TerribleExperience. Unprofessional, careless. I swear those guys are under the influence more than half the time. Called to speak to manage kept getting the run around . The Girl receptionist was rude, disrespect, Unprofessional. AGAIN, WORST COMPANY EVER!

Carescape has been the landscaper or our Association of 35+ acres for over 10 years and has done an excellent job of maintaining and enhancing this critical part of our property values. Additionally, their customer service is incomparable! We receive almost no service requests from the owners because Carescape addresses all issues so quickly. Kudos to Jeff Runyan and Mitch Owens!

No clue how well they do landscape, but their drivers don’t know how the simple principal (and law...) of “slower traffic keep right” and they cause quite a bit of erratic driving and road rage issues while they are going down the road in the HOV lane while traveling slower than traffic in the far right lane.

(This company has branches in several cities; our location appears to be served by their Cottonwood office.)

Hired by our building's owner, Carescape workers began removing vines that contained hummingbird nests, protected by federal law. When I told them they would be violating the law, they just laughed, smiled, and ignored me. Documented the entire interaction on video, which I will post in the near future. At least one and maybe two were lost.

In the several years I have seen Carescape (what a misnomer!) work on this property, I have never seen any work that I would rank above mediocre. But the workers on this assignment were the worst of the lot.

Carescapes performs the landscape maintenance for our HOA. They are by far the worst landscape maintenance company. They leave a mess in everthing they do, they butcher the trees and shrubs and don't repair irrigation leaks. Where is the supervision. I would not recommend their service.

This landscaping company has not done a great job. They've cut down over 15 of our trees (most didn't need to be cut down) in the neighborhood, left the stumps and won't to take care of them. Couldn't recommend them.

Carescape has provided landscaping services to La Solana at the Grand for the past 15 years. We value them as a team member to keep our community beautiful. You could not ask for better partners. Thanks Carescape for being there for us.

I utilized this firm about 6 months ago for a complete redo of my aging landscape on a one acre property in N Scottsdale. I had intended to place a review at that time, but neglected to. The complete process and experience with Carescape was TOP NOTCH!! From design, to suggestions and recomendations, to implementation and installation, each engagement with any of the Carescape team members I was pleasantly greeted with knowledgeable and extremely helpful and committed individuals.

Now 6 months out, 100% of my plantings have grown and matured and the yard looks fantastic!! We didn't lose one plant!!

I can safely and confidently give my strongest recomendation for Carescape and their team!

Be careful with the crew that is driving this truck . I wish I could up load the videos .
I asked the guy why he was just blowing all the trash from the side walked ( trees they trimmed ) to my yard and he said it “ wasn't me “. I showed him the videos and he still said it was not me .
By the way this is not the first time that they do this .

CareScape has been doing my landscaping for several years at West Point in Surprise. They've always done a great job and been responsive if I had a request. CareScape is a well run company. I highly recommend them.

One of the things I love about this company is the fact that they take the time to train their employees on the right way to landscape the native plants to Arizona. Originally I was frustrated to see plants that were not perfectly formed or that were cut back all the way to the branches but then I learned that when they are just trimmed on the outside to make them “pretty” the inside is not getting the light it needs and is basically dying from the inside out. Also, the fact that they don’t just butcher the plants with trimmers and they use hand loppers to naturally trim the pieces is admirable.

Thank you for doing what is right for the landscape and not just doing the job as quickly as possible.

This is the worst landscape company ever! Their version of trimming is cutting down every bush and scrub to a stump.while other areas have not been touched for years. We have weeds that have outgrown the bushes, they drive their big trucks on our sidewalks, damaging them and leaving tire ruts in the rocks. These guys are total hacks!

Living in AZ I’ve seen a lot of tree butchers and terrible idiotic landscaping. These guys are a cut below the rest. They cut darn near every leaf off the bushes, cut tops off of trees and leave trash in their wake. They are possibly the worst landscapers in AZ.

Carescape recently completed the complete remodel of our front yard: turf, trees, plants, paver driveway and walkway, retaining wall, landscape lights; the entire deal. The finished product is outstanding, and the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The work site was kept neat and tidy so my neighbors weren’t impacted by the work. The team was patient with all our questions and thorough in their responses. Carescape would be a great choice for any landscape work you need done!

The CareScape crew was great to work with! Ramone and his crew did a great job installing 7 trees - one large box and 6 hedge trees. They were very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
I would definitely use them again.

I thought that my neighborhood had the absolute bottom of the barrel landscaper for over a decade, now I wish that they were back! Carescape has managed to destroy any plant that had an ounce of life left. Then they leave the debris jammed in the remaining plant nub for the owner to try and pry out. They make sure to cover my patio in dirt and debris too. We have video of their crew purposefully blowing a large pile of dirt from the driveway into our yard. It takes special incompetence to make the neighborhood look the worst it ever has. I will be complaining to the HOA until they are gone and making sure that the neighbors do the same!

This company is a joke. I have no idea how they won an award for our neighborhood or anywhere for that matter. There are rock areas that haven't been raked in 13 months, there are bushes with weeds growing out of them 5' tall. There are countless irrigation leaks that get passed by day in and day out. They drive their trucks and side by sides everywhere through the neighborhood including sidewalks - causing damage as they fly through these areas, and block the residents from using the walking paths. Don't believe a word they say about being "green". The only thing they do okay is keep the trash cans empty, and even that is a stretch.
