man was honest very complete I was told 100.00 when I ask him how he said give half. God Bless him. I didn’t expect that would I refer him a thousand times I never met this man. I never I saw Oasis on the website. But that was it I was blown away. It’s all I can say you don’t find people in this world like that anymore. Everyone’s all about the money.Thank you.

Oasis Air is a fine outfit to do business with. Mike called an let me know he was running a little late and he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was. Did a very through check of my heating system and answered all of my questions. Very please with this company and their technicians! Highly recommend.

Roof inspection was completed and discussed with me. Contractor (Chris) met with insurance adjuster. Solar panels were removed along with retractable awning. Roof was replaced and solar panels and retractable awning were reinstalled. All were done within agreed upon insurance estimate. The roof looks great and everything was reinstalled correctly. Chris communicated with me in a timely manner. A high quality job done by Arizona Pristine Roofing!
