Christina arrived at the time promised. She immediately completed the trouble-shooting and determined what was required to fix the error. After the maintenance was completed with a cycle operations check, she then explained the cause of the error and how to alleviate the issue from happening again.
I will use Appliance Works for any future repairs on my appliances because of her knowledge and experience displayed on this service call.

Cristina is an excellent technician! She took her time and ran all the diagnostics and also looked up the age of the dishwasher per my request. She was professional, kind and helpful with determining what brand of dishwasher we should buy to replace this 13-year-old GE. I highly recommend her and Appliance Works!

The company quickly got us a next-day service appointment. The icemaker on our Samsung french door refrigerator had stopped working. Our assigned tech, Christina, gave us a 30-minute advance notice of her arrival. She quickly discussed the status info I provided and did some diagnostics to ultimately determine the issue and then provide us with options on what to do. She is very knowledgeable, efficient in use of her time and skills, and constantly provided us with pertinent info to help us make choices. Among other things she also looked up info on various replacement refrigerators in case we wish to go that route. Her personality and skills lend themselves well for her work. We wholeheartedly recommend Appliance Works and especially Christina.

Thank you Cristina! Love this company and their people! Requested an appointment online after hours one evening, was contacted the next day and scheduled an appointment for 4-6pm (no not a 4 hour window, only two!) and at 10 minutes of 4, tech calls and says she is 5 minutes away.

And folks, she knows her trade! She had our dryer apart, quote typed, our agreement, new parts installed and dryer working like a champ inside of 35 minutes!

Cristina was our technician. She was very friendly, professional and explained everything as she worked. I will ask for her if I need any future repairs. The receptionist who answers the phone and sets up the appointments was also great. A great big THANK YOU to APPLIANCE WORKS!!!!!!!!!

Christina was professional and efficient. She arrived in the designated time window. She had to take apart pretty much everything in the freezer to install a new ice maker. A really nice appliance but wasn't designed for the average person to replace. Christina did a great job cleaned everything up & was here maybe 35 minutes. Thanks-Michelle OConnor

Christina repaired 2 refrigerators for us. Had to order parts for one and they arrived in just couple of days. She is the best service person I have ever encountered. Extremely pleasant, very fast and very neat. Company receptionist taking call very pleasant also. I will never call any other company when I need an appliance repair. They are fantastic and reasonably priced!

Cristina was awesome! Gave me a 33 minute (yeah I know right) heads up when they were gonna be here, showed up in the rain yet still joyful, and extremely affable.
She fixed my stove in a timely manner while at the same time educating me on upkeep and maintenance that I didn't have knowledge of.
I never owned a gas stove before and I just moved in so I'm actually glad it was broken and they sent over Christina C. Now I don't expect any real issues unless it's an uncontrollable one because of the knowledge I have.
I'd give 10 *s to her alone and I'll refer all of my friends and neighbors to this company and ask for her specifically if/when they have problems.
I don't know if you'll ever read this Christina, but you should ask for a raise, have your manager call me.

Washer was fixed quickly . Could have gotten same day service if part was in stock. They kept their appointment window and called before coming . The tech ,Chris was very professional, clean and courteous. The lady that set up appointment was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use them again if needed!

Cristina was amazing, knowledgeable, and so personable.
We chatted while she worked, and she was just really nice to chat with. Plus I could tell she knew what she was doing and was efficient. Plus, she did her work well, our ice machine is working much much better. I would not hesitate to have her come back out for other issues we have.
