Drew and his team came out to service our units for an annual check. They were fantastic. They even helped reprogram our thermostats that were giving us issues and the changes he made corrected what had been happening. We are so happy with the service - thank you!

Drew and his crew of men are phenomenal. I’ve been using Drew for the last 6 to 7 years he handles every one of my rental houses plus my own he’s come to the rescue at so many times in the ninth hour . He helped me last week with a hot water heater at one of my rental houses It wasn’t even his work but he jumped in to help solve an issue. . He went over and above in the situation to help me . I would recommend them to anybody is the real deal.

I will continue to say that this is the MOST honest company you will ever deal with. I’ve now had to contact Hackney in back to back years due to my AC not working properly. In both instances they’ve kept it super real with me and advised a new unit is not needed. Matt came out today and educated me on couple of things I was doing wrong, which led to my unit not working properly. Matt could have easily sold me a bunch of stuff, but instead he took the time to show me the different things I could do to ensure my AC unit is working. I can’t thank Hackney and their staff enough for being so honest and helpful.

We bought a new home to us last year that turned out to be a lemon. We closed right after Memorial Day weekend which in Arizona is right when the strain really starts to kick in on HVAC units. With all the unexpected expenses of our lemon home, we couldn’t afford 2 new units right off the bat. Drew helped us nurse the old A/Cs through the summer and then gave us an amazing deal to replace them in the winter. The old ones were so dirty and loud and these new ones are so pretty and shiny and barely make a peep. I’m actually excited to see what our power bills are this summer because there is no way they can compare to last year plus the air in our home is so much cooler and cleaner! Thank you to Drew and his crew for making the process so seamless!

If I could give them a million stars I would! Use these guys on multiple jobs for our Solar Clients, as I own a solar company, and I have nothing but praise that there are still people with integrity in the air conditioning business that walk on this planet!

They are reliable, dependable, show up when they say they will, and they are honest... they won't try to sell you on a new $7K unit when all you need is a simple repair (speaking from experience). Drew is outstanding! In 2018, 2 weeks after purchasing our home, in June, our AC went out. The inspection failed us. Drew went above and beyond and quickly brought in 2 mobile window units to keep my babies cool until we could figure out a solution. Fast forward to 2023, that unit finally failed, and again Drew had a new one installed in a few short days for our renters. He treats everyone as FAMILY in these emergency situations. I am a forever client for this company, and will refer him to everyone I know.

We had a great experience with Hackney Heating and Cooling recently. We scheduled a check up on our current units and thought we were due for replacement. I was impressed that they did not try to upsell us and actually told us our units had plenty of life left with the proper maintenance. They are clearly driven by doing what’s right for the customer first which is hard to find in this industry! Highly recommend

I've used Hackneys services twice, once for my AC in the summer and today for my heating issues.
Both times they had quick response times. They are always very friendly and courteous of my dogs. They're also extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything in a way I could understand. They do Not use any pressure tactics and fix the issues right the first time.

I have used Drew and his family for almost two decades now. He is always responsive and quick to show up. Great service and always reasonably priced. He has helped our countless numbers of my friends and family in a pinch as well. Had a horrible experience at my previous home with an AC company through our home warranty and Hackney came in and fixed it in no time.

All aspects of purchasing/installing a new AC unit was a positive experience with Hackney. We were given various price options on new units and once we decided which unit we wanted, the installation was timely and professionally completed. The crew arrived even before expected, we had minimal downtime, communications were very clear so we knew what to expect and after the job was done, the area was cleaned up and couldn't even tell they were here. Purchasing a new AC unit can seem overwhelming but Hackney made this much easier and now we don't worry about our AC in the Phoenix heat. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

Recently, we had to have 2 of our 3 AC units replaced. Drew was the first person that we called as he had previously worked on my mom’s house. They are super responsive, honest and completely trustworthy…which is hard to find in this industry. All of his team were friendly and hardworking. They even arranged having a crane brought in to remove/replace our units.

Drew is the absolute best!! Our AC went out the same month of our wedding a few years ago and another company said it needed to be replaced. We got a second opinion from Drew and he was able to patch it for a tenth of the price we were quoted for the new unit. When our unit finally kicked the bucket the following summer, he helped us get a new unit within a few days while units were hard to come by. Just recently, we were having trouble with our thermostat and Drew helped us out over the phone. Highly recommend this amazing company!!

Seriously, the best. Long story short, we needed our roof-top A/C unit replaced just as temps started hitting 100... I called the office and Drew was at our house within a few minutes to give us an estimate. We had gotten other quotes and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, Hackney had the best price and they scheduled us in ASAP. Drew and team even ended up figuring out why our old unit died and fixed the underlying problem so we shouldn't have to worry for a while!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
