The other day, I visited this location shortly before closing time to purchase some brackets. In a bit of a rush, I asked an associate to help direct me to the correct aisle. Unfortunately, I was initially pointed to the wrong location. However, an employee named Norman approached me and took the time to personally guide me to the correct aisle where the brackets were located.

I truly appreciated Norman’s willingness to assist, especially so close to closing time. I contacted Citiscapes because I knew I had a leak in my front yard irrigation system. They had someone out to me very quickly to work on the issue, which turned into a bigger issue than originally identified...which I kind of figured would be the case considering the system is about 24 years old now. Instead of just continuing to patch all the leaks which would have really run up a tab, Jared immediately gave me a quote for a completely new system, which was VERY reasonably priced. He had me on the schedule within a week and they got the work done quickly and beautifully. My tree and bushes are now very happy, as is my water bill, with the new system. Everyone at Citiscapes is friendly, professional and ensures you feel heard and cared for. Definitely recommend them!! In the next couple of years I plan to redo my backyard too, and they will be the first company I call!

Super professional experience with everyone we worked with. Kendal did a great job quoting the job, explaining the process and provided us with a written estimate on the spot. Jose and crew did an incredible job with the irrigation install - the yard looked even better when they left. Jeremy was super patient as he worked with us to explain the awesome new timer they installed. Everything in our yard looks so much better - everything is thriving now that we have proper irrigation. Met them at a home and garden show. Came out to do an estimate quickly and got the work done in one day. We were finished way sooner than we thought was possible. We did pavers and turf.

So here is my highlights from my experience with Citi Scapes. They took a crappy back yard and made it look better. Their crew did a good job but fell short on some of the work and almost a month later it’s starting to show as grass is popping up everywhere. They scraped the ground with a shovel to clean up the grass weeds and yet that was not an effective process.
Also, they over shot the estimate on what they would needed for my yard. They left with a trailer load of sand and a large amount of pavers when the job was finished but not enough stone. So I guess I helped make them money on their next job. Bottom line they have been wasting my time with trying to correct it when it is inconvenient for me. Their communication and management leads a lot to be desired. My mistake was paying them their last payment before they corrected the work. Shame on me.

So today is 5/8 and your response is an email address to contact us. You have my number as does your salesman, your forman and office personnel yet somehow no one calls me. Makes zero sense to me but it proves even more you’re not a reputable company to deal with.

We went with a company that did hardscape before we hired Citiscapes to do the softscape. Long story short, it took the first company almost 6 months, with repeated repairs and fixes to do an adequate. We were hesitant to hire Citiscape because of the bad taste left in our mouths by the previous company, but we did.

Glad we did. It was night and day. We dealt with professional people, hard and diligent workers, the adjusted as things came up, a fair price and overall a pleasant experience and with great results.

The misters, have made laying out a breeze. The entrance to our house is showcase worthy. The plants were all big and healthy. The lighting added the ambience that we were looking for.

If you see a company with Pavers in its name, run away as fast as you can, and seek out Citiscapes. I bet you will notice a world of difference in the people, feel included in various decisions and, surely, in the final results.

We began the process of adding a small patio in our front yard. Ultimately we decided to expand our vision to an additional driveway and side yard patio. Joey Oropeza came out to see our vision and helped to finalize our plans. He provided his written estimate before he left. We had four companies come out and provided estimates. We required each company to provide us references to review. We chose Citiscapes, LLC not because they were the lowest bidder (they weren’t) but because of the quality of their work. We inspected properties where they had completed recent work. That sold us. There were a couple supplier hiccups but nothing serious. The team assigned to our project were professional and efficient. Thank you Citiscapes.

Citiscapes did a very good job. They put in a drain to take care of our flooding problem. And fixed a leak with our drip line. I would recommend them.

Every contact with Citiscapes was really good! We found them at the Home Show and had a great exchange. Every step since then was positive and true to their word. They met their commitments, communicated well, and made sure we were 100% satisfied, even coming back after the job was 'finished' to make adjustments we requested. Their workers were super experienced, knew what they were doing, fast and efficient and really clean too - couldn't tell they had been there when they were finished. So glad we found them at the Home Show and followed up. Great experience and results!

After interviewing multiple landscape companies, my gut was to go with Citiscape, unfortunately my gut led me in the wrong direction. I was hopeful the young spirited ownership of the company and the knowledge showed during the sales pitch would follow through to the end of the project so I could leave 5 stars, and honestly 2 is stretching it. Two things come to mind when thinking of our experience, a struggle to get the project completed as agreed, poor communication from the top down.
The initial crew that was sent didn't speak english and this created many hiccups along the way. The second crew, Abraham and crew, were wonderful to work with. The company is very money motivated, and to get the work done we were paying for we held back the last payment until complete. Time will tell how things hold up and if any of the promises and warranties will be acknowledged, I am not feeling hopeful there. We spent A LOT of money on this project and should have had a much better experience for the cost, and likely spent about $8k too much. Thank goodness for my husband jumping in to manage the work otherwise things would have been much worse. Maybe in time the young ownership will learn and understand that the customer service spiel they give, needs to match the experience. If you have a minor smallish job, maybe removing rock and replacing it, or small paver job they may do okay. Our project was overwhelming for them and just too much for their expertise, event though we were told, "oh this is an easy job and we have the best crew on it". Honestly the neighbors that have asked for landscape recommendations since, we steered a different direction.

I cannot say enough how pleased I am with Citiscapes. Not only is their customer service top notch but their actual service is simply incredible. Thank you so much for all you did!

We were very satisfied with the quality of the work done by CitiScapes adding travertine pavers to our backyard patio and pool area. Abraham was a very knowledgeable foreman of the work done and was very responsive to our questions and comments during the project. We are very happy with the end product and impressed with the service we received including the final cleanup after the job was completed.
