This company recommended to me for our shower project by the great company that did our kitchen, and I’m extremely disappointed!!

They used a series of independent contractors (no employees) to complete our work which was shotty to say the least. All grout lines are inconsistent, edging is off on many places, and floor sloping is not right.

Tiffany never called to check in and Art never answers or returns a call (only texts), and they didn’t even bother to come see the completed work either. Had they bothered to come look at completed product they would’ve see a yard full of tile fragments/trash and white spray from tile saw all over the yard since they didn’t tarp. They left all the boxes from tile sitting in side yard, their lunch drinks and trash on our bathroom counters, and drips of grout/mortar stuff everywhere. And finally they threw a bag of leftover grout over the wall since they didn’t want to bother opening the gate. So I spent hours cleaning up and will have to wait for a ton of rain for my yard to ever look okay again. I have to paint the walls around the project from them needing to hire a drywall expert and deal with a final result that, being very generous is okay.

I would never recommend them to anyone and would actually highly recommend using anyone else.

Cranmore has been there for me whenever I have needed them over the years. To use Cranmore for either cleaning or installation is more than them providing a service, you are being welcomed into their family. They go out of their way for their customers more than most will even realize. As a Realtor I have come to rely or Cranmore for not only myself, but for my clients as well. Cranmore has both directly and indirectly made it easier for my clients whenever they buy or sell a home, which obviously makes my life easier. I would never recommend anyone else.

We have been using the Cranmore's for our carpet and tile cleaning and they always go above and beyond! We bought a new house and had them put in our new wood look tile and our floor looks amazing!! We are so happy with the results. Highly recommend if you want a reputable business to put in your new flooring!

These guys were the ONLY ones even willing to try and help my mom. They agreed to do an emergency measurement and go out of their way to get the job done. When I called back to let them know I wasn’t gona need the carpet , the courtesy and politeness was amazing. I wish I could of used this company.
But oddly the house sold as is literally before we could even decide on a color of carpet. Again this company really does seem to care and did go out of their way to help my mom. A1!! Highly recommend!!

I love this family run, community business. I have been extremely satisfied with carpet and tile cleaning services. They are reliable, professional and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the work completed. Their prices are reasonable and quotes are honored. I recently needed to recarpet my condo and was pleased with the exceptional expertise given by every person throughout the process. There was no pressure to buy a certain product. Cranmore Flooring is the BEST! They installed new carpet in my entire upstairs and we are so happy with it. From the initial visit into the office to the install everyone was so kind and beyond professional. The ladies are just wonderful and were so patient with me. Art came to do measurements and he managed to be not only professional, but very funny! The install crew was on time and were so efficient. Cranmore came out and did our vinyl flooring. They are excellent!! They worked so hard all day long laying our floors and they look so beautiful. We are very happy. One of the caps that join the existing tile to the vinyl was a little loose and Cranmore came out immediately and fixed it perfectly. I will recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.

We just had our Master Bedroom & closet carpeting replaced by Cloud 9 Flooring & the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The installers arrived on time & did a fantastic job with the installation. The seams are invisible even showed us how they were laying the pattern out fantastic job. The carpet is stretched perfectly & they cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving. They even took the old carpet & padding, would definitely hire them again!

Great job! James and his team are great. He was our project manager from the beginning with a free quote all they way to the finished installation. He has lots of choices and brought the samples to us. Great to work with, good communication. we did alot by texting. Highly recommend!
