Tim and his team of workers far exceed our expectations. They designed the pool in our existing yard and saved our palms. We are thrilled with the matching of our previous tiles. It looks as if the pool was always there. The individual subs were so nice and kind. Things were done to improve the process along the way. When we had questions Tim and Tracy were there to help us understand and answer our questions. Our HOA path was used and fixed better than it started. When we had an issue the company was right there to solve it immediately. We are so happy we selected AZ Rainfall.

Recently had our outdoor kitchen remodeled with the addition of a stacked stone privacy wall. Additionally needed to have the drainage in the landscaping redone including leveling of our travertine patio area. Every from quotation to finishing the project was done on time and in a skilled professional manner. The various crews are hard working craftsmen paying attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Every day they left the area cleaned up. Everyone was great to work with and highly recommend using Arizona Rainfall for your project. Professional in every aspect..

They replaced our concrete driveway, walkway and patio with pavers and we couldn't be happier. The workmanship was excellent. The guys were fast and efficient and they did everything needed to make it look like they hadn't even been there, including touch up paint, reworking landscaping and reattaching a couple of loose stones to the stacked stone. They even reattached the gate better than it was before. Overall we can't recommend Gary and Arizona Rainfall high enough. We'd give them six stars if we could!

We used AZ Rainfall for our pool and landscape at our new construction house. They went out of their way to make us happy with the design and then their crew was exceptional, hard working and meticulous! Completed on time and budget (except for the items WE added after the contract) They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend Tim and Roy and their crews at AZ Rainrall! Also they told us it would be a few months to complete the pool, fencing and all the landscape and they were done ahead of schedule! Very pleased with their work and our lovely pool and yard! Tim listened to our thoughts about our landscaping needs, then he redesigned our outdated landscaping transforming it into a beautiful inviting oasis. We have received so many compliments from our surrounding neighbors. Each person who worked on our project was respectful, kind and dedicated to make sure that our project finished on time and with an over the top end result. AZ rainfall employee's have been with the Co for years because they are valued as an important part of this Co.and it shows. Tim was wonderful about organizing our landscaping transformation into a couple of phases which allowed us to spend time completing our house remodeling. Arizona Rainfall exceeded all of our expectations. The entire project which included a completely new landscape, pool, Pergola, fire pit and built in BBQ kitchen was completed in two months, No I'm not pulling your leg.
Our project manager, Randy, has been in the pool/landscape business for years and it shows. Every detail was carefully noted in his 3D design. His proposal was a line item breakdown clearly identifying scope and price making it very easy to see what we were paying for. His proposal when compared with one of the big national companies was not only more competitive but offered better value.
The crew, starting with the demolition ,was on schedule the entire job. All of our patio furniture was covered and protected during the entire project.
Even when we removed it at the end of the day, the next morning it was re-covered, first thing!
The scheduling was as promised and we were notified every day of what was going to happen and when. We were so impressed with the communication from all of the people who worked on our project.
A special shout out to Tracy who layed out the project, Roy who oversaw the construction, Olivas who did a masterful job with the landscape, the tile masons, who were perfectionists and incorporated some last minute details into the work which turned out beautifully.
The Pergola builders were amazing, they erected the entire pergola in a half of a day. The fencing contractor was top notch. Nate handles the turf installation at the very end and his crew was spot on carefully trimming and detailing.
Sonoran Sparkle did the startup of the pool and carefully walked us through the procedures, answered our questions and showed us how Pentair's App works.

There were two very minor items on the punch list and they were remedied within a day!

What was even more impressive was that Olivas' landscape crew completely cleaned everything when the landscape was completed. Everything!
The patio furniture was cleaned, windows were washed, the street was washed down, the sidewalk was cleaned. Our shared side yard, which was used for access, was very carefully restored. You can't even tell it was ever affected.

Yesterday we happily met with Randy and handed him our checks, that's right, we paid nothing until the job was done! THAT'S RIGHT, nothing until the job was 100% complete.
When we got back to the house, Juan, final detailer guy, was just finishing up. He had been working all morning, carefully replacing any rock which had been moved away from painted walls, even after I had done it because, " he didn't want any rocks with over spray showing".
We were also given large pieces of travertine pavers which were extra. He also scrubbed our sidewalk with a steel brush because he saw some Pebble TEC. He also said that he scrubbed our pool coping to make sure that it was spotless. He checked all of our irrigation and plantings, AMAZING attention to detail.
I am a retired general contractor that can really appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work performed by ARIZONA RAINFALL.
There's an old saying when it comes to hiring a contractor. When you're looking for price, quality and schedule, pick two. Well, when we hired Arizona Rainfall, we got all three.

Arizona Rainfall EXCEEDED our expectations. The video rendition provided after our initial consult with Tim Brown came to life. The communication was important with anyone we selected for our project and Tim, Roy and Bobby were exceptional and communicated throughout the ENTIRE process. We made changes and additions along the way with our landscape and it was immediately done. Their crews are EXTREMELY polite, friendly and professional. Their crews are in house and truly are amazing. Always showed when were suppose to and daily cleaned up the entire yard. We would use them 100% again in a heart beat. They aren’t the lowest priced but we were not wanting to go with quickest or cheapest, we wanted quality. Quality is EXACTLY what we got and couldn’t be happier. Start to finish was under 3 months! What an amazing experience we had with Arizona Rainfall. It pays to go with the best in the business. We recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Brown and Arizona Rainfall on a complete redesign of our entire yard which included the front, back and side yard. They removed a very large, inefficient water feature and replaced that with a very efficient triple vase water feature that architecturally complements the updated design in the back yard. They had to remove much of the existing travertine and reposition and re-level the remaining travertine and redo the entire travertine border. Existing artificial turf was replaced with new turf in both front and rear yards. A new low voltage lighting system was installed and the irrigation system was updated to support the new landscaping. They removed a side gate and walkway that led from the side yard to the sidewalk which required extending the retaining wall and fence and moving the existing gate to a different location. They planted a new tree and many new flowering plants. All of this was accomplished two weeks.

Unlike other landscaping companies we have used, the team from Arizona Rainfall stays with the job until the work is finished; they don't work severals days on your job and then leave your site to go work on another site. Also, the team always has a supervisor overseeing the work being done and keeps you informed of any issues, etc. The team members are mostly longterm employees of Arizona Rainfall. Lastly, you do not pay anything until the job is complete and you have had a walk through with a team manager. If you want it done right the first time, we highly recommend you use the experts at Arizona Rainfall for your landscaping needs.

AZ Rainfall did a marvelous job in refurbishing our landscaping. They did everything completely and professionally as we wanted. All members of the team worked to be sure we are happy in every way and that the job was on time and on budget. We just purchased a new home and wanted a pool added to the backyard. So we asked around our neighborhood (The Grand, formerly Sun City Grand) and Arizona Rainfall kept coming back as the best. Not the cheapest but definitely the best. After getting a couple bids we found that they were much closer in their estimate when you consider they have no hidden costs for things or “add-ons” at the end. They took ZERO dollars from us until the entire project was completed and we signed off with approval. I have been in remodeling and house flipping for years and I have never seen such an efficient, well run and genuinely kind group of workers and staff. Everyone from my sales guy Randy (if you are looking for a pool I strongly recommend Randy) to the staff in the office to the landscape crew and tile guys were AMAZING! They showed up when they said they would, they cleaned the work area every night and left us with a perfectly manicured finished project when done. We could not be happier and highly recommend anyone looking to add a pool to their home to reach out to Arizona Rainfall. They were EXCELLENT on every level.

Wow! Just Wow! We purchased a new (to us) home with no pool and wanted one added. Got four bids. We chose Arizona Rainfall based on professionalism, creative ideas, and Tim's enthusiasm. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with the results - not only did they take our ideas and make them a reality, they improved on them with nice little touches. My husband and I purchased a house a little over a year ago and although it had a pool and hot tub, it was quite dated. We wanted to create an outdoor oasis/paradise and did a lot of research about which company to use. Arizona Rainfall kept coming up as the best in class.
After meeting with Tim Brown we knew we'd found the exact right person and company. He listened and worked with us to create the backyard of our dreams. We live in a community that has a pretty strict HOA and Tim not only was educated in what the art of the possible was but he found creative solutions to achieve our dream! Whether we changed our minds several times or were fine tuning the plans he was always upbeat and willing to do whatever it took.
The team that AZ Rainfall has is top notch. They work hard and leave the yard and area around the house as clean as possible at the end of each workday. Synopsis: Outstanding original design complemented by perfect execution at a fair price.

After finally deciding to find a retirement home we purchased a large, undeveloped corner lot. We requested quotes from four established landscaping companies in the metro Phoenix.
Tim Brown of AZ Rainfall, who I suspect can do everything, is also their landscape designer. He came out to our house and rather than get the anticipated hard-sell he just sat there and talked with us about our preferences in plants, color, features that we’d like to see, things we absolutely did not want, etc. It was a nice conversation, and he was taking notes and, in the end, provided a quick conceptual sketch capturing what we discussed. He promised to get back with us with a more refined plan once he had time to ponder what we had outlined and after he had visited the lot to take measurements. We were pleased with his interest and impressed with his professional bearing but not overwhelmed. Then he appeared again a few days later, this time with a professionally drafted landscape plan. This version had two patios (front and back), boulders, trees, fountain, lighting- things we had only mentioned in passing that I thought he had missed during the conversation and many other things we had never even thought of. This, I admit, was massively over-the-top.
We signed the contract and AZ Rainfall literally started working the day after we closed. And they were hard at it for a month. Tim included features such as hard-pipe irrigation, timers, landscape lighting AND down-lighting for the patios (which we had never considered) amazing boulders and turf.
Here are two things to note: his crews (and they have several all with different specialties) are hard-working professionals- true craftsmen with an artistic bent. They are extremely pleasant, and their work is *impeccable*. Even after he was paid, Tim was back adjusting the yard (adding plants) because he was unsatisfied with the initial look.
It’s an amazing transformation to a barren lot in a very short time. Our expectations of the completed project were completely exceeded; it’s a living masterpiece. And the process was without drama or contention- it was a pleasure (and relief) to deal with real professionals. 6 Stars.

Arizona Rainfall transformed our boring backyard into a lush, tropical oasis! We put complete trust in Tim and his team, especially since we were out of state for nearly the entire pool and landscape build. Tim told us, “Let me wow you,” and we believed him. The no-money-down promise until the project was finished and we were fully satisfied made the decision easy.

If you’re considering a new pool, don’t bother looking anywhere else. Stepping outside now feels like walking into a vacation destination. We’re beyond grateful to Tim and his crew for turning our vision into reality with top-quality craftsmanship.

While our new home was being built, we reached out to four landscape contractors. Since we lived out of town, it was difficult to meet with all of them. At first, we met with three contractors, and they provided their vision of what we wanted for our landscaping.

We were disappointed with their proposals, as one landscape contractor was just too small for the project, and the other two landscape contractors used cheaper irrigation supplies and materials. The plants they had in their proposals were mostly one-gallon and two-gallon plants with an occasional 15-gallon tree.

We decided to meet with Arizona Rainfall. What a difference! We met with Tim Brown and went over with him what we wanted and envisioned. He listened and took several notes, and later returned with design drawings he had made, along with a video of the landscape project. After viewing the video, we knew we were going with Arizona Rainfall.

Tim Brown is very talented, and he listened to what we wanted, and his design was awesome. His knowledge about plants, along with his design skills, made the project turn out perfectly. Tim oversaw the project daily and was always available for questions. When we wanted small changes as the project progressed, Tim made it happen.

Arizona Rainfall and Tim Brown do not cut corners. They use top-rated materials and plants. Their crews were exceptional. Many of their workers have been with the company for 25+ years. The newest employee who worked on our project had been with the company for five years. That’s saying something about the company and how it values its employees.

My experience with Arizona Rainfall was nothing short of wonderful. The work they did turned out better than I even could have imagined.
