I can't say enough about Drew and his team. I hate dealing with AC companies, because I don't know if I can trust them. Drew and his team put me at ease. Their communication was great and you can really tell that they know what they are doing and that they care. I will definitely continue using them in the future!

Drew and his team at Hackney Heating & Cooling are so awesome and responsive. I can only imagine how busy they are but my call was answered right away, I got a notification within the hour about when they would be out to troubleshoot and fix my unit at our business. Hackney Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a neighbor. I met with Drew, got an amazing quote on a replacement HVAC system and scheduled installation. From beginning to end, I was impressed by everyone at Hackney. I got a top of the line HVAC system for half of what another company quoted me. The installation was a quality job, with custom parts created as needed. In fact, Hackney fixed several issues that were done incorrectly by the company who installed the previous system. I am very discerning about hiring contractors and I believe without reservation that Drew Hackney and the team at Hackney Heating and Cooling deserve a 5- star rating.

Hands down the best HVAC company around. They have taken care of my family for years. Always professional, reliable, quick, on time, honest diagnosing/pricing, and quality work. Plus they treat you like family so you get to take advantage of the decades of knowledge and experience they have in the industry. You literally can not go wrong with these guys, i wouldn't use anyone else.

I usually get the general run around with all companies. THIS WAS NOT THAT. I would personally recommend Hackney Heating and Cooling to everyone! They gave me a straight up answer when asking a question. Advised me on what I could benefit from and what would be a waste of my hard earned money. If I ever need a new unit again. Absolutely loved the level of customer service from start to finish. One of the most frustrating things about buying something that you don’t shop for often is the fear of getting taking advantage of. When meeting with Drew, he asked open-ended questions and listened with intent so that he could better understand our goals and give us solid, relatable information. He didn’t try to over sell us or overwhelm us with confusing information that we would eventually forget. Immediately after our meeting, he emailed us a clear breakdown of the options we had discussed with corresponding pricing. Our downstairs AC stopped working and I called Hackney Heating and Cooling and got an appointment for the following day. The technician Matt showed up on time, did a great job on the repair, tested the fix to ensure it was working as designed and explained what had happened. He also answered all my questions and communicated effectively. We are in Arizona and not having AC can be serious problem and Hackney and Matt really came thru for us. We are very happy and highly recommend them and Matt.

Drew Hackney and his team are top-notch. He’s been helping my family with heating and cooling for over 15 years and just yesterday was able to quickly fix our pools heat pump on short notice. These guys go above and beyond, they are as honest as they come, and have never price gouged or even attempted to overcharge. I will continue to recommend and refer them to everyone I know!

Hackney Heating and Cooling did a great job fixing our AC when it stopped cooling. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it running again in no time. I referred Hackney A/C to my friend Bryan Berryman. Bryan called me last night after our bowling league as he knows I’m in the HVAC industry. His outdoor unit wasn’t getting power while his indoor unit was running and the stat was calling for cooling. I emailed Drew and Dallas at 10:38 pm on 03/03 about Bryan’s situation and before noon 03/04 the unit was up and running and Bryan still wants to be my friend and bowl on my team…ha!
Bryan couldn’t believe how responsive and accurate they were, he text me immediately and thanked me as If I had done the work myself.

I was searching for a part today in Home Depot and a Peterson employee stopped to help me on his own time. When HD didn't have the part I needed he took the time to explain where the store that I need is. Genuinely nice guy and helpful just to be helpful and the only reason I know where he worked was because of his shirt.

Jacob came out today to replace a toilet and a circulating pump in our house. He was on time and explained with knowledge of what he was doing. He replace everything fast and left our house clean. I would have him come back again the next time I have an issue.
