Matthew was amazing. He took his time, was patient with us trying to figure out the new house and appliance. They were in constant contact with us whether it was appointment making, price changes on a part (not their fault as it was discontinued), appointment times and arrival times. Would highly recommend and as long as they travel out to us, they will be the only company we call for our repair needs.

Great technician. Very helpful starting with the office staff and ending the technician who diagnosed my washing machine's problem. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.

My washing machine needed a repair, they dispatched a service man. Carlos came out found the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back and installed it. Very professional, left my place as clean as he found it and I'm doing laundry again. Thank you Carlos, you are appreciated.

They came when they said they were. Mathew was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem, ordered the parts and was back in a couple of days. I highly recommend, ask for Mathew.

The tech named Carlos arrived in window I was given he replaced the thermal Fuse and showed me where lint was built up inside the dryer, recommended I get a clean in vents to me sure all lent has been removed. VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WOULD RECOMMEND

Communication with customer service was great! Our technician Carlos was able to diagnose problem within 5 minutes and parts were ordered and repairs were done in reasonable timeframe. Would highly recommend!!!

Technician repaired the drain pump. But left a wire unconnected and exposed and haven’t been able to use the washer since Friday repair. It’s now Sunday. Call the scheduling office and hopefully they have a technician come out tomorrow morning.

Technician came back and was very nice and apologetic. All is good again. Thank you for the repair, the veterans discount, and fixing the mistake!

Wow! Called with a dryer issue and they were here within 2hrs. Diagnosed the issue and said they should have the part and fix it before thanksgiving. Mathew was amazing!!! Absolutely recommend 10/10 stars

Have used this company a few times. Kevin has always been wonderful. Knowledgeable, courteous. And the communication has always been great. They are my appliance repair go-to.

I'm glad I read the reviews because I had no idea who to call. I cancelled my home warranty because it wasn't doing anything for me. And here we are. You all are now my go to. Thank you. And to think I waited over a year to fix the oven. Ugh..

They are very professional in diagnosing and repair our washer. The Office staff was very helpful over the phone. We called them again today for another repair in another apartment complex we have for our young people living away from home.

Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable and courteous. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and repaired our dryer two days later. I will use this company again when needed.

This company is not a quality company that you should trust your repairs to. There technician came out to my property to and attempted to diagnose the issue. What he ended up recommending was to replace brand new parts. His direct quote from the recipe was "I believe we should use factory direct parts on this and see what happens". The technician is guessing on the parts it need and it replacing random parts at the cost of the customer. Save yourself the money and go with another service.

Carlos was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained the problem, ordered the part and said he’d be back as soon as the part arrived. It was ordered on Friday evening, arrived on Monday and Carlos returned Tuesday afternoon to make the repairs. Couldn’t be happier with Carlos and the company.

Our technician has been to our house for several repairs on our appliances over the past couple of years. He is always courteous provides us with good information on how to maintain our appliances. He’s a real keeper we appreciate your company and the services it provides to us professional at all times.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Surprise and Good Year. The entire process was extremely efficient and quick. Mr. Bradley, the repairman, was very patient, conscientious, and professional. After the repair, I had some questions about my dishwasher, and the contact lady was very quick to clarify the issue and arrange a second inspection. Bradley was again very patient during his second visit, listened to my concerns, and after a thorough inspection, gave me very practical advice that was truly helpful. I'm very glad I contacted Mr. Appliance. If I have any appliance problems in the future, Mr. Appliance will be my first choice.

Bradley was prompt, courteous and competent. He listened, examined and diagnosed the problem, then very clearly explained the problem, the solution, the cost. He had to obtain parts and return to complete the repair. He was able to do that little sooner than expected, which worked well for us. He completed the job quickly and made sure everything was functional and neat before he left. We are always pleased with Mr. Appliance, and Bradley gave us further reason for that.

Very professional and was able to get the job done at a reasonable price. Our new range needed a conversion to LP gas.
