Yeah, best service all around this company is amazing at what they do. They came and took a look at a faulty capacitor that I had they fixed it quick and the unit is running great again. I was highly satisfied with the service contact these guys for any help you might need with your unit.

5 stars a very great experience

The HVAC contractor checked out my system that hadn’t had any maintenance for a long time. They cleaned the coils, changed filters, and got everything running smooth again. Feels like a fresh start for my AC. Really appreciate how they handled it without any hassle. Thanks to the HVAC contractor for making it easy and getting my place cool again. Best in tempe.

i was worried after calling three places that just wanted to sell me stuff. but these guys actually listened when i told them my ac was acting weird in tempe. they went through everything, looked at my ducts and all that, then actually explained what was happening without trying to get me to drop a bunch of money. kinda refreshing to just get straight talk for once. at least now i know whats really going on with my system instead of guessing

The whole experience from start to finish was great! Starting with Loretta, who scheduled the call, was very polite and helpful. The time frame she gave me for when the technician would arrive was on time and she followed up to explain the issue and costs. Matt the technician was extremely professional and friendly and above all knowledgeable. The process was explained and issues were resolved quickly. Definitely will call again in the future if needed.

I've been using Hackney for 28 years. We were neighbors when I first moved to AZ. Dealt with "Big Drew" the dad initially and now over the past 10 years or so with Drew his son. Always responsive. Have kept older units running thru miracles I think. Installed new in two different homes now. Great price and service. But fondest memory has to be o the younger Drew spending hours at our last house working on a unit, only 7 years old, that had died over the 4th of July weekend. Tried everything, and wound replacing all major components until he got it working. Loaned us two huge room A/C units for bedroom and family room. Best of all, he fought with the manufacturer and got them to cover 90% of the repairs. Can't speak highly enough about these people. The best.

I used Hackney heating and cooling when I lived in Phoenix and they were great! They showed up early and were able to getting my ac unit back up and running in no time. I now live in Seattle and when my Grandparents ac unit started acting up. I knew just who to call. Drew went out of his way to service their ac unit and I could not be more thankful. Amazing crew my AC went out and Drew was quick to come to the rescue giving me portables to use until we could get a new AC installed. Couldn't be happier with my new AC thanks to Hackney I wouldn't call upon anyone else they are there for you when you need them.

Thank goodness that a neighbor referred me to Hackney! After another outfit gave a mind-boggling estimate for an over-the-top system, I called Hackney. Drew came out, asked some questions and looked over our 45 year old system and gave me a down to earth quote for what we actually needed. The installation crew was very courteous and neat, and we now have a working furnace. Hackney has this customer for life.
