we we signed a contract for a new pool and complete backyard do-over in December of 2021, 4 months later our pool was complete along with a beautiful backyard. Tim Tracy and Roy did a great job and I applaud their efforts. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting their backyard or pool desined and built.

I asked several neighbors and they said AZ Rainfall was the best in the NW Valley. They were correct. Randy provided consistent communication and the project was on time, and met budget estimates. I use the spa and pool daily. You don’t need to shop around. Call Randy. The best customer service in any arena.

Arizona Rainfall exceeded our expectations from the design process to completion. Tim Brown listened to our ideas and created not just a pool design, but a backyard oasis that was exactly what we wanted. He made it easy to select materials for all aspects of the project. Everything new integrated really well with our existing BBQ, bar, and TV area. The firepit they built is unique and inviting. The pool design fits so well for us, and the engineering work is second to none. We love the different levels in the pool that provide all kinds of seating areas for great conversations with friends and family. The pool umbrellas were strategically placed to block the afternoon sun. They packed a lot of detail into a relatively small pool. The self-vacuuming jets work so well that the bottom of the pool is always clean. We never have to worry about leaves and debris collecting in the pool. The various workers were always professional and courteous. Top-notch work all the way around. Work completed ahead of schedule and on budget. No money down until the entire job is finished.

As we all know a construction project is always difficult.

The company just completed installing pavers on our back patio. They did a fantastic job. It was completed with skill workers who knew what they were doing. The crews worked very hard at laying the pavers correctly. Their cleanup was beyond our expectations. We are exceptionally pleased with our patio.

Gary and his team did an incredible job with our dream pool and backyard. They worked with our budget and our home design to help us create an amazing space. Our children love all of the fun features and exciting places to jump off of and explore. We have enjoyed making smores on our custom fire pit and looking at the stars every weekend ! Gary even created a custom water feature based on one we found on Instagram. Their team made fantastic suggestions to improve the plans as we went along. The custom lighting Gary added was increasable.

Two of our neighbors loved our pool so much they selected Arizona Rainfall too and also had an awesome experience. Great communication too.....Can not say enough good things.

This is my second opportunity to work with Arizona Rainfall and Mr. Tim Brown. 2 years ago they completely redid my backyard with travertine, new spa, redesigned the pool and some landscaping. That job was finished on time, professionally done, and with expert care to detail. They then did a complete remodel of my courtyard which was completed in July of this year. Tim was always ready to listen to my thoughts and helped guide me through additions that I hadn't even thought of. He is a MASTER at what he does. I have referred everyone I know to give Arizona Rainfall an opportunity to show what they can do.

Randy and his team turned our dirt lot into a beautiful backyard where we can now spend our time at home. Our ability to make decisions lacks, but Randy was able to take a few key wants and desires to finalize a yard we have been drawing up for 2 years!

We were told 2 weeks from the start date the backyard would be done. Crews showed up and started the EXACT day they said they would. Due to weather it did take an extra day to finish, that hardly bothered us though because Randy’s communication through the process was second to none! I was impressed from the minute he came for the consultation to the day the project was completed.

After six bids, we chose Arizona Rainfall for our pool - and simply could not be happier with the entire experience. Randy and his team delivered in every way possible. We were out of town for pretty much the entire build - we worked with Randy remotely, he communicated well with us throughout the process. Our pool, patio, and landscaping were built exactly how they were designed. There were no surprises, they were pretty much ahead of schedule the entire time, and they came in on budget - and as they advertise, we didn't pay a dime until the project was completed. Randy's crew was always friendly, respected our property, and the final cleanup was immaculate! We are so happy, if I could give Arizona Rainfall more than five stars, I would.
