Our refrigerator quit working and Janie dispatched Brad out the next day. Brad was quick to diagnose the problem and the refrigerator was fixed two days later. One question came up in the meantime so I called and reached Mike. He was easy to reach and I got a quick and accurate answer. The price was fair and the service superb. We are 100% satisfied.

Carlos is AMAZING! First, I spoke with Mike, the owner, and he couldn't have been nicer as he set up the appointment. When Carlos arrived at our home on time he quickly assessed the job, was really kind, and gave us a more than fair price. If you can request Carlos as you technician, do so. He is great!!

We were impressed from the very first phone call. The scheduler was extremely efficient and had Kevin here the following day. The most impressive part of the experience was the technician showing up within the first 15 minutes of the 2 hour window. I would definitely use them again.

From the point of contact until finish of job, there was good communication via texting, telephone, and email. The technician Matthew, who came out did a very thorough job. He knew exactly what was wrong with the washer. He had the part ordered, once the part was in he was out here the very next day to install. Very nice young man, I would recommend Mr. Appliance for any repairs that you may need. The total price paid was for the initial diagnostics, the part and the Return to install defective part.

Mathew, our service guy was honest & transparent in what he was doing and I really appreciated that! He fixed our over the stove hood and it works perfectly now! I'll be using Mr Appliance (Mathew) again if ever needed! I felt comfortable! Thank you Mathew for a job well done!

Do yourself a favor and research.What's wrong with your appliance?And if it's something you cannot fix, do not call this company. They charged $129.00 to come out and assess my oven, they gave me a two hour window that went over by an hour.Without calling or being considerate of my time at all. The owner is rude and mean.So is the lady to make the appointments. I ended up ordering the park from l.G it was $99.00 i got it in three days.And installed it myself, and i'm a girl, very easy fix. There cost would have cost me over $400.00. There's got to be a better company out there that respects their clients, time and money.

Carlos and Bradley were excellent! The management (Janie and Mike) was also excellent! Great communication. Great follow up. All around an excellent experience. We had a Samsung refrigerator that had a frost up problem in the freezer compartment. It took a couple tries, but they kept at it until it was fixed! I appreciate them soooo much! Our washing machine broke so I completed the on line request for service at 6AM. Bobbie called me at 9AM and we scheduled a service call for the same day. Christina called me to say she was on her way and arrived approximately 20 minutes later. Christina was professional and friendly. She politely chatted for a minute and then went to diagnose the problem. After running the diagnostics she isolated the problem. Unfortunately the repair cost exceeded the benefit and we decided to replace rather than repair. Afterwards we asked for her recommendation for a replacement. Her friendly input was appreciated. A good experience.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. Cristina has been called able to repair a few of my appliances that I thought had reached their life expectancy, and she is persistent until she accomplishes the task at hand. It's much more convenient and less expensive to repair than to replace!

Christina is wonderful to deal with. She knows her stuff and solves your issue very quickly.

Our service tech was Cristina and she was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the appliance. Very professional. She should definitely be the face of Appliance Works if she isn't already. They have a good employee there, I hope she stays with them for a long long time. If we need service again, Appliance Works will be our call and Cristina is who we will ask for.

I called them and scheduled an appointment to fix my ice maker. They said the next day between 1-4. I agreed. By 4:00 no one had showed up. I called the office and was told they tried to call twice to say tech was on her way but no answer so no one home. I told her I'd been home all day and no one showed and that I checked my call log and there was no record of any calls. I called BS ,that never happened. She tried to put the blame on me. Then she said I'll try and get the tech to stop by after her last appt. I told the office if the tech doesn't show today I'm going with another company if that's how you run your company. The office called back saying the tech would be there in an hour and I was put back on their schedule. I should never have been taken off the schedule. An hour later Christina arrived saying the office never told her about my appt. Christina was extremely efficient and explained the problem and said it'd take 4-5 days to get the replacement part. She was very professional and knowledgeable. When she came back a week later with the new part she installed it quickly and was very pleasant thruout. I had another issue with my vent hood fan above the stove. She looked at that but told me they don't work on my brand but gave me the name of another company that would. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I'd hire her again anytime. I was very pleased with her and her work. Not so happy with the front office tho. That's why I gave only 4 stars. Christina you were great.
