Mr. Appliance of Surprise and Goodyear is the best company ever!

Their service is top-notch, and Mike was absolutely amazing professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair. Great experience from start to finish!

I will always get my appliances repaired by Mr. Appliance. I have a range that would not heat and they came right out and looked at it. It needed a very expensive part and they researched to get me a better price and they were successful. The gentleman that came and did the repair (Carlos) was professional and very nice. He came out when he said he would and text me when he was on his way. I have dealt with other companies before and from now on I will be calling Mr. Appliance.

Carlos was timely and very professional. Will surely contact him for my next appliance need.

When I called i asked if I should just replace the refrigerator. But no, they sent someone over. Charged me a $135. The guy didn't even look at the Refrigerator and yet he told me I should just replace the Refrigerator. what a rip-off, not even honest!

The communication from start to finish, impeccable. I knew which tech was coming out and an estimated timeframe. The tech, Carlos, was outstanding, he talked me through the washer problem and how he would fix it. He was so nice, helpful and fixed my washer!! With two boys and house full of sports activities, Carlos took care of us. So glad I found this company. .

Matthew was very welcoming, got to work right away and showed me any issues he found. I was appreciative of his comments and felt better informed about my appliances. Yes i would recommend Matthew and his company!

I had a cracked glass stove top. Bradley came out and assessed it and ordered the new glass and then Carlos came and installed it. It was quick, easy and affordable. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend these guys.

Communication, communication, communication! Every great service begins with, continues, and ends with proper communication. From the first call, I was met with listening ears to understand what our needs were. This continued with the scheduler they to technician and finally the follow up. These guys really saved my bacon with our newborn baby needing clean bottles daily.

We had them out to fix a leaking LG dishwasher. The drain pump failed leaving a swimming pool at the bottom that got real gross after a couple days trying to find someone that could come out. They actually answered the phone where 3 other businesses sent me to voicemail and never called me back. The tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and by some miracle had the necessary replacement parts on the truck.

While they were out they noticed a squeaking/grinding noise behind the fridge we had gotten so used to we didn’t even notice anymore. Will have to schedule an additional visit as I didn’t want to cause them delay with their other scheduled customers, but it will save me from replacing that too. With the cost of appliances only skyrocketing lately I’m glad there’s still honest businesses with skilled labor able to keep these units going! Highly recommended.

Bradley the service technician was great very respectful to our home and was informative to us about the repair and all the front office people did a excellent job keeping us informed every step of the way good job highly recommend will use in the future

My refrigerator issue was diagnosed promptly by Carlos who ordered the part and returned to install it to my great satisfaction. In every way, Mr. Appliance delivers thorough and professional service. All of my questions were answered by Janie in the office; while Carlos, with his expertise and ability to explain the issues to a concerned customer, expertly returned my older refrigerator to perfect working order; saving me the cost of purchasing a new unit. They sent a technician out to my property to repair my appliance They made the repair and didn't mention it was still under manufactures warranty. I called to complain and they said it was my fault for not noticing. I called a year later for another repair and they refused service and said I was red flagged as a bad customer. I don't recommend them.
