I called Elite and I was able to speak to someone immediately. They were super nice and friendly. We scheduled a free estimate and the gentlemen was on time. Ari, the gentlemen that came out was very respectful and patient with my sister and I as we asked all kinds of questions regarding the process of how to clean the driveway. Ari was able to do such a great job at getting not only our stains but previous stains from previous renters. He did a great job. I appreciate the quick, respectful and thorough service we were provided.

Had Ali come to quote two different jobs at my house. He was prompt, professional, and quite likable. Gave me great quotes on both jobs. Hired him to power wash my driveway. He did amazing work! It’s super clean, and he removed several kinds of stains that I didn’t think would be able to be removed. 5 star service, will hire again!

We received excellent service from Ali. He was professional, reasonably priced and he worked very hard to complete the roof cleaning. It was a big mess but after working all day, our roof sparkles! He also fixed several loose tiles and repaired the mortar. Ali took the time to make sure the job was done properly and he is a sincere and friendly person. We will hire him again to install pigeon guards around our panels. Highly recommend!!

Ali did a very thorough and excellent job of cleaning my gutters as well as my windows inside and out. Not only was I very satisfied with the quality of his work, but his price was very reasonable and he cleaned all of the window troughs and screens for free. I'll definitely use him again!

Ali arrived on time. It's amazing that "on time"
is considered exceptional but nowadays it is. Personable, friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning out our gutters after 10 years of being ignored. Buckets and buckets of sludge. Ali also reviewed everything on the roof and identified a few areas that needed attention. Everything at ground level was sprayed off and looked better than when he started. Great guy, excellent work and all at a reasonable price. We will use Elite Exterior Solutions for future needs. Highly recommended!

I made an inquiry about having my windows cleaned. Ali promptly called me and did a thorough assessment of what my job would entail. We scheduled an appointment for him to clean the windows and he was very punctual. Of course the weather had turned hot, but he worked diligently washing every one of my windows inside and out and screens on a 2781 square-foot house. Ali was very respectful of my property and did an excellent job. I’m so impressed that I will continue to have him back on a yearly basis. He is very competitive with his prices, and his workmanship is excellent. I’m not hesitant letting people know who I used to clean my windows. Thanks so much Ali.

Love my pool, but do not be tricked by the Shasta pool warranty. Pool is just over 2 years installed. On 09/30/2022 I called the warranty line because my pool was not running aka no power at the pump. Sub panel breakers were fine, but the breaker on the main residence panel was in the off/tripped position. I am not an electrician by trade but when I flip the breaker and sparks come from my breaker box, it makes me think something is wrong. I lose power to the whole house. I get all power back on and instantly when I try the pool breaker same result. House and pool are just over 2 years old. Naturally I call Shasta warranty and explain to the employee my very reasonable concerns about the electrical of my Shasta pools. The employee tells me I will receive a call next week from warranty. Next week has come and gone and no call. I called back to Shasta warranty and a different employee located my service record and said someone will call in 2 weeks! I asked the employee if there was anything to do to speed someone getting out to look at the box and tell me what I can do to fix it and her simple answer was “wait the 2 weeks”. So here I am waiting now for a week and a half, pool is completely green and dirty because it has not been running for the last 8 days, I am worried about faulty wiring in the breaker box burning my house down and Shasta could care less. Beware, pools are nice but pray there is no warranty work.

Shasta was the third pool construction company I interviewed. They took the time to listen to what I wanted in a pool and then gave me a complete rundown on the equipment and construction techniques they used to provide a quality product at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with their knowledge of equipment and techniques as well as their guidance while I was making selections to get the exact pool I wanted and still keep it within my budget. My pool is now finished and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. Great Job Shasta.

Buying a new home and needed a sound inspection. Bill at Shasta was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. Awesome people at Shasta that really know what they are doing.

What a wonderful experience. shasta pool was extraordinary from start to finish. Jeff Starr was amazing from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process. He also kept good communication with us every step of the way. We appreciate everything Jeff did. Keep up the great work! Nicole was fantastic as well. She is very good at communicating. We just can't say enough about the whole process! It was absolutely fantastic! Not to mention the pool looks amazing as well.

Bryan is one of the great vision guys fro designing your pool. We worked with him on dozens of pools and can say that we would rather work with Shasta Pools over any other company. Great guys and keep up the good work Bryan!

Response to the owners response. We are at 11 months and you’re right you did come out and do the electrical, thank you very much. But you did it without a permit because my permit expired in September and no one followed through in getting it renewed. You did plumbing without a permit, you did electrical without a permit, and now I sit and wait again to get my pool completed. You had to re- apply for a permit and they didn’t catch it until you went for an electrical inspection, who the heck is running this company? I had to cancel my kids birthday party because all I have is a dirt hole, I can’t have my spouse’s retirement party on December 4th because I have a dirt hole, and I missed out on family time swimming this fall because you all did not complete my pool as your sales team promised. At least you can clean up my yard while I wait, I don’t think you need a permit for that. Another claim with the Better Business Bureau will be happening on Friday if I don’t see progress. This is ridiculous.

I don't mind that you're comparing is training but my wife and I pay per month to have our pool cleaned. All they did was do the chemicals that's it. I'm having to clean my pool tonight. I'm sorry but we pay for a service monthly. Our account is under my Christine Thompson. When I got home tonight I was disappointed.

So far, so good. Communication with Evan is great. He gets back to me ASAP when any type of question pops into my head. Very patient and shows genuine excitement for us the customer. Shasta was our 2nd estimate, and we got what we wanted for 20k less than the other builder. I'd definitely recommend Shasta, and suggest to get multiple estimates, and do your research.

Evan was awesome in helping us design the pool and landscaping we wanted. He made it easy for us to go with Shasta pools over the other companies we looked at. Communication with us on work scheduling has been great. Would highly recommend Shasta pools for the quality of the work and for very competitive pricing
