David has been my preferred tech for quite sometime now. Every time David comes out he is professional and friendly. He makes sure I understand what is happening with my AC unit and makes suggestions to help keep the unit running at its best. He's knowledgeable in his job and truly cares about his customers.

Guys did a great job and identified the issue with an open damper. They replaced the motor and checked to make sure the new one worked. The price was great compared to other’s significantly higher estimates.

SMW refrigeration came to my home for my Heating & AC 6th month checkup. The AC unit was installed almost 2 years ago & SMW keeps me on their calendar to initiate the inspection, which was included with the purchase of the AC unit.
Brandon was the tech sent, who completed the inspection of my new unit plus the second AC unit I have, at no additional charge. Of course he made some recommendation's but he also offered to change out both air filters.
This company truly is interested in my comfort and making sure the heating and cooling are working properly.

Kolton, your SMW Tech, was prompt to the appointment and professionally friendly. Following his maintenance service, I was glad to be informed that my unit was found to be clean and running just fine with no problems detected.

Love SMW! We have the bi-annual warranty on our 2 a/c units . Totally recommend everyone to get it. The units are very expensive and in Arizona we need our good air conditioners for the summer . SMW always sends out a great technician who knows the best for our house a/c. David Rodriguez was just at my house today and he was VERY thorough and showing me all he was doing. We have 2 HALO LED'S which I highly recommend in AZ to have. They help keep dust down within the house. Helps with our healthy breathing needs. 2 thumbs up on SMW & will always renew our warranty with them. Good people work there! Thank you.

SMW delivered a fantastic experience from start to finish for our 2 new split system air conditioning units! Their pre-install and install-day communications were clear, timely, and helpful, which made the entire process stress-free. The installation team was professional, respectful, and kept our home clean throughout the job.

After installation, they provided a very rapid response to resolve a minor issue, showing just how committed they are to quality service and customer satisfaction. We were thoroughly impressed.

JoJo & Jose are awesome! Talk about above and beyond these 2 guys did a fantastic job on a full replacement of our upstairs unit. They were super friendly and right on time. One example of above and beyond while they were taking unit apart outside. JoJo noticed my disconnect was loose on wall. He took it upon himself to screw it tight to wall and even put silicone around it to prevent water leaking inside wall. I Didn't even have to ask him. They also put down tarps over carpet on walking paths to unit upstairs. They vacuumed work areas and even my vent covers when they completed install. They also checked all vents upstairs while new unit was running to make sure they were reaching correct temperature. It was a pleasure to buy them lunch for there hard and expertise work. Great guys!!!

My advise to Home owners, take care of guys that do an excellent job on your home. Buy them lunch, give them a tip or coffee and donuts make an effort to do something it will go a long way. The ones that go above and beyond deserve it.

Kolton Weckstein and the team at SMW Refrigeration replaced 3 of my 22 year old Trane electric heat pump AC systems. Three installation teams arrived at 8AM and they knocked out all 3 AC system replacements in about 11 hours and did a meticulous job inside and out! They helped me program all of my new thermostats and ensured that all 3 systems were working. I could not be happier and the installation team was very friendly and professional. I was most impressed with the manner in which they protected my floors and the fact that they cleaned up every single piece of debris and all packing items and hauled away all of the old equipment. Hats off to the 3 installation teams, Kolton and the entire team at SMW Refrigeration. I love my new AC systems! Thank you, it was a great day!

Cannot say enough great things about this company! First of all, Wayne is fantastic with guiding you through every step of getting a new AC. From the first time he picked up the phone he genuinely was so incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure we were 100% comfortable with our big purchase and guided us to make the right decision on which unit to choose. He got us scheduled the next day! Super quick and seamless process which is rare. The guys who installed, Jose and Joseph, were truly the hardest workers, knowledgeable, kind and took the time to show me and explain how the new AC unit functioned and how to use our thermostat. They cleaned up right away, were working nonstop the time they were here, and were genuinely so nice. The customer service and workmanship is truly out of this world - Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again to the SMW team!!!!

Savage Air and their employee Jackson are life savers!! We are so grateful that Jackson came out to help us with our a/c issue! It wasn't cooling and we were desperate to cool our house down for our family and our pets. Jackson was thorough and honest about what he found. He showed us some issues and answered all of our questions. No upselling or pressure at all. Another company, Rescue One Air in Tempe, had come out the day before and I had one of the worst experiences of dealing with a company in my life. In short, the tech for that Rescue One Air was dishonest about what was going on with our a/c system and actually messed some things up in our system and with the thermostat. Then he pressured me to sign up for financing for a whole new air conditioning system without my spouse present. The other company left us with no options to help cool my family in June in Arizona and seemed bothered that I wouldn't just sign up for a whole new $9,600 system with the "discount" they were giving me. I am waiting on their management to return my call. Back to Savage Air, the repair was less than $500 and has been working great since. Seriously, they are life savers for our family and pet's well being and for our finances. Their prices are reasonable and everyone that I interacted with was professional. I highly recommend this thorough, ethical company.

Service was excellent. Showed up right on time and had my A/C unit problem diagnosed really quick. Explained the issue in terms I could understand easily. Really appreciated it!

An actual person answers the phone and is very kind and helpful. Our maintenance service today revealed that we need to replace our system but the technician, Michael, gave us all of the options. We have used this company in the past and feel they were conservative in their recommendations. So, we are comfortable with what comes next. UPDATE: we had both HVAC units replaced over two days. It took less time than even they thought it would and the systems work beautifully. The technicians were very nice and professional. They left no mess. And the owner came by afterward to check on their work and to help us set up the smart thermostats. Definitely recommend!

We woke up this morning with one of our AC units not blowing cold air. I called Savage Air right away and they could have someone out between 12 & 2 today. They arrived early, fixed our issue and were so helpful and wonderful about everything! It is just 12 now and we have cold air throughout our home. Savage Air is a wonderful company and great to work with!

Our gas heater stopped working, saw Savage Air Con listing on Facebook. Excellent details, Richard came and did a very comprehensive assessment of our needs. Did not look any further.

Bright and early two large vehicles arrived with Mark, Dan and others came in two teams to commence the installation and remove the old Heater.

Could not be in better hands great team spirit everyone seems to know exactly what they had to do.

Working on and in the roof and also under and outside the house. Continually cleaning up after themselves.
Removal of the old heater was a massive job.
Very neat vents in ceiling good wall control unit.

System works very well – well designed system Richard.

We called Savage Air Conditioning to look at our thermostat and wiring for diagnosis and a possible repair. Jesse was our tech. He went above and beyond to figure out the root-cause and communicated his finding along the way. He also recommended some other options without being pushy or taking advantage of the situation. Such a professional and respectful guy.

Savage Air Conditioning has been amazing to work with. I have used their service twice so far, and both times they have been able to get someone out on the very same day (in July in AZ!) and repairs were very quick. Both of the technicians that have done repairs were very friendly and also informative and explained things thoroughly with me. And each time I've called into their office, I've spoken with Pat who has been very helpful and nice as well. I hope I don't need any repairs for awhile, but if I do I know I'll be calling Savage back!
