Christine and her co-workers were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and most of all they were clean. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean.

Christine called to inform us she was on her way. Christine was able to diagnose the issue with our oven, removed and replaced a faulty igniter and not only explained the problem but also showed us why we were having issues. Christine also cleaned a stove burner that was slow to ignite and taught us proper maintenance for the burners. Christine tested the oven and did not leave until she was satisfied everything was to our expectations. Would we use Appliance Works again?? Hell yes

Chris did was on time, polite and very considerate of our situation, making sure he addressed my preference. He made the repair and ensured that everything was working. The cost was a pleasant surprise compared to the quote from the company we purchased our washer and dryer.

Excellent service from the initial call to the appointment. Ricky was very knowledgeable and quick to assess my washing machine issue. Just one faulty part, which he was able to return and install the very next morning. I was glad to hear that I have a good machine, though is is not a new front load. I was very happy to hear that I still have plenty of longevity with both my washer and driver. Great company and great service - Thank you!

Cristina completed a microwave door repair in record time! She's fast, efficient, professional, and has a great personality! This is our third repair that we needed for an appliance (first one was for our dishwasher; second was for our dryer) and we requested Cristina again. She absolutely knows what she's doing and gets right after it!

Christina was excellent. She had to remove a plug left in the drain line of the new garbage disposal that a different tech left behind. My dishwasher would not drain due to this. Approximately a 10 minute job.

Javon saved my entire life, we had an applicance break and let me be the first tell you how we realized very quickly how much we needed that appliance. Javon came right in the fixed day was honest, so amazingly nice, amazing man. This company will alwasy be my #1 as long as they keep Javon L. It so hard to find an honest company but Appliance works is TOP TIER in my book and Javon is the cherry on the top of cake. Not to mention they worked around my crazy work hours and didn't even mind if I was the middle of dinner and the house crazy with kids, Javon didn't think twice he came right in did the job around the chaos I call life and didn't break a sweat. I was Cristina’s last call of a very long day for her and she jumped right in with her big smile and serviced my washer quickly finding what the issues were. Her work area is clean, organized and I was very impressed with her knowledge and know how.

Great experience! Our washer was leaking and Christina was able to locate the issue and order a replacement part. She was back a few days later and fixed the it. She was super friendly, personable and very informative. Way cheaper than replacing the washer. Thanks for your exceptional service Christina!
