Awesome customer service and awesome technicians and plumber. Been with this company for ten years now and love them. Nick is my go to guy for my AC and I just met Jacob for the first time to install a new toilet and fix the drain pipe for my faucet. He did exceptional work, very kind and respectful. Thank you again for all that you do for me.

Water heater sprung a leak. We had used Peterson for the same issue a few months earlier on another old water heater. That time the showed up with a new unit and installed it within 6 hours of our calling them. This time, same story. Great service. We highly recommend there plumbing service. The tech is a great guy.

Big thumbs up for Peterson Air Care. We’ve been using them for about two years and the technician that comes out is absolutely fantastic. This month we had two entirely new AC units installed. In working with the owner, David, he was extremely professional, transparent, and flexible. I enjoy being their customer.

By far the best plumbing experience ever! These guys promptly showed up, gave me three different options for repair/replacement and helped me fix my kitchen water line issue for good. They have the best plumbers on staff. I cannot express enough how trustworthy these guys are. Ask for Rubin or David. You will be glad you did.

We replaced our 4.0 ton split gas/AC unit with a Trane 13.4 SEER2 split gas/AC using Peterson Air on 7/18/23.

These guys showed up promptly in the morning to remove the old unit but the attic opening was not large enough to remove/replace HVAC system, so they ended up having to cut the dry wall to make room - which they graciously accommodated, repaired and painted after the job was done.

Right after the new unit was brought in, they also discovered that the outside module (compressor) was not fully functioning. They could have easily left it behind to deal with it later as we would have not known. But they said they think it's a faulty unit and needed a replacement (even though it was brand new). Instead of making us wait for the warranty claim leaving us without any AC in the house, they went ahead and bought another unit as a replacement, and got the job done. This was most likely paid by them to accommodate our installation.

The install crew was very nice and they worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible. All and all, they went through a lot of road blocks to get the job done, but we certainly appreciate their hard work.

The office manager Rubin also filed the warranty registration on our behalf, and followed up with us to test the heating unit before winter as part of their service.

David and his dad was very involved during the process. We cannot say enough to express how well these guys operated and fixed everything.

I worked with David Peterson from Peterson Air Care to help me with a new faucet install with a very easy appointment set up. Today Dylan Peterson come out and replace my kitchen faucet. He called to let me know he was on his way. Called again when he arrived so I could put my dog away without the doorbell ringing. He did the installation in a very tight area under the sink, and did some really clean work. He was personable and super polite. I would highly recommend Peterson Air Care for anything plumbing or HVAC related. Thank you all for your help and hard work.

I first started using Peterson Air Care when they bought out Deer Valley Air Conditioning. I was a customer DV Air since 2006 and now I do business with Peterson Air Care. Nick has proven that he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. As busy as their schedule is they are pretty quick getting to my problem. I have the fullest trust in this company.

David answered all of my questions extremely fast, offered to do some research to check warranty info on my current unit and when discovering I didn’t have the parts warranty I thought, he still offered me an amazing 1 time new customer price to help me out so I wasn’t stuck dealing with my current super shady (Shamrock Heating & Cooling) company by default. Peterson has serviced my office/warehouse for 4.5 years now (since starting the lease). They have always been on time and professional. While I don't always like the repair costs, they do a good job of explaining them and take the time to make sure it is clear. Nick who services the building is phenomenal. Ruben and David in the office are always responsive and courteous. Having a working AC is not a want its a need, and frankly, I dont have time for games or missed appointments. That is why I will always use Peterson - they simply make this need something I dont have to worry about. Thanks!

We’ve been working with Peterson for their yearly service program. They have been very easy to work with and proactive to remind us when it’s been 6 months to come by and service our ac units. Very honest family owned company!! Nick came out and fixed my issue ASAP and didn't try to take advantage of me like all of the corporate big guys. He explained everything that he was doing and made me feel important as a customer. I liked the way they handled business so much that I signed up for the 2 year maintenance program! 5++ stars and highly recommend if you're looking for a friendly, honest, and fast AC/plumbing company!

I have been incredibly happy with Peterson since I first called them for an emergency service last year. Their pricing is fair and their tech, James, is amazing. I highly recommend Peterson and its Cool Club in particular.

We just had the most incredible experience with the Peterson technician Nick. He came to our house, identified the problem, repaired the problem, and then sat down with us to tell us that he wasn’t going to charge us at all for the repair because he didn’t feel like it was the right thing to do. I can’t say how impressed my wife and I are at what he did for us on a hot summer day when our AC unit stopped working. It was really our fault that the AC unit stopped working because we hadn’t changed the filter in sometime. He easily could have charged us, but chose not to. You will not find a more honest and more conscientious air conditioning company, then Peterson. And if you want somebody with a great sense of humor and great attitude, ask for Nick.

Called Peterson just to double check another company. They responded same day, asked the issue, came up with a price and a date of install that beat the other company without them knowing any particulars. Their price was better and the service was exceptional. On-site crew were experts in removal and install. Very attentive on making sure no mess in house and covers over necessary items. I called Peterson Air Care and home Services to connect my built in bbq and range to their respective propane lines. Not only did they successfully connect both appliances, they made sure the range was flush with the counter top and level in all directions. While this sounds easy it was actually quite an involved task— the technicians needed to place blocks under the range legs to achieve the appropriate height. Given the immense weight of the range I was impressed by their dedication to getting it done right. To top it all off, they completed all this work on a Saturday! I will continue to use and recommend Peterson Air Care and Home Services in the future!
