The team at Citiscapes, were great. They understood the scope of work and completed it on time without a hitch. We wanted to add onto the back of our pool a grass area around pool for our dogs to be able to run all around the pool chasing each other and yes, more exercise for them. When I had the pool 2022 installed it took our past pool company 15 months to complete, this year they went bankrupt, and we no longer have a warrantee. I will be calling Citiscapes for our next pool installation.

Do NOT USE this company for outdoor lighting. We needed string lights for our backyard. We spent almost $1000 & they did an amateur job. They placed posts that are about 5'' feet tall which has our lights hanging where you need to lower your head every time you walk across the yard! Then the lights fall off the posts! Took me months to get them to come back & fix it. A couple months later they fell again. When you first contact them they will call you relentlessly!! But they don't answer your calls to fix their mistake. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, DONT waste your money!!!

We just finished a fairly substantial re-model of our front and rear side yard. We're not new to this process. Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with several landscapers. From the bid to the final draw, these guys were perfect. No upselling during the bid meeting. They provided the HOA approval documents. The crew showed up on time day one and worked every day but Sunday until they finished. We knew what we wanted and they delivered. They were great.

I called Citiscapes to do a relatively small job to re-install some patio pavers I had to remove for ditching and to install a relatively small amount of 1/2" brown gravel. Joey came out promptly to discuss my project. He was polite, patient, listened to what I had to say and provided some input to enhance the look of the installation. As his team had finished another job a day early, Citiscapes was able to do my project the day after I signed the agreement! The work was done professionally and the results look great!

Excellent experience overall. Clear communications, timely responses, good products, and installation. They did what they said they would do and I appreciate that from a Company and their staff. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

CitiScapes demolished an old damaged concrete pad and replaced it with a beautiful new much better concrete surface for a Basketball Court for our grandchildren to enjoy. They were very professional, very clean and very reasonable. I would highly recommend CitiScapes for your yard upgrades.

I had cityscapes landscaping based on their growing reviews, and unfortunately, my experience has been a complete opposite of what I expected.
To start with the one positive: the stonework is beautifully applied. The craftsmanship there is solid, and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.
It took three separate attempts to get the plants I ordered properly installed because they were repeatedly left sitting in pots in the sun instead of being planted as scheduled. By the time they finally addressed it the plants had clearly suffered.
The maintenance contract has been even more frustrating. I contracted for my yard to be landscaped and maintained four times. On the first visit, a crew arrive but did not speak English, and only one bush was trimmed. Their agreement was to prepare the yard before spring blooming, so I would have flowers for the season. That simply did not happen.
Then I was told I had somehow “slipped off the list. “After I called and got back on the schedule, the next appointment was canceled due to an “emergency. “Today March 3 they were scheduled to arrive between 12 and two. They did not show up – this time due to a “broken down truck. “ I finally received A phone call at 5:30 telling me that they were not coming.
Makes three separate excuses for failing to fulfill a straightforward contract. At this point, the pattern is clear: poor communication, scheduling failures, and a lack of follow through. A landscaping company can have beautiful stonework, but if they cannot reliably plant, maintain, or even show up as promised, that is a serious problem.
I chose use cityscapes because of their strong reviews. My experience has been marked by delays, mistakes, and broken commitments. I would strongly cautioned others to get everything in writing, and be prepared for repeated follow-ups if you choose to work with them.

Our backyard was nothing but dirt, weeds, and dog crap for years. I was so embarrassed by it. In fact, I tried to avoid going outside so I wouldn't have to look at it.

I really wanted a Gazebo and a small shed, but we needed to get concrete slabs first. So I got some quotes for extending the patio and add room for a shed, and to put in a large 12x12 slab for my Gazebo.

I was hesitant to reach out to Citiscapes because the job was so small and I was afraid they would be out of my price range. But their reviews were all great, which made me feel more comfortable about going with them over a smaller company.

Joey totally understood my vision. He never made me feel like the job was "too small" and I was actually quite surprised that his quote was in line with what I had budgeted. He even priced out things that I wanted to get done in the future.

I was so impressed with their work and Joey's professionalism, I reached out to them again for "phase 2" which involved more concrete, installing irrigation, outdoor tile, and a retaining wall for my plants. Again, it was right on budget!

I now have the backyard of my dreams and plan to use Citiscapes again when we are ready to do the front yard.

Our experience with CitiScapes was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
It started with Sean, the sales representative they sent out. When he asked what I wanted done, I honestly told him I didn’t know I just knew I hated my front yard. Instead of trying to sell me something generic, Sean said he would rather create a vision for the space, and that immediately stood out to me.
I had four estimates scheduled, but Turf Luxe Hardscape never even showed up or called. After meeting with Sean, we already knew CitiScapes was the company we wanted to work with. He did everything exactly as promised our estimate was delivered on time and he even had everything fully prepared for our HOA approval, which made the process incredibly easy.
Once the HOA approved the project, the job was scheduled within days. The entire yard transformation took about a week, and the results are amazing.
Jeremy, the project manager, made sure everything was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the finished project. The communication and attention to detail from the entire team were outstanding.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors about how great the yard looks.
We will absolutely be using CitiScapes again when we’re ready to do our backyard, and I can’t wait to get that project started.

Had my yard graveled and some steppingstones put in, and these guys did an awesome job. Super friendly, quick, and everything looks clean and well‑done. The steppingstones are perfectly placed, and the whole space looks way better than I expected. Highly recommend!

Arizona Rainfall did a major transformation project that included dramatic landscaping changes in our front and back yards, as well as surface texturing our rear patio and driveway, and adding cultured stone to the front of our house for accents. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship, customer service and friendliness of Doug Smith, and the overall impact was extraordinary. When we have other projects to do we'll definitely be calling Arizona Rainfall.

We met with Tim Brown and gave him some suggestions of what we thought we'd like, it was a clean slate so we could do anything. Tim asked if he could design something a little different and from his heart so we said sure. I'm so glad we did because we love it!

The rock waterfall is a work of art, the travertine looks amazing and the fire pit is so relaxing, to top it all off the beautiful plants and lighting add the perfect touch, we could not be more pleased.

We had several projects going and regardless of the crew, everyone was very pleasant and each foreman made sure that I was completely happy with all the work being done. Tim and the crews were a pleasure to work with so you can not go wrong choosing this company.

Tim Brown was amazing! He took our ideas and made some suggestions and turned our yard into the backyard oasis I always wanted. Roy was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. They laid turf, rock, brick pavers, lighting and beautiful landscaping and we absolutely LOVE it. They finished the entire project in less than a week and even washed our windows when they were cleaning up after the job! I highly recommend AZ Rainfall - they are a one stop shop and do it all and are very professional and take PRIDE in their work. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

We can't say enough about Arizona Rainfall. They did our original Landscaping here in The Grand 19 years ago. We love it here in the Summer when it is quiet and you don't need to make tee times for golf...although it can get quite hot at times. Not sure what prompted us to put in a pool after all these years, but it seemed a better idea than moving to a house that already had one. We gave Arizona Rainfall a call, since we had a neighbor who had Rainfall build her a pool, just to see if it would be affordable and what the time factor would be since it was already January and of course we wanted it by Summer. They sent Randy out; their Pool Designer/ Estimator/ Scheduler/ Bossman/ & Quality Controller. We had an idea of what we wanted, but didn't really think that there was room to do it. He took measurements, and within a couple of days got back with us a plan on paper, and also a computer generated overhead Youtube video, showing all the features working: the pool fountains, the spillway from the spa, all the various pool and spa lighting as it changed to evening darkness.
So we were sold, but would it be finished by Summer? We had heard stories of how long it takes to finally get your pool started, much less finished. Randy said that it would be finished March 26th...we both were thinking "RIGHT," but true to his word, he delivered on March 26th...still too cool to swim in without a wetsuit, unless you want to heat it, which we could have, with warmer days around the corner, we will stick to the spa and maybe stick our feet in the Baja Deck to check the temperature once in a while...bring on the Summer Heat!

First of all, I never write reviews. Second, if I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Tim Brown and Arizona Rainfall are the real deal, I’d even go as far as saying impeccable service and dedication from start to finish. Tim took our original vision up several levels, all while we stayed on budget. Communication was constant, leads always on site, the entire crew was always upbeat, courteous, and neat, and the finished project blew our minds. They also put up with our indecisiveness and numerous changes, which says a lot. We are already planning a phase two... We couldn’t be happier!

What a great pool company to work with. Leonard worked with us throughout the entire construction of our pool which was recently completed. When we met with Leonard for the estimate, we knew right away this was the company we were going to go with. We are so happy with their work. Whenever we had questions, Leonard would respond right away. Their crew was very professional and cleaned up after each step in the construction. The best part was that from start to finish our pool was constructed in a little over 3 months. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
